WarnerMedia [NEW YORK] announced that Jason Kilar has been named CEO of, effective May 1, 2020 . Kilar previously was the founding CEO of Hulu and SVP at Amazon. Kilar was CEO of Hulu from its start in 2007 until 2013. He served in several leadership positions at Amazon from 1997 to 2006, including SVP of Worldwide Application Software. Also, Kilar was co-founder & CEO of video streaming service Vessel from 2013 to 2017.
Pulse Systems, LLC [CONCORD, CA] announced the concurrent retirement of CEO Herb Bellucci and the appointment of Geoff Hall as CEO. Hall previously served as CEO at Precision Wire Components — now known as TE Connectivity.
Link Media Holdings, LLC [ROSWELL, GA] announced that Scott LaFoy has been named Chief Executive Officer of the Company. LaFoy has served as interim CEO since December 2019. LaFoy joined Link in May 2018 to manage Link’s Merger and Acquisition activities. From 2015 to 2018, LaFoy served as General Manager for the Chattanooga division of Fairway Outdoor Advertising. From 1999 until its acquisition by Fairway Outdoor Advertising in 2015, LaFoy founded, owned and operated LaFoy Outdoor Advertising. From 1996 until 1999, he served as Regional President for Clear Channel Outdoor/Eller Media and Regional Director for its predecessor Universal Outdoor. Prior to that he served as General Manager for POA Acquisition Corp in Chattanooga, Myrtle Beach, and Orangeburg, SC, and began his career at Peterson Outdoor Advertising in Orlando in 1985.
Stimwave Technologies, Inc. [POMPANO BEACH, FL] announced that Aure Bruneau has been named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Paul LaViolette. LaViolette, who stepped into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer in late 2019, will remain Chairman of the Board. Most recently, Bruneau led the Robotic, CMF/Thoracic and Spine businesses of Zimmer Biomet as Group President. Prior to joining Zimmer Biomet, Bruneau held numerous leadership positions within Medtronic and Sofamor Danek.
CFA Society New York [NEW YORK] announced that its CEO, Daniel Dagen has left his position. Dagen served as CEO of the Society since 2015 and contributed to the Society for many years prior to that as a member and volunteer. CFA Society New York is initiating a search to identify a new CEO and has appointed Peter Rush of Kellen, an association management company, to serve as interim CEO.
TrueFire Studios [NEW YORK] announced that Owen Grover has been named Chief Executive Officer. Grover most recently served as CEO of Pocket Casts. Prior, Grover spent more than a decade at iHeartMedia, where he was a founding member of iHeartRadio.
Anderson & Vreeland [FAIRFIELD, NJ] announced that Darin Lyon has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Formerly President, Lyon has held various executive roles at the company since 2003. In this expanded role, Lyon will hold the title of President & CEO.
The Husseini Group [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of JL Pomeroy as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 15, 2020. Prior to joining The Husseini Group, Pomeroy was Chief Marketing Officer of IMAX Corporation. Earlier, Pomeroy served as CEO of JumpLine Group, a brand activation agency she founded in 2002. In 2011, Pomeroy founded BehindTheLine Media, a company specializing in premium unscripted content.
Core BTS [NEW YORK] announced that Paul Lidsky has been named chief executive officer. Lidsky joined Core’s board of directors in 2018 and will continue to serve in his role as chairman. Prior to joining Core, Lidsky served as president and CEO of Datalink Corporation. Lidsky has more than 35 years of experience in successfully growing IT service organizations and has served in executive leadership roles at Calabrio, Inc., Spanlink Communications, Inc., Computer Telephony Solutions, Inc., and OneLink Inc.
PolarityTE, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY, UT] (NASDAQ: PTE) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has restructured the executive team to more appropriately align with traditional management structures, dissolving the Office of the Chief Executive, which had been in place since August 2019. David Seaburg has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Concept Software [ALPHARETTA, GA] announced that it has appointed Ankur Rana as the new chief executive officer. Ravindra Bhave will step down from the role of CEO and remain the President and Chairman of the board.
American Farmers & Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company [OKLAHOMA CITY, OK] announced the appointment of Jon D. Srna as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer. Srna will be assuming leadership on April 20, 2020. Srna began his insurance industry career more than 30 years ago with Farm Bureau Financial Services as a customer service supervisor. His accomplished career encompasses tenures as business unit vice president at Farm Bureau Financial Services; executive vice president and COO at ACCC Insurance; and, most recently, senior vice president of operations and COO at Madison Mutual Insurance Company.
OneEnergy Renewables [SEATTLE, WA] announced that Tobin Booth has been named its new CEO. Booth succeeds Bill Eddie, who co-founded OneEnergy and has served as its CEO. Eddie will continue as a key member of the company’s leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining OneEnergy, Booth founded and served as CEO of Blue Oak Energy. Upon the successful sale of Blue Oak Energy to Coronal Energy and Panasonic, Booth served as Coronal Energy’s Chief Engineering Officer.
Kateeva [NEWARK, CA] announced the appointment of May Su as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board. Su takes over from Alain Harrus who held the CEO role since 2013. Su joined Kateeva in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Over time her responsibilities expanded to include SVP of Sales. Harrus becomes Chairman Emeritus and will serve Kateeva as an Advisor. Before Kateeva, Su’s previous roles included: Vice President of Corporate Marketing at KLA-Tencor, Product General Manager at Lam Research, President of US and European Operations at Nova Instruments, VP of Strategic Marketing at Brooks Automation, and VP/GM at Crossing Automation and Aviza Technology.
UNITY Biotechnology, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced that Anirvan Ghosh has officially joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Ghosh joins UNITY from Biogen, where he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Research and Early Development. Former UNITY CEO, Keith Leonard, will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Envestnet, Inc. [CHICAGO, IL] (NYSE: ENV) announced the appointment of William Crager as Chief Executive Officer. Crager, a co-founder of the company and President since 2002, has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since early October 2019, and was named Chief Executive of Envestnet Wealth Solutions in January 2019.
Microcel [NEWMARKET, ON] announced it has appointed Adam Ingrao to the role of president and CEO. Rick Henry, Microcel’s founder, president and CEO, is retiring at the end of March. NFL. Most recently, Ingrao held the position of senior vice president of sales and strategy for Dorel Sports, a division of Dorel Industries, Inc.
Welkin Health [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it has chosen Michelle Pampin as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. Pampin joined Welkin August 2019 as Welkin Health’s Vice President of Marketing. Prior to Welkin, Pampin was VP of Demand Gen at Redis Labs, and has held executive positions with Broadly, Inc, Cambium Networks, Symmetricom (now Microsemi), Alvarion, JDSU (now Viavi), and Harris Corporation.
GTY Technology Holdings Inc. [BOSTON, MA] (NASDAQ: GTYH) announced the appointment of TJ Parass as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Stephen Rohleder who is leaving the company. Parass will also become a member of the GTY Board of Directors. Parass previously served as Founder and CEO of Questica.
Cytovance® Biologics [OKLAHOMA CITY, OK] announced the appointment of Jesse McCool to Chief Executive Officer. Yan Wang will step down as Cytovance’s interim CEO while continuing to serve as Director of the Board for Cytovance and CEO of SPL. McCool joined the site leadership team of Cytovance in 2013. Prior to his appointment as CEO, McCool served as the Chief Technology Officer.
Herbalife Nutrition [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: HLF) announced that John Agwunobi has assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Michael Johnson. Johnson retires as CEO effective March 30, and will retire as Chairman on April 29, 2020. Since joining the Company in 2016, Agwunobi has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Herbalife Nutrition’s co-president and chief health and nutrition officer and directing the Company’s nutrition philosophy. Agwunobi served as senior vice president and president of health and wellness for the world’s largest retailer, Walmart.
Amplify Energy Corp. [HOUSTON, TX] (NYSE: AMPY) announced that Ken Mariani, Amplify’s President & CEO, has notified the Board of his planned retirement from the Company, effective April 3, 2020. Amplify’s Board has appointed Martyn Willsher, Amplify’s current CFO, to serve as interim CEO following Mariani’s departure.
Re:Sound [TORONTO, ON] announced Lou Ragagnin as the organization’s incoming President and CEO. Ragagnin joins Re:Sound from Chartered Professional Accountants Canada, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Ragagnin’s experience includes ole Media Management (now Anthem Entertainment Group), where he served as Chief Operating Officer for more than three years.
Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. [HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO] (NASDAQ: ADES) announced that L. Heath Sampson notified the Board of Directors of ADES that he plans to resign as Chief Executive Officer effective June 30, 2020 to pursue other interests. Greg Marken, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, has been appointed to take over as Interim President and CEO on July 1, 2020, upon successful completion of an orderly transition process. Marken has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 1, 2018. Previously, he was the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, a position he held from June 2016 until his appointment as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Marken has served as the Company’s Secretary since August 2016. Marken joined the Company in January 2015 as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.
