CB Financial Services, Inc. [WASHINGTON, PA] (NASDAQGM: CBFV) the holding company of Community Bank and Exchange Underwriters, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank, announced that John H. Montgomery has been appointed to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank effective August 31, 2020, succeeding Barron P. McCune, Jr. who has been serving in an interim capacity since early January. Montgomery will also serve as a Director of the Company and the Bank. McCune will become an Executive Consultant to the Company and the Bank through March 31, 2021 to assist in the leadership transition. McCune will also become a Director Emeritus of the Bank and will continue to serve as a Director Emeritus of the Company. In 2005, Montgomery joined Susquehanna Bank and held a variety of executive positions for the next nine years, including President of Susquehanna’s Pennsylvania Division and Senior Credit Risk Officer. In 2014 Montgomery was recruited by First Bank. At First Bank, Montgomery has acted as Chief Credit Officer and has served on the Bank’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Mercy Corps [PORTLAND, OR] has named Tjada D’Oyen McKenna as the global organization’s Chief Executive Officer. McKenna will assume leadership at Mercy Corps on October 15, 2020. McKenna previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for two international nonprofits: CARE and Habitat for Humanity International. McKenna also spent more than a decade in roles with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the U.S. government. McKenna began her career in the corporate sector in various roles at McKinsey & Company, American Express and GE.
MMA Capital Holdings, Inc. [BALTIMORE, MD] (NASDAQ: MMAC) announced the resignation of Michael Falcone as Chief Executive Officer. Falcone will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company’s President, Gary Mentesana, will fulfill the duties of the Chief Executive Officer until the appointment of a successor.
Joerns Healthcare [CHARLOTTE, NC] has announced that Taylor Smith has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Smith’s previous leadership roles include Vice President of North American Clinical Distribution at Performance Medical, President of Corporate Solutions at Hill-Rom and General Manager at Cardinal Health.
Leafly [SEATTLE, WA] announced Yoko Miyashita will lead the company as its new Chief Executive Officer. Miyashita will take over with support from outgoing Leafly CEO Tim Leslie during a brief transition period. Miyashita joined Leafly in 2019 as General Counsel. Prior to Leafly, Miyashita served as General Counsel at Getty Images.
TeamSupport, LLC [DALLAS, TX] announced the appointment of Pete Khanna as its new CEO. Co-founder and former CEO Robert C. Johnson will assume a role on the company’s board of directors. Prior to joining TeamSupport, Khanna was CEO of TrackVia. Earlier Khanna was president and COO of MX Logic.
ProCare Rx [GAINESVILLE, GA] announced the appointment of Doyle Jensen as the company’s new CEO. Jensen’s resume includes extensive experience within the pharmacy industry, including positions with Apollo, Third Party Solutions, SXC, and Innovation.
AutoAlert [KANSAS CITY, MO] announced the appointment of Allan Stejskal as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining AutoAlert, Stejskal was CEO of incadea. Previously, Stejskal served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at AutoNation. Earlier in his career Stejskal served as Vice President/General Manager of the DMS, Sales and F&I Solutions business units at automotive retail systems and services company, Dealertrack, Inc.
YES (Yield Engineering Systems, Inc.) [FREMONT, CA] announced that Ramakanth Alapati is the company’s new chief executive. Alapati, who replaces former CEO Kenneth MacWilliams, has been a member of the YES technical advisory board for the past two years and chairman of its board of directors since January 2020. Alapati has held roles at PsiQuantum, Amkor Technology, GlobalFoundries, and at Micron Technology.
PS Business Parks, Inc. [GLENDALE, CA] (NYSE: PSB) announced that Maria R. Hawthorne will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective September 1, 2020. Hawthorne has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company since July 2016 and August 2015, respectively. John W. Petersen, the Company’s interim President and Chief Executive Officer and long-tenured Chief Operating Officer, will continue in his role as interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
DeVry University [NAPERVILLE, IL] is announcing the appointment of Thomas L. Monahan III as the university’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. For more than two decades, Monahan was a key operating leader and member of the Board, then chief executive officer and Chairman of CEB, Inc. Prior to CEB, Monahan was a management and technology consultant with Deloitte and Accenture. Monahan is currently serving as the Chairman of ProKarma, Inc., and is also a board member of Transunion, Chair of its Audit & Compliance Committee, and a member of its Compensation Committee.
American Zinc Recycling LLC [PITTSBURGH, PA] announced that the Company has named Joel Hawthorne as President and Chief Executive Officer. Wayne Isaacs, Interim President & Chief Executive Officer, will return to his position as Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 2017, once Hawthorne joins the company. Hawthorne comes to AZR from Specialty Steel Works Incorporated, where he served as Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Prior to serving as CEO for Special Steel Works Incorporated, Hawthorne served as President and CEO of Graftech International. Prior to Graftech, Hawthorne served in various leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and Reorganization and Director of Investor, Government, and Public Relations and other various financial positions at ACME Metals Incorporated and LTV Corporation (now both known as Arcelor Mittal). Hawthorne has served since 2013 as Chairman and Board Member of CE National.
Norton Rose Fulbright [HOUSTON, TX] announced the election of Gerry Pecht as Global Chief Executive of Norton Rose Fulbright, effective January 1, 2021. Gerry Pecht will succeed Peter Martyr, who has led Norton Rose and then Norton Rose Fulbright since 2002. Pecht has been a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee since 2013 and has served as Global Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation since 2014. Pecht joined the Houston office in 1980 and was named a partner in 1987.
Medrio Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced the appointment of Nicole Latimer to Chief Executive Officer. Nicole will be replacing Mike Novotny, former CEO and Founder of Medrio as he has chosen to take a sabbatical after leading Medrio’s growth for 15 years. Mike will, however, remain on the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Medrio, Latimer was CEO of StayWell. Latimer has also led key initiatives for the Advisory Board and Deloitte Consulting.
Mattamy Homes [ORLANDO, FL] announced that Keith Bass has been named as the new CEO of Mattamy Homes US, effective September 28, 2020. Bass is taking over the role from Pete Skelly, who will be retiring in October 2020 following a transition period. Most recently Bass was President and Managing Partner at Mill Creek Capital LLC. Previously Bass was the President and CEO of WCI Communities. Bass was also President of Pinnacle Land Advisors in Florida and was a senior executive for many years with Ryland Homes as well as with Taylor Woodrow Communities, Renaissance Homes, Donaldson Homes and Ryan Homes. Bass is a Director with Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Rayonier Inc. and Gulfcoast Legal Services, and previously served on the boards of WCI Communities Inc., the Homebuilders Association of Metro Orlando and the Bridges of Light Foundation.
Northern Virginia Technology Council [MCLEAN, VA] announced that Jennifer Taylor will join the organization as President and CEO. The announcement follows Brad Schwartz’s appointment as Acting President and CEO and Bobbie Kinberg’s retirement on June 30, 2020, after nearly 22 years of leading and growing the organization. Taylor comes to NVTC from the Consumer Technology Association where she served as Vice President of Industry Affairs. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Caring Village, a subsidiary of Segue Technologies. Prior to that, Taylor was Vice President, Corporate Relations and Business Development at AARP Services.
Aerin Medical [SUNNYVALE, CA] announced the appointment of Matt Brokaw as President and Chief Executive Officer. Brokaw has a long record of commercial leadership, building successful ENT businesses at companies including Tusker Medical, Spirox, Entellus Medical, Stryker, Acclarent, Johnson & Johnson, and Smith+Nephew.
Seneca Therapeutics, Inc. [PHILADELPHIA, PA] announced the appointment of James M. Hussey as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Hussey has been a CEO or President for nearly 20 years and a C-Suite member at several successful biotech/pharmaceutical companies.
RoadRunner Holdings LLC [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced Mac Tillman has joined as the company’s new CEO. Tillman most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GU Energy Labs. Tillman was previously a Vice President and General Manager at Del Monte Foods, Inc., and the VP of Marketing and Product Management at CamelBak.
Kaman Corporation [BLOOMFIELD, CT] (NYSE: KAMN) announced the retirement of Neal J. Keating as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the appointment of Ian K. Walsh as the incoming CEO. Walsh has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and a member of its Board of Directors, effective as of September 8, 2020. Keating will continue to serve as executive Chairman through the date of the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which time he is expected to retire from the Board. Walsh previously served as Chief Operating Officer REV Group, Inc.. Prior to joining REV Group, Walsh worked at Textron, Inc., where he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TRU Simulation and Training. Walsh’s career with Textron began in 1999 at Bell Helicopter and progressed through leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Lycoming Engines and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Textron’s Weapon & Sensor Systems business.
etectRx™, Inc. [GAINESVILLE, FL] announced the appointment of Valerie Sullivan as its next president and CEO. Sullivan has been serving etectRx in a consulting role since 2019. Prior to joining etectRx, Sullivan served as president of InVentiv Patient Access Solutions. In addition, Sullivan served as vice president and general manager of the patient service center at Pear Therapeutics. etectRx’s former CEO, Harry J. Travis, will continue serving the company on its board of directors. Travis has served as the company’s president and CEO since 2016.
AGCO [DULUTH, GA] (NYSE: AGCO) announced that Martin Richenhagen has chosen to retire as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer on December 31, 2020. The Company further announced that it has appointed Eric Hansotia, currently AGCO’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, to succeed Richenhagen as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2021. In addition, Hansotia has been elected to the Board of Directors.
Whiting Petroleum Corporation [DENVER, CO] (NYSE: WLL) announced the appointment of Lynn Peterson as Chief Executive Officer. Peterson succeeds Bradley J. Holly, who will resign effective at that time to pursue other interests. Peterson will also join the Company’s Board of Directors. Peterson most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of SRC Energy Inc. before its combination with PDC Energy, Inc. in January 2020. Prior to SRC Energy, Peterson was co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. before its integration with Whiting in December 2014.
