Output Services Group [RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ] announced that Anish Rajparia, who previously served as OSG’s President, has transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer and joined OSG’s Board of Directors. Rajparia succeeds Scott W. Bernstein, who served as President and CEO of OSG since April 2010. Rajparia has served as President of OSG since April 2019.
PSST, LLC [LOUISVILLE, KY] announced the promotion of Mark Lattis to Chief Executive Officer. Lattis joined PSST as its CFO in November 2019. Lattis was previously Assistant Controller for Yum! Brands.
The National Restaurant Association [WASHINGTON, DC] announced the appointment of Tom Bené as the Association’s President & Chief Executive Officer and CEO of the Educational Foundation, effective June 1. Most recently, Bené served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Sysco Corporation. Prior to joining Sysco in 2013, Bené served as President of PepsiCo Foodservice from 2011 until 2013 and also held a variety of senior leadership roles over his 23-year career with the company.
The National Osteoporosis Foundation [ARLINGTON, VA] announced the selection of Claire B. Gill as Chief Executive Officer. Gill is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of diverse experience in nonprofit and for-profit businesses. Most recently Gill served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Mission Officer at NOF.
Columbus McKinnon Corporation [BUFFALO, NY] (NASDAQ: CMCO) announced that it has appointed David J. Wilson as President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2020. Wilson will also be elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company. Wilson is the president of the Pumps Division of Flowserve Corporation Before his tenure at Flowserve, Wilson advanced to significant leadership roles at SPX Corporation and its spin-off SPX FLOW, Inc. over a nearly 20-year period.
Taxpayers Against Fraud & the TAF Education Fund [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Jeb White has been named President and CEO of TAF and TAFEF. White succeeds Robert Patten, who stepped down from the position after successfully leading the organizations for three years. White returns to the same leadership position he held at both organizations from 2007 to 2010. White also previously served as TAFEF’s Director of Legal Education from 2004 to 2007.
Mesa Biotech [SOUTH RIDING, VA] announced the placement of Ingo Chakravarty as President and Chief Executive Officer. Chakravarty most recently served as President and CEO of NAVICAN Genomics after spending nearly two decades building global businesses in the oncology and infectious disease market. Chakravarty has held senior leadership positions at GenMark Diagnostics, Gen-Probe, Roche, and Ventana Medical Systems.
NovuHealth [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] announced that Steve Wigginton has joined the company as chief executive officer. Wigginton succeeds company co-founder Tom Wicka, who has served as CEO since the company’s inception and will move to the role of executive chairman. Wigginton comes to NovuHealth from Sutter Health|Aetna, where he served as the joint venture’s first CEO. Before that, Wigginton served as CEO of Valence Health, where he led and grew the business following its acquisition by Evolent Health. Prior to that, he was the chief development officer at Evolent Health.
Atos [IRVING, TX] announced the company has appointed Bryan Ireton as CEO, North America, effective June 1st. Ireton, who joined Atos from Accenture in February this year, was in charge of Atos Infrastructure and Data Management for the North American market. Ireton replaces Simon Walsh who will pursue other opportunities outside of Atos.
mTAB [RADNOR, PA] announced the appointment of Mark Langsfeld as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Langsfeld served as Head of Product & Engineering at VoiceBase. Prior to VoiceBase, Langsfeld was President and co-Founder of ListenLogic.
Healthy Pet [FERNDALE, WA] announced the appointment of August F. DeLuca as CEO. DeLuca succeeds retiring CEO Ted Mischaikov. Most recently, DeLuca held the position of President for Rock Ridge Stone. DeLuca has held past roles of President, General Manager, Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Sales & Marketing within the CPG category.
Quick Base [BOSTON] announced that Ed Jennings, who most recently served as chief operating officer at Mimecast, has been named chief executive officer. Most recently Jennings served as COO at Mimecast. Rick Willett, who has served as CEO and chairman of the board for the past four years, is stepping down to retire. In addition to his recent role at Mimecast, Jennings has held marketing leadership roles at PTC and Veracode, and also served as CEO for SaaS workflow solution Copanion.
Artax Biopharma, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced Joseph Lobacki as CEO. Lobacki assumes the helm of Artax Biopharma after more than three decades of leadership across large and small biopharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi Genzyme, Medivation, Verastem, and Micromet. The former CEO, Damia Tormo, will continue as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Artax, Lobacki most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Verastem, Inc.; Chief Operating Officer of Finch Therapeutics Group, and Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Council Member of Medivation. Lobacki also held previous roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Micromet, Inc., and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Genzyme Corporation.
MatSing® [IRVINE, CA] announced that Bo Larsson has now joined the company as CEO after consulting for over five years on its board of directors. Larsson previously served as Senior Vice President at Ericsson. Larsson was Corporate Vice President and General Manager in North American at Sony Ericsson.
Pico [NEW YORK] announced that Frank Troise will join Pico as Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Chairman and Founder, Jarrod Yuster. Troise most recently served as the President and CEO of Investment Technology Group. Prior to joining ITG, Troise was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, serving as head of J.P. Morgan Execution Services. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital and at Lehman Brothers. Troise has been on the board of directors of Pico since September of 2019 and will continue in that capacity.
Sigma Computing [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] has appointed Mike Palmer as CEO. Co-founder Rob Woollen was previously CEO and will now take over as chief technology officer. Co-founder Jason Frantz will become chief architect after serving as the company’s CTO. These changes are effective immediately. Prior to joining Sigma, Palmer served as the CPO at Druva.
Tausight [BOSTON, MA] announced that Dave Dickinson has been named the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. Most recently, Dickinson was the SVP, External Business Ventures for UnitedHealth Group R&D and Chief Innovation Officer for OptumLabs. Prior to Optum, Dickinson was the CEO of Zeo, Inc. Before Zeo, Dickinson held COO, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Global New Business Development, General Manager, and marketing leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Mead Johnson, Church & Dwight/Arm & Hammer, Johnson & Johnson Consumer, and StemCyte.
PT Genie [CLEVELAND, OH] has named Bob Malone as Chief Executive Officer. Malone most recently founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Fernweh Health. Prior to his work at Fernweh Health, Malone co-founded TPA Network Research Consortium. Other companies Malone has led as CEO include Three Rivers Provider Network, Premier Healthcare Exchange, and The Assist Group.
Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, CA] (NASDAQ: CSOD) announced that after 20 years as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone, Adam Miller will become co-chair of the Cornerstone Board of Directors. The board has appointed Phil Saunders, the former CEO of Saba Software, to serve as Cornerstone’s new CEO effective June 15, 2020. Phil Saunders was most recently the CEO of Saba Software. Prior to Saba, Phil spent 20 years at Gemalto (previously SafeNet), where he served in key sales and marketing leadership roles before becoming Chief Revenue Officer and board member.
Renew Financial [OAKLAND, CA] announced that Mark Floyd, currently a member of the Board at Renew Financial, will join the company as Chief Executive Officer. Floyd’s career includes senior finance and operating roles with Exeter Finance Corp, AmeriCredit Financial Services, and positions on the board of a number of financial services firms. For the past three years, Floyd has held a seat on Renew Financial’s board of directors, where he also served as interim COO of the company in 2017. In addition, Floyd is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Dimont. Previously, Floyd served as CEO and Director of Exeter Finance Corp. now GM Financial, where he held various executive roles including President of Dealer Services and Co-COO.
The National Insurance Crime Bureau [DES PLAINES, IL] announced that David Glawe has been appointed as the new president and chief executive officer of the Nation’s largest insurance fraud-fighting organization. Since 2017, Glawe served as Under Secretary and Chief Intelligence Officer at the Department of Homeland Security after nomination by the President of the United States and unanimous confirmation by the United States Senate. Prior to his appointment, Glawe served as Special Assistant to the President of the United States and Senior Director for Homeland Security at the White House. Glawe also served as the Assistant Commissioner and Chief Intelligence Officer at U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Glawe was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a Supervisory Special Agent in the Counterterrorism Division.
Laney Group, Inc. [HOUSTON, TX] announced the appointment of Paul Butero as Chief Executive Officer. Butero has been a board member since October 2015 and will continue to serve as Chairman. Prior to his involvement in Laney, Butero was the President / CEO of Nine Energy Service. Butero also enjoyed over 32 years with Baker Hughes Incorporated, lastly serving as President of US Land Operations. Butero also served as President of Hugheshristensen Company, President of Baker Atlas and President of Baker Hughes Inteq.
inHealth [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced the appointment of Harry Kim to Chief Executive Officer. Kim takes over the role of CEO from Aubrey Jenkins (co-founder) who will transition to President of inHealth. Kim joined inHealth in October 2019 as Chairman in May 2020 was promoted to CEO. Previously, Kimwas SVP and General Manager at Amwell and before that, served as the Global Business Lead for Samsung Health where he led strategy and business development. Prior to Samsung, Kim spent 10 years growing Hewlett-Packard’s Health and Life Sciences industry business.
BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. [RALEIGH, NC] (NASDAQ: BDSI) announced that Jeffrey A. Bailey, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer. Bailey succeeds Herm Cukier as CEO. Bailey’s experiences include a 20+ year career at Johnson & Johnson/Janssen Pharmaceutica as well as a tenure as Operating Unit President at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Chief Commercial Officer at King Pharmaceuticals, Chief Operating Officer at Fougera Pharmaceuticals, and Chairman and CEO of Neurovance. Bailey also served as President and CEO of Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. Most recently, Bailey was the CEO of IlluminOss Medical, Inc. Bailey has served as Chairman of Aileron Therapeutics since March 2018 and as a Board Member of Madison Vaccines, a privately held biopharmaceutical company, since October 2017.
USA Technologies, Inc. [MALVERN, PA] announced that its board of directors has named Sean Feeney as chief executive officer, effective May 8, 2020. Most recently Feeney was CEO of DefenseStorm, Inc. Previously Feeney served as CEO of GT Nexus. Previous to that, Feeney was as an operating partner at Golden Gate Capital. Don Layden, USAT’s former CEO, has resigned from his position and has also resigned from the USAT Board of Directors.
CIBT Global, Inc. [MCLEAN, VA] announce the appointment of Lee Spirer as President and Chief Executive Officer. Spirer succeeds John Donoghue, who becomes Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Spirer served most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Transformation Officer at Navigant, Inc. and prior to that served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Spirer has also held senior management roles at Kroll, Dun & Bradstreet Corp and IBM.
Helios Technologies, Inc. [SARASOTA, FL] (NASDAQ: HLIO) announced that it has appointed Josef Matosevic as the Company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 9, 2020. Masotevic was also appointed to the Helios Board of Directors. Matosevic succeeds Tricia Fulton, Helios’s Interim President and CEO, who replaced Wolfgang H. Dangel when he separated from Helios in April. Fulton retains her position as Helios’s Chief Financial Officer, a position she held in addition to the Interim President and CEO responsibilities. Matosevic most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Welbilt, Inc., since August 2015, as well as Interim President and CEO during a transition period in 2018. Prior to that, Matosevic served as Senior Vice President/Executive Vice President of Global Operational Excellence/Supply Chain for The Manitowoc Company, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Matosevic served in various executive positions with Oshkosh Corporation from 2008 to 2012, including as its Executive Vice President, Global Operations from 2010 to 2012. With Wynnchurch Capital/Android Industries from 1998 to 2008, Matosevic served as Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2008 and Vice President of Global Operations from 2005 to 2007.
Hornblower Group [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced Kevin Rabbitt has been appointed CEO. Rabbitt is expected to take up the role in July, while founder, Chairman and current CEO Terry MacRae will continue as Executive Chairman. A member of the Hornblower Board since 2018, Rabbitt joins from NEP Group where he has been CEO since 2012.
Solaria Corporation [FREMONT, CA] announced the appointment of Tony Alvarez to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Suvi Sharma, Solaria Founder, will lead strategy and growth initiatives. Alvarez’s experience includes 18 years at Cypress Semiconductor as senior vice president, the position of president & CEO of Altierre, and C-Level roles at Aptina Imaging, Advanced Analogic Technologies and Leadis Technology. Alvarez currently serves on the board of NexGen Power Systems and was chairman of the board of SunEdison Semiconductor.
The Biotechnology Innovation Organization [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Michelle McMurry-Heath will become the organization’s next President and CEO on June 1, succeeding Jim Greenwood, who has led the organization since 2005. McMurry-Heath has served in numerous senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) since 2014, most recently as Vice President of External Innovation and Global Leader for Regulatory Science.
3D Systems [ROCK HILL, SC] (NYSE: DDD) has named Jeffrey A. Graves as the new President and CEO, effective May 26. Graves replaces Vyomesh Joshi (VJ), who announced his retirement in February. Graves joins 3D Systems from MTS Systems where he served as CEO for the past eight years. Prior to MTS, Graves was CEO of C&D Technologies for seven years, and served as CEO of KEMET Electronics for three years. Graves currently serves on the board of directors of Hexcel, and Faro.
Vancity [VANCOUVER, BC] announced that after 13 years at the helm Tamara Vrooman will be stepping down as the credit union’s President and CEO to take up a new role at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) as its President and CEO. Tamara will continue to lead Vancity until June 30, 2020.
PRIDE Industries [ROSEVILLE, CA] announces the passing of Michael Ziegler, the organization’s CEO for the past 37 years. Ziegler is survived by his wife Debby of 37 years, their two sons and daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Bright Pink [CHICAGO, IL] announced Ginny Ehrlich as their new Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Ehrlich served as the chief executive officer at Power to Decide. Prior to taking the helm at Power to Decide, Ehrlich directed the childhood obesity prevention portfolio at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Previously, Ehrlich spent eight years at the Clinton Foundation, where she served as the Founding CEO of the Clinton Health Matters Initiative and the long-time CEO of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.
Fair [SANTA MONICA, CA] has named Bradley Stewart as CEO. Stewart most recently served as CEO of XOJet. Stewart replaces Fair’s interim CEO Adam Hieber, who will resume his role as an operating partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers and remain on Fair’s board of directors. Before joining XOJet as its president in 2010, Stewart was an executive with Parthenon Capital Partners, and prior to that worked at McKinsey & Company.
agilon health [LONG BEACH, CA] announced the appointment of Steven Sell, former Chief Executive and President of Health Net, as CEO of the Company. Sell joins agilon June 1 after a successful 22-year career with Health Net and related companies. At Health Net, a subsidiary of Centene Corp., he served as CEO and president from 2016 to 2019. Sell will succeed Ron Kuerbitz who is leaving to pursue other career endeavours. Before joining Health Net, Sell was a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and held a variety of strategic and operational roles at The Prudential.
Larson Design Group [WILLIAMSPORT, PA] announced that David Martin, LDG’s current President and COO, has assumed the CEO role from Keith Kuzio, who served for nearly 20 years as President and CEO. Kuzio will transition to a leadership advisory role with the company.
