Indivior PLC [SLOUGH, UK & RICHMOND, VA] (LON: INDV) announced that it has appointed Mark Crossley as Chief Executive Officer. Shaun Thaxter, in mutual agreement with the Board, is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Crossley has been Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Executive Director of Indivior since February 2017. Crossley was previously Chief Strategy Officer from 2014-2017 and served as Finance Director where. Prior to joining Indivior in 2012, Crossley spent thirteen years at Procter & Gamble in various finance leadership positions and eight years as an officer in the United States Coast Guard.
Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services [CULVER CITY, CA] announced the selection of Jonathan Goldfinger as the next President and CEO of the organization. Goldfinger comes to Didi Hirsch from Goldfinger Health where he advised diverse organizations on behavioral health innovation, business strategy, and policy. Prior to that Goldfinger served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Innovation at Center for Youth Wellness. Goldfinger will succeed retiring CEO Kita S. Curry who joined Didi Hirsch 26 years ago.
Navistar International Corporation [LISLE, IL] (NYSE: NAV) announced that it has appointed Persio V. Lisboa president and chief executive officer. Troy A. Clarke, who has held the roles of Navistar president, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors since April 2013 and chairman of the board of directors since February 2017, will continue to serve the company in the newly created position of executive chairman. Lisboa joined Navistar in 1988 and has moved through the company’s ranks, serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer since March 2017. Prior to that, Lisboa served in several positions of increasing responsibility in the United States and South America, including president of operations and chief procurement officer.
The Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council [CHICAGO, IL] announced the appointment of J. Vincent Williams as the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to accepting the appointment at the ChicagoMSDC, Williams served as the Vice President of Economic Empowerment and the Director of the Illinois Small Business Development Center at the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.
CyrusOne Inc. [DALLAS, TX] (NASDAQ: CONE) announced that CyrusOne has selected Bruce W. Duncan as President & Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 6, 2020. Duncan succeeds Tesh Durvasula, who has served as CyrusOne’s interim President & Chief Executive Officer since February 20, 2020. Duncan has had an extraordinary and successful track record as CEO and Director of multiple public companies: Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Equity Residential, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. Duncan currently serves as Chair of the Board of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. and serves on the Boards of Marriott International Inc. and Boston Properties, Inc.
SubioMed, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] announced that it has appointed Gary Peterson, to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Over the last six years Peterson held top executive positions in the orthopaedic and regenerative medicine fields with The Steadman Clinic, the Steadman Philippon Research Institute. Peterson held top operating roles in companies including Angiomedics as its co-founder, along with significant marketing roles at Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc.
Women’s Care Enterprises [TAMPA, FL] announced that Alistair Madle has rejoined the company as its chief executive officer. Madle has 20 years’ experience in multi-site, specialty physician services leadership, including 14 years with Women’s Care Florida where he served as CFO, COO and CEO. Most recently, Madle spent five years at D4C Dental brands, including three years as its president and chief executive officer.
Spectral MD, Inc. [DALLAS, TX] announced today that Wensheng Fan has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Fan is a Co-Founder and was the first employee of Spectral MD. Over the past 11 years, Fan has served as the second in command of Spectral MD as CTO and Co-Founder and, more recently, as COO. Michael DiMaio, who co-founded the company, has served as CEO of the Company since 2013. DiMaio will continue to serve as an advisor to the Board for clinical studies and retain the title of CEO and Chairman Emeritus.
Uniserve Communications Corporation [VANCOUVER, BC] announce that Michael C. Scholz has stepped down as Chairman of the board, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, effective June 25, 2020. Kelly Walker, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. Walker has been the President since September 2019 and Director since January 2019.
Coty Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: COTY) announced that Sue Y. Nabi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2020. Peter Harf will be elevated to the role of Executive Chairman. Nabi is the founder and CEO of the new-age luxury skincare line, Orveda. Previously, Nabi served as Worldwide President of both L’Oréal, and Lancôme, during her 20-year tenure at L’Oréal.
DoubleVerify [NEW YORK] announced that Mark Zagorski has been named Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective July 21st. Zagorski previously served as the CEO of Telaria. Prior to joining Telaria in 2017, Zagorski was the CEO of eXelate, where he successfully led the sale of the company to Nielsen and subsequently assumed the role of Executive Vice President – launching and leading Nielsen’s Marketing Cloud Division.
TripleTree Holdings, LLC [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] announced it has appointed Dawn Owens as Chief Executive Officer. Owens, who most recently served as President of TTH, succeeds Kevin Green, the company’s founder and CEO for the past 22 years. Green will become Executive Chairman. Prior to joining TTH, Owens served as CEO of OptumHealth.
The Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida [BELLE GLADE, FL] announced that Matthew B. Hoffman has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Hoffman is also President of Tellus Products, LLC, which the Cooperative jointly owns with Florida Crystals Corporation and ASR Group. Hoffman has served on numerous boards, including The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Lake Okeechobee Regional Economic Alliance, and the Belle Glade Rotary Club.
AgBiTech Pty Ltd [DALLAS, TX] a Paine Schwartz Partners, LLC portfolio company announced that Adriano Vilas Boas has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Vilas Boas succeeds Peter Berweger, a Director of Paine Schwartz Partners, who will remain actively engaged with AgBiTech as Chairman of the Board. Vilas Boas has been with AgBiTech since 2018 after 10 years in leading commercial roles in the crop protection industry.
American Security Products [FONTANA, CA] announced Drew Meng as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. Drew replaces David Lazier, who has become the company’s Chairman of the Board after successfully leading AMSEC for the past 15 years. Meng joins AMSEC after serving as President of North American Spas at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide for the past 4 years.
Magaya [DORAL, FL] announced the appointment of executive board member Gary Nemmers to Chief Executive Officer. Nemmers joined the Magaya Board of Directors in early 2020. Nemmers most recently served as CEO and board member of IQMS Software, before the company was acquired by Dassault Systèmes in January 2019. Previously, Nemmers served as COO at HighJump Software, Senior VP at Infor, and was the founder and CEO of DataTrend Information Systems.
CenterPoint Energy, Inc. [HOUSTON, TX] (NYSE: CNP) announced that it has appointed David J. Lesar as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2020. Lesar succeeds John W. Somerhalder II, who has served as interim president and chief executive officer of CenterPoint Energy since February 2020 and a director since 2016. Lesar joined CenterPoint Energy as a director in May 2020. Lesar served as interim CEO of Health Care Service Corporation. Lesar was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Halliburton Company from 2000 to 2017 and Executive Chairman of the Board from June 2017 until December 2018. Lesar joined Halliburton in 1993 and served in a variety of other roles, including executive vice president of Finance and Administration for Halliburton Energy Services, a Halliburton business unit, CFO of Halliburton from 1995 through May 1997, President and Chief Operating Officer from May 1997 through August 2000. Lesar has also served on the board of directors of several companies, most recently Agrium, Inc. as well as Lyondell Chemical Co., Southern Co., Cordant Technologies, and Mirant.
Eastside Distilling, Inc. [PORTLAND, OR] (NASDAQ: EAST) announced the appointment of Paul Block, as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Block initially joined Eastside as Chairman in April 2020 and will succeed Lawrence Firestone as CEO. Block held various positions at Miller Brewing Company in marketing, sales, sales promotions, brand management and new product development ultimately chairing Miller’s Innovation Committee. Block was then engaged by Guinness Import Company as Vice President of Marketing. After Guinness, Block then served as Chief Marketing Officer, and then VP/General Manager, of Allied Domecq’s Premium USA Spirits Division. Later in his career, Block served as a Chief Executive Officer for over 15 years at Sara Lee Coffee and Tea USA, Merisant Worldwide and SVP Worldwide.
Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. [MADISON, CT] announced that as Steve Mongelli, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, will transition into the role of President & CEO. Sean Rotermund, the company’s Founder, and CEO will become the Founder & Vice Chairman of Clarity. Mongelli has been with Clarity since the company’s inception and has taken on various roles during his tenure.
