Ronald McDonald House Charities [CHICAGO, IL] president and CEO, Sheila Musolino, announced her plans to retire in December, after leading the global nonprofit over the last 7 years. Effective December 8, 2020, Kelly Dolan, the current Chief Marketing & Development Officer of RMHC, will be appointed the new President and CEO. Dolan joined RMHC in 2017. Dolan’s non-profit experience includes serving as Executive Director for The Atlanta Women’s Foundation and as the Executive Director for two global health organizations, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Georgia and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Greater Atlanta Affiliate.
Abveris [BOSTON, MA] announced the promotion of Tracey Mullen from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer, effective July 13, 2020. Current founder and CEO Garren Hilow proactively takes over as Chief Business Officer.
VelocityEHS [CHICAGO, IL] announced the appointment of John Damgaard as Chief Executive Officer. Damgaard succeeds VelocityEHS Co-Founder Glenn Trout who transitions into a new role as Strategic Advisor to the Company. Damgaard was previously CEO of MatrixCare which was acquired by ResMed, Inc. Prior to MatrixCare, Damgaard served as Senior Vice President & COO at Mediware Information Systems (now WellSky). Damgaard also previously served as Vice President of Operations at CGN & Associates and Manager of Technical Services at Maytag and advises Waud Capital Partners on its healthcare information technology investments.
Gazelle Sports [KALAMAZOO, MI] has named Jennifer Brummitt its new chief executive officer. Brummitt has been with Gazelle Sports since 2003. Brummitt has worked at every level of the company, beginning as a part-time shipping and receiving staff member. Brummitt developed her leadership throughout the company becoming the director of brand strategy in 2013 and joining the Gazelle Sports executive team in 2018.
The Visiting Nurse Service of New York [NEW YORK] announced that it has selected current EVP and Chief Financial Officer Dan Savitt to be the organization’s next chief executive officer upon the planned departure of current CEO Marki Flannery at the end of January 2021. Savitt served for two and half years as VNSNY’s EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Savitt has served more than 20 years in leadership roles, including at United Health Group, Landmark Health and U.S. Acute Care Solutions.
Jukin Media [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced that Lee Essner, Jukin’s former President and Chief Operating Officer, has been named Co-Chief Executive Officer; Essner Joins Jonathan Skogmo, Founder of Jukin Media, at the co-Chief Executive rank. Essner was hired first in 2013 to be President and Chief Operating Officer of Jukin.
Electrical Components International, Inc. [ST. LOUIS, MO] announced that Michael A. Balsei has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Balsei succeeds Douglas J. Grimm, Chairman of the Board, who had been serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Balsei most recently led the Electrical Business Unit of Lear Corporation. Previously, Balsei was at Delphi Automotive PLC, now trading as Aptiv PLC, for over 17 years, most recently as President of the Electrical & Electronic Distribution Systems division. Balsei started his career at General Motors in 1989 and served in various engineering and managerial roles for over 10 years.
MetricStream [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that it has appointed Bruce Dahlgren as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2020. Andy Diggelmann, the interim CEO will continue as senior leadership to support Dahlgren. Most recently, Dahlgren served as CEO of a Trivest portfolio company. Prior, Dahlgren served as EVP and Chief Revenue Officer of Kony. Earlier, Dahlgren spent more than 10 years at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise including serving as HPE’s SVP and Managing Director of the Asia Pacific and Japan Region.
A2Z Sync [DENVER, CO] announced that Chip Perry has joined the company as President and CEO. Perry served at AutoTrader.com, where he was the first employee in 1997 and served as founding CEO for 16 years. Perry later served as CEO of TrueCar.
FiberLight, LLC [ATLANTA, GA] announced that Jim Lynch, Executive Chairman of FiberLight, will serve as the company’s interim Chief Executive Officer until a permanent CEO is appointed. Lynch is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Thermo Capital Partners. Lynch was Executive Chairman and CEO of Xspedius Communications LLC.
DSD Business Systems [SAN DIEGO, CA] announced that Kayley Bell has been named as Chief Executive Officer. Doug Deane, Founder and Chief Executive Officer since 1984, will continue in a consultative role as Board Chairman on DSD’s Board of Directors. Bell has more than 20 years senior management experience, including 16 years at DSD where she has been responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of DSD’s Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Global Operations as COO and President of DSD’s Sales & Service Division since 2015. Bell joined DSD Business Systems in 2004 as Controller. Bell is the Executive Secretary and Treasurer for the National Mountain Rescue Association.
Cathay General Bancorp [LOS ANGELES, CA] (NASDAQ: CATY) the holding company for Cathay Bank announced that Pin Tai will retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Cathay Bank and resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and Cathay Bank, effective September 30, 2020. The Company and Bank appointed Chang M. Liu as CEO and President of the Company and as CEO of Cathay Bank, effective October 1, 2020. Liu is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cathay Bank and serves as a member on its Board of Directors. Liu joined Cathay Bank in 2014 as Senior Vice President and Assistant Chief Lending Officer. Liu was promoted to Deputy Chief Lending Officer in 2015 and then in 2016 became the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. In February 2019, Liu was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, followed by the appointment as President when he joined as a member of the Board of Directors of Cathay Bank in October 2019. Prior to joining Cathay Bank, Liu was the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Pacific Trust Bank, the Senior Vice President of the Special Assets Group at U.S. Bank, and the Senior Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Group at California National Bank.
EagleView [BELLEVUE, WA] announced the appointment of Chris Jurasek as Chief Executive Officer. Rishi Daga, who has served as CEO since 2016 and led the company’s growth for more than 10 years, will assume the role of Vice Chairman. Jurasek most recently served as President of JetSmarter, and prior to that, he held the roles of President and CEO of Calero Software. Jurasek has been an Operating Executive for Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. since 2014.
Crossroads Christian Communications Inc. [BURLINGTON, ON] announced that Kevin Shepherd has been named as Chief Executive Officer, starting Sept. 8, 2020. Shepherd most recently as the lead pastor of Glad Tidings Church in Burlington, Ontario. Shepherd has been part of the Western Ontario District Executive of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for nine years and presently serves as the Assistant Superintendent. Additionally, Sheperd serves the national fellowship of the PAOC on the General Executive.
Berlin Packaging [CHICAGO, IL] announced that Bill Hayes will serve as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Hayes will also serve on its Board of Directors. Prior to May 2020, Hayes served as CEO and President of BrandSafway. Prior to 2012, Hayes was President of Honeywell Safety Products. His earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Norcross Safety Products, Nitto Denko Corp., Brady, and Johnson & Johnson.
Mercedes-Benz Canada [TORONTO, ON] announced that Dimitris Psillakis has been appointed to President and CEO, effective September 1, 2020. Psillakis succeeds Brian D. Fulton, who after 26 successful years with Mercedes-Benz announced in February he will be departing the company to pursue other opportunities. Psillakis joined Daimler AG in 1992 as a management trainee with Mercedes-Benz Hellas and rose through the ranks of the Greek subsidiary over a number of years, culminating in his promotion to general manager of passenger cars in 2001. In 2009, Psillakis moved to Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda to serve as managing director for passenger cars in South America and Vans Sales Brazil. In 2015, Psillakis joined Mercedes-Benz Korea as President and CEO.
Inspira Health [MULLICA HILL, NJ] announced that it has appointed Amy B. Mansue as the new president and CEO, effective September 1. Mansue will succeed John DiAngelo, who announced his intention to retire in January following his 20-year tenure with the organization. Currently, Mansue serves as EVP, Chief Experience Officer, of RWJBarnabas.
A-to-Be USA [DOWNERS GROVE, IL], the U.S. subsidiary of A-to-Be, announced that Jason Wall, Chief Executive Officer, will depart from the Company. Luis Nunes, Global Chief Sales Officer, has been announced as interim Chief Executive Officer for the US Market.
Mortgage Specialists International, LLC [FORT WORTH, TX] announced that it has appointed Baker Breedlove to President and Chief Executive Officer. Breedlove previously served as the President of I Property Claims and General Counsel for Insight One Solutions. Breedlove will replace Gary Tolbert, who will transition into a strategic advisory role.
Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. [STAMFORD, CT] (NASDAQ: PNBK) the parent company of Patriot Bank, N.A. announced that Robert G. Russell, Jr. has been named President and CEO of both the Bank and the Company. Russell joins Patriot from Millington Bank of Morris and Somerset Counties of New Jersey, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Russell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NJM Bank, and before that, as its Chief Financial and Investment Officer.
Moxē [ORLANDO, FL] announced that it has named Michael A. Monahan as its President & Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Moxē, Monahan served as President of Tech Image. Monahan previously served in several in-house communications leadership positions, including executive communications and reputation management for Timken, and Walter Energy. Prior to that, Monahan worked in public relations at IMC Phosphates Company in Polk County.
Neuronetics, Inc. [MALVERN, PA] (NASDAQ: STIM) announced that Keith J. Sullivan has been appointed as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and has joined the Board of Directors. Sullivan most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and President (North America) of ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc., from January 2016 until the acquisition of ZELTIQ by Allergan, Inc. in April 2017. Sullivan previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of ZELTIQ from November 2014 until January 2016 and as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing from July 2013 through October 2014. Sullivan has previously held leadership positions with Medicis Pharmaceuticals, Reliant Technologies, Medtronic, Vision Quest Laser Center and Coherent Medical.
