Memorial Hospital Pembroke [HOLLYWOOD, FL] announced that Joe Stuczynski has been named Chief Executive Officer. Since 2005, Stuczynski has been with Memorial Healthcare System, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Memorial Regional Hospital South and previously served as CFO of Memorial Hospital Pembroke from 2005 to 2015.
U.S. Renal Care [PLANO, TX] announced that it has named 25–year industry veteran, Mark Caputo, as Chief Executive Officer. Before stepping in as CEO, Caputo served as Chairman of the Board. Caputo previously founded and served as CEO of Liberty Dialysis. Caputo merged Liberty Dialysis with Fresenius Medical Care in 2012 and he served as Managing Partner of Joint Ventures for Fresenius.
Alcami [WILMINGTON, NC] announced the appointment of Walter J. Kaczmarek III as Chief Executive Officer. Kaczmarek has served in executive roles at multiple pharmaceutical companies, including as President of the Multisource Pharmaceuticals division of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, COO of Aceto Corporation, and most recently, as President and CEO of Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc.
EDCO Products Inc. [HOPKINS, MN] announced that it has named John G. Lewis as President and Chief Executive Officer. Lewis most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Trex Commercial Products Inc. Previously, Lewis served as Chief Financial Officer for HelpSystems, LLC. Nancy M. Dahl has served as EDCO’s Interim President and CEO since January of 2020. Dahl will transition back to the board of directors and serve as Chairman of the Board.
Blount International, Inc. [PORTLAND, OR] announced the appointment of Paul Tonnesen as its Chief Executive Officer. Tonnesen succeeds Josh Collins, who served as Chief Executive Officer since 2009. Prior to joining Blount, Tonnesen served as a Global President of Fiskars Group. Before Fiskars, Tonnesen served in several leadership roles with some of the most recognized global brands, including Elmer’s Products and KraftHeinz. Tonnesen is also a Vice Chairman and Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the Midwest, and a member of the Board of Advisors of Saris Cycling Group.
1010data [NEW YORK] announced that Inna Kuznetsova has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Kuznetsova joined 1010data in July 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed interim CEO in January 2020. Prior to 1010data, Kuznetsova was President and Chief Operating Officer of INTTRA, and Chief Commercial Officer of CEVA Logistics. Kuznetsova also spent 19 years in a variety of senior, global roles at IBM, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Systems Software. Kuznetsova currently sits on the Board of Global Ports Investments plc and previously served on boards of two SaaS companies, Sage Group, and Avenida.
OMERS [TORONTO] announce the official appointment of Blake Hutcheson as President and CEO. Hutcheson, currently OMERS President, succeeds Michael Latimer as CEO. Prior to serving as president Hutcheson was OMERS President and Chief Pension Officer. Prior to OMERS, Hutcheson headed Global Real Estate with Mount Kellett Capital Managementand prior to that he was Chairman and President of the Canadian, Latin American, and Mexican operations for CB Richard Ellis.
Green Cures & Botanical Distribution, Inc. [LOS ANGELES, CA] (OTC: GRCU) has appointed Rich Thomas as the new Chief Executive Officer. Thomas was serving as Director of New Business Development for Green Cures. Joe Tragessor, former CEO, will remain a Green Cures consultant and advisor. Thomas founded alcoholic spirits company Jewel Lines Products, and has served as Product Manager for Monster Cable Products Inc.
Slate Office REIT [TORONTO] (TSX: SOT.UN) announced that Steve Hodgson, its current Chief Operating Officer, has been named as Chief Executive Officer. Scott Antoniak, the REIT’s current CEO, will stay within Slate Asset Management and will focus on origination of private market opportunities. Hodgson joined Slate Asset Management as a Vice President of Asset Management in 2014 and previously worked at Oxford Properties Group.
Utility, Inc. [DECATUR, GA] announced that Michael Nark has added the role of Chief Executive Officer to his duties. Nark joined Utility in March of this year as its President. With this change, Ted Davis, Utility’s co-founder, has been named Chief Innovation Officer of the company.
Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. [JERSEY CITY, NJ] announced that Greg Macfarlane has been appointed to be the Company’s next Chief Executive Officer and President. Macfarlane was most recently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Casper Sleep Inc., and previously held a number of senior leadership roles at H&R Block. Macfarlane has served on the Board of Directors of Jackson Hewitt for 2 years.
Corelle Brands LLC [ROSEMONT, IL] announced the appointment of Ben Gadbois as President and Chief Executive Officer. Gadbois, who is also joining the Company’s Board of Directors, succeeds Kenneth Wilkes, who is retiring and will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Gadbois brings to the Company more than two decades of experience driving growth for leading consumer brands. Most recently, Gadbois served as Global President and Chief Operating Officer of Spin Master. Prior to that, Gadbois spent 13 years in various leadership roles at Newell Brands.
Wellvana Health [NASHVILLE, TN] announced that Worthe S. Holt Jr, will succeed Devin Carty as Wellvana’s chief executive officer. Carty will transition to the role of Wellvana’s chairman. Most recently, Holt served as deputy chief medical officer of Humana, Inc. Prior to Humana, Holt was executive vice president and chief operating officer of St. Vincent Health System. Holt is past president of the Indiana Medical Licensing Board and past president of the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians.
Enservco Corporation [DENVER, CO] (NYSE American: ENSV) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Ian E. Dickinson has resigned from the Company effective May 29, 2020. Richard A. Murphy has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company and will serve as a principal executive officer of the Company for the foreseeable future. Murphy was appointed to the Board of Directors in January of 2016. Murphy currently serves as the managing member of Cross River Capital Management, LLC.
U.S. Cellular [CHICAGO, IL] (NYSE: USM) announced that Laurent C. Therivel will be appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2020. Kenneth R. Meyers will be appointed to Senior Advisor to the CEO until his retirement on September 4, 2020. Therivel will also be appointed to replace Meyers on both the U.S. Cellular and TDS Boards of Directors. Therivel joins U.S. Cellular from AT&T where he served most recently as CEO of AT&T Mexico. Prior to joining AT&T, Therivel served as Chief Operating Officer for IPcelerate, Inc.
NOW Inc. [HOUSTON, TX] (NYSE: DNOW) announced that its has appointed David (Dave) Cherechinsky to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer. Cherechinsky, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2018, will take over the CEO role from Dick Alario, a current Board Director who stepped in as interim CEO during a leadership transition in November 2019. In his new role, Alario will continue advising the Company as Executive Vice Chairman. Prior to becoming CFO of DNOW, Cherechinsky served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, and prior to that, as Vice President of Finance for the NOV Distribution & Transmission business segment. He began his career at NOV in 1989.
American Pharmacists Association [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Scott J. Knoer was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President. Knoer succeeds Thomas E. Menighan, who has served as CEO/EVP of APhA for the past 11 years, and last year announced his plans to retire in 2020. Knoer was most recently the Chief Pharmacy Officer of the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic in 2011, Knoer held leadership positions in pharmacy at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview.
Trinity3 Technology [ST. PAUL, MN] announced the appointment of Scott Gill as president and chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2020. Current CEO Gary Embretson is retiring. Most recently, Gill served as president of Legrand AV, having joined Legrand after the company’s acquisition of Milestone AV Technologies in August 2017. Gill was CEO of Milestone for 12 years. Gill joined the predecessor company to Milestone, Chief Manufacturing, in 2004, after serving as senior principal at Parthenon Group.
Lockton Capital Markets [KANSAS CITY, MO] announced the appointment of Ken Pierce as Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, Pierce founded and began serving as CEO of Vanpoint Advisors. Pierce also previously served as Co-Founder of Vanbridge, as well as leadership roles at Mayer Brown, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.
Sterling Bancorp, Inc. [SOUTHFIELD, MI] (NASDAQ: SBT) the holding company of Sterling Bank and Trust, F.S.B. announced today that the Company and the Bank have agreed to hire Thomas M. O’Brien as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. O’Brien currently serves as a consultant to the Board of Directors of the Bank. Steve Huber, current Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company will continue to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer until the time O’Brien becomes an employee of the Company. Most recently O’Brien served as Vice Chairman of New York City-based Emigrant Bancorp, Inc. and Emigrant Bank from October 2018 to March 2020. O’Brien has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and on the boards of Sun Bancorp, Inc. and Sun National Bank from April 2014 to February 2018. O’Brien also served on the boards of BankUnited, Inc. and Bank United, NA from May 2012 to April 2014. Mr. O’Brien served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of State Bank of Long Island and State Bancorp, Inc. from November 2006 to January 2012.
Metabo HPT [BRASELTON, GA] a subsidiary company of Koki Holdings Co, Ltd, formerly part of the Hitachi group, announced Joe Leffler will assume the role of CEO and President. Hiro Yumoto will assume the role as interim Chief Operation Officer of the Americas and will continue to serve as chairman of the board of Koki Holdings America. Leffler previously served as Chief Operating Officer & General Management for Metabo HPT. Leffler first joined the company in 1994.
Galls [LEXINGTON, KY] announced the appointment of Mike Fadden as its new CEO. Fadden succeeds Mike Wessner, who is leaving after eight years as Galls’ CEO. Fadden built a 25-year career at Aramark, where he most recently served as President of its Uniform Division. Fadden’s career at Aramark began in 1995 as General Manager. Over the years, he took on roles with increasing responsibilities, including Group Leader, Group Vice President, Regional Vice President and Executive Vice President. Fadden was promoted to President of the Uniform Division in 2014.
PVH Corp. [NEW YORK] (NYSE:PVH) announced that Daniel Grieder is stepping down from his role of Chief Executive Officer, Tommy Hilfiger Global & PVH Europe after 23 years in various management roles within the organization, and will be leaving the company to pursue other interests. Martijn Hagman will succeed Grieder and become the new Chief Executive Officer, Tommy Hilfiger Global & PVH Europe, effective June 2, 2020. Hagman is currently Chief Operating Officer, Tommy Hilfiger Global & PVH Europe and Chief Financial Officer, Tommy Hilfiger Global. Hagman is a 12-year veteran of the Tommy Hilfiger leadership team.
Signet LLC [AKRON, OH] announced the naming of Mark Corr as President and CEO. After the unexpected passing of Signet’s longtime CEO and partner Ken Krismanth in July of 2019, Corr (formerly President and COO), stepped in as acting CEO.
RedSeal [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Bryan Barney as Chief Executive Officer. Ray Rothrock, an initial investor in RedSeal who has been at the helm since 2014, will remain active in the company as Executive Chairman of the Board. Before joining RedSeal, Barney led Symantec Enterprise Security Group as general manager and senior vice president. Prior to Symantec, Barney was SVP and General Manager of the Network Security Group at Sophos Group plc for three years. Barney also spent 13 years at McAfee, where he served as EVP and head of product development for the broadest security portfolio in the industry.
Allied Sports [NEW YORK] announced that Greg Luckman joins as CEO and Co-Managing Director in partnership with existing Managing Director Sean Barror, who launched the rising sports marketing agency in 2019. Most recently, Luckman was the Global Head of Brand Consulting at Creative Artists Agency.
22nd Century Group, Inc. [WILLIAMSVILLE, NY] (NYSE American: XXII) announced that James A. Mish has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective June 22, 2020. Prior to joining 22nd Century, Mish served as Chief Executive Officer of Noramco, and Purisys. Mish led the creation and spinoff of Purisys from Noramco during his tenure.
