The Good Times Restaurants Inc. [DENVER, CO] (NASDAQ: GTIM) announced that Ryan Zink has been named Chief Executive Officer. Zink has served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer since October 2019. Zink joined the Company in 2017 as its Chief Financial Officer. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Zink served as Corporate Finance Director and Reporting Leader for INVISTA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
APTIM [BATON ROUGE, LA] announced that Mark Fallon has been named Chief Executive Officer effective April 20th. Fallon succeeds Mike Donnelly, who is retiring from APTIM this month. Fallon joins APTIM from the Washington Companies, where he was President and CEO of Envirocon, a national remediation and decommissioning contractor, and Modern Machinery, a distributor of heavy construction and mining equipment. Prior to joining Envirocon and Modern Machinery, Fallon worked at CH2M (now Jacobs Engineering), where he served on the Board of Directors and held various leadership roles including President of Global Regions, President of the Global Nuclear Business and Managing Director of the Europe Region.
1st Capital Bank [SALINAS, CA] (OTCP: FISB) announced that Samuel D. Jimenez has been named chief executive officer. Jimenez brings to the bank nearly thirty years of banking experience, including six years as chief operating officer of Bank of Commerce Holdings, Sacramento, California. His background also includes service as chief financial officer and director of risk management in a community bank setting, as well as eleven years as a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation examiner.
Bigfinite, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced that John Vitalie has been named Chief Executive Officer and has been elected to the Board of Directors. Previously, Vitalie served as Senior Vice President of NAA CX Sales for Oracle where he led Oracle’s front office application sales. Before Oracle, Vitalie led the entire go-to-market organization as the Senior Vice President of the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical for North America at Salesforce, Inc.
Allure Security [BOSTON, MA] announced the appointment of Josh Shaul as the company’s new chief executive officer. Shaul will lead Allure through its next major growth and development phase. Jack Hembrough, who had served as interim CEO, will now become the company’s executive chairman of the board. Shaul brings more than 20 years of information security experience to this role, including senior leadership positions at Akamai, Singtel/Trustwave, Application Security, and SafeNet. Prior to joining Allure, Shaul was vice president of Web Security at Akamai Technologies.
Clarizen [SAN MATEO, CA] announced that the company has appointed Matt Zilli as Chief Executive Officer. Zilli was most recently Vice President, Go-to-Market at Adobe and prior to that, Chief Customer Officer at Marketo. His predecessor, Boaz Chalamish, has been named Executive Chairman. Previously, Zilli led the field and go-to-market teams for Marketo, which Adobe acquired in 2018. Zilli previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Marketo, overseeing Customer Success, Consulting and Global Enablement.
Northern Tool + Equipment [BURNSVILLE, MN] announced the appointment of Suresh Krishna as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective April 20. Krishna comes to the company from Sleep Number, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Krishna had been with Sleep Number since 2016 and previous to that held leadership positions at Polaris Industries, UTC Fire & Security, and Diageo. Krishna takes over from long-time CEO and President Chuck Albrecht, who is transitioning out of Northern Tool as part of a long-planned retirement. Albrecht had been with the company for more than 36 years.
Immunomedics, Inc. [MORRIS PLAINS, NJ] (NASDAQ: IMMU) announced that its Board of Directors (Board) has appointed Harout Semerjian as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board, effective April 16, 2020. Most recently, Semerjian served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer at Ipsen. Before joining Ipsen, Semerjian spent 16 years at Novartis Oncology where he held various worldwide strategic and operational positions, culminating in his last role as Senior Vice President, Global Head for Ribociclib.
CentralSquare Technologies [Lake Mary, FL] announced that David Zolet has joined CentralSquare as the company’s new Chief Executive Prior to joining CentralSquare, Zolet led the Logistics Management Institute (LMI) as CEO. Prior to LMI, David led the national public sector business unit for DXC Technology; served as vice president of systems integration at IBM; and worked for Northrup Grumman for more than 20 years in a variety of leadership positions.
Social Solutions Global [AUSTIN, TX] announced that Erin Mulligan Nelson has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Mulligan Nelson comes to Social Solutions most recently from Calytera where she has served as CEO since 2017. Before joining Calytera, Mulligan Nelson was a three-time CMO, leading all facets of marketing and advancing CSR and corporate funding programs at SunPower, Bazaarvoice, and Dell, Inc. Erin takes over the CEO role from Kristin Nimsger, who will become a senior advisor to Vista Equity Partners. Kristin will remain closely aligned with Social Solutions, a Vista portfolio company, and will help support the continued success of the company.
Axiado Corporation [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that it has named Gopi Sirineni as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective April 3, 2020. Before joining Axiado, Sirineni spent eight years as vice president of Qualcomm’s Wired/Wireless Infrastructure business unit. Sirineni is currently an advisor and member of the board of directors for several innovative domestic and international tech companies
Draken International, LLC [LAS VEAGS, NV] has selected Joseph “Joe” Ford as Chief Executive Officer. Ford will also serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Ford previously served as President, DynAviation at DynCorp International. Ford will succeed Jared Isaacman who has served as Draken’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer since 2011. Isaacman will become the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and will assist Ford through the transition.
Jvion [ATLANTA] announced that Jay Deady, former CEO of Recondo and Awarepoint, will succeed founder Shantanu Nigam as Jvion’s Chief Executive Officer. Shantanu will transition to his new role as Executive Chairman of the Board. Shantanu has led Jvion since 2010, when he founded the company.
Red Hat, Inc. [RALEIGH, NC] announced that it has named Paul Cormier as president and chief executive officer of Red Hat. Cormier, who previously served as Red Hat’s president of Products and Technologies, succeeds Jim Whitehurst, who is now president of IBM.
Notable [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced it has appointed Laurie Heilmann as Chief Executive Officer. Heilmann succeeds founder Matt De Silva who will remain a member of Notable’s Board of Directors and continue to serve as the company’s Executive Chairman. Heilmann joins Notable from CrownBio, where she served as President of Global Life Science and Diagnostic Solutions and led the strategic development and commercialization of products and services to treat oncology, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases.
News Corp [NEW YORK] announced that Will Lewis will be departing as CEO of Dow Jones and Publisher of The Wall Street Journal. Lewis will continue to work with his team through the current COVID-19 crisis for the next month, while a successor will be announced in the coming weeks.
Calytera [AUSTIN, TX] has appointed Zeynep Young as its new CEO. Young joins Calytera from Next Coast Ventures where she was a venture partner. Prior to that, Young founded and led Double Line Partners.
Online Learning Consortium [BOSTON, MA] announced that it has named Jennifer Mathes as the organization’s chief executive officer. Mathes assumes this leadership role after serving as interim CEO since last May. She came to OLC in 2015, and previously served as the organization’s Chief Strategy Officer and interim Chief Knowledge Officer.
Crenlo Engineered Cabs [ROCHESTER, MN] announced Matthew Karmel has been named Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Crenlo, Karmel served as an Operating Partner at Atlas Holdings. Previously Karmel held operationally focused CEO assignments in North America and Europe across a broad range of industrial manufacturers.
Virtana [SAN JOSE, CA] announced Ron Sege has been appointed Executive Chairman and acting CEO.Sege replaces outgoing CEO Phillipe Vincent, who recently guided Virtana through its expansion into hybrid infrastructure management
Momentive Performance Materials [WATERFORD, NY] announced Sam Conzone as newly named President and CEO. Conzone takes over from retiring President and CEO Jack Boss. Most recently, Conzone served as Chief Operating Officer.
