Macquarie Global Infrastructure Total Return Fund Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE:MGU) announced that John C. Leonard, who is Executive Director and Global Head of Equities for Macquarie Investment Management, will replace Brad Frishberg as the Fund’s interested Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. Frishberg, who is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Infrastructure Securities at Macquarie Asset Management, will remain as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Fund, responsible for managing the Fund’s assets.
Jama Software [PORTLAND, OR] announced the appointment of Marc Osofsky as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Osofsky was CEO at Aberdeen and a COO for Lionbridge Technologies. Osofsky began his career at McKinsey.
IBM [ARMONK, NY] (NYSE: IBM) has selected Arvind Krishna as Chief Executive Officer of the company and a member of the Board of Directors, effective April 6, 2020. Krishna is currently IBM Senior Vice President for Cloud and Cognitive Software and was a principal architect of the company’s acquisition of Red Hat. Virginia Rometty, IBM Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will continue as Executive Chairman of the Board and serve through the end of the year, when she will retire after almost 40 years with the company.
Earthstone Energy, Inc. [THE WOODLANDS, TX] (NYSE: ESTE) announced that its current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Frank A. Lodzinski, will be appointed Executive Chairman and its current President, Robert J. Anderson, will be appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Earthstone, effective on April 1, 2020.
Ansira Partners, Inc. [ST. LOUIS, MO] announced that Jay Dettling has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Laurie MacLaren, who previously served as CEO, in addition to her role as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, will remain as CFO/COO on the Ansira executive team. Dettling most recently served as vice president of global partners at Adobe. Prior to Adobe, Dettling was a managing director at Accenture Interactive.
DIMONT [DALLAS] announced the promotion of Laura MacIntyre to Chief Executive Officer. MacIntyre joined the Company over two years ago as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to her role at DIMONT as Chief Revenue Officer, MacIntyre served as Director of Sales at DocMagic. MacIntyre has also served as Chief Operating Officer for both Fidelity National Financial and Black Knight, Inc.
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. [HOUSTON] (NYSE:EPD) announced that A. J. “Jim” Teague and W. Randall Fowler have each been elected to the role of co-chief executive officer. Teague and Fowler will continue to serve as directors on the board of Enterprise’s general partner and members of the Office of the Chairman. Fowler will continue his role as chief financial officer.
Blucora, Inc. [IRVING, TX] (NASDAQ: BCOR) announced that Chris Walters has been named the company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer. Walters has been a member of Blucora’s Board of Directors since 2014 and will retain his position on the Board but will step down as Chair of the Compensation Committee. Most recently, Walters served as a senior partner at Activate. Prior to his role at Activate, Walters was Chief Executive Officer of Encompass Digital Media, Inc. Over the course of his career, he also served as Chief Operating Officer for both The Weather Company and the Bloomberg Industry Verticals Group
1st Colonial Bancorp, Inc. [COLLINGSWOOD, NJ] (OTC: FCOB) and its subsidiary, 1st Colonial Community Bank, announced that they have appointed Robert B. White as the president and chief executive officer of both the holding company and the bank. White succeeds Gerard M. Banmiller, the current president and chief executive officer of both companies, who is retiring. Most recently White served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Customers Bank.
TSR, Inc. [HAUPPAUGE, NY] (Nasdaq: TSRI) announced that it has appointed Thomas Salerno as Acting CEO of the Company. Since 2011, Salerno has served as the Managing Director of TSR Consulting Services, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Salerno spent eight years at Open Systems Technology as Associate Director, two years as Vice President of Sales and Recruiting for Versatech Consulting, and three years as an Account Representative for Robert Half Technologies. Effective as of January 27, 2020, Christopher Hughes, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of the Company began a temporary leave of absence.
Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec [MONTREAL] has appointed Charles Émond as President and Chief Executive Officer. Émond is currently Executive Vice-President, Québec, Private Equity and Strategic Planning at CDPQ, which he joined in February 2019.
Randolph Bancorp, Inc. [STOUGHTON, MA] (NASDAQGM: RNDB), the holding company for Envision Bank announced that James P. McDonough will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank, effective April 1, 2020. McDonough will be succeeded in these roles by William M. Parent on the same date. Parent previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Hills Bank and Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. from 2010 through 2019.
Decibel Therapeutics [BOSTON] announced that Laurence Reid has been appointed as Decibel’s acting chief executive officer. CEO Steven Holtzman is retiring and will become a strategic business advisor to the company. Most recently, Reid served as the CEO of Warp Drive Bio.
Match Group [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: MTCH) announced that after 14 years, Mandy Ginsberg will be leaving the company and stepping down from the Board of Directors. Shar Dubey, who currently serves as the President of Match Group, will assume the role of CEO effective March 1. Dubey has served as Match Group’s President and has been a member of the Board since late 2019. Prior to her role as Match Group’s President, Dubey was the Chief Operating Officer of the Tinder business. Dubey has also served in a variety of other roles, including President of Match Group Americas and Chief Product Officer of the Match brand.
Clearwater Paper Corporation [SPOKANE, WA] (NYSE: CLW) announced that its has selected Arsen S. Kitch, the company’s senior vice president and general manager of its consumer products division, as its next chief executive officer, effective April 1, 2020. Upon becoming CEO, Kitch will be appointed to the board. Kitch will succeed Linda K. Massman, who has informed the board of her decision to retire from Clearwater Paper after serving in the CEO position since January 2013. Before Clearwater Paper, Kitch was a finance director at Nestlé USA and previously was at KKR Capstone and Frito Lay.
STG Logistics [CHICAGO] announce that it has appointed Paul Svindland to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Greg Muldoon, STG Chairman and Interim CEO, will continue to serve as the Company’s Chairman. Svinland most recently served as CEO of Celadon Group. Prior to Celadon, Svinland was CEO of Farren International and previously Svinland served as the COO of Pacer International.
The SCAN Foundation [LONG BEACH, CA] announced that founding president and Chief Executive Officer, Bruce A. Chernof will retire by the end of 2020. Chernof has served as president of the Foundation since its founding in 2008. He previously led the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.
FoodFirst Global Restaurants [ORLANDO, FL] announced that it has appointed Steve Layt as Chief Executive Officer. Layt will also join FoodFirst’s Board of Directors. Most recently, Layt was President and CEO of Pizza Hut for NPC International. Prior to that, Layt was the President of Applebee’s. FoodFirst’s founder, Brad Blum, has stepped down from his role as Chairman & CEO and will remain engaged as an owner-partner.
Singularity University [SANTA CLARA, CA] has appointed Steve Leonard as the organization’s chief executive officer effective May 2020. Leonard moves to SU from SGInnovate where since 2016 he has served as its founding CEO.
United Fiber & Data [YORK, PA] announced that it has appointed Felipe J. Alvarez as chief executive officer. Alvarez has been working with United Fiber & Data for the past four months and has principally served as an independent key advisor on the company’s board. Before joining UFD, Alvarez served in executive leadership positions for both startup and established telecom firms such as ExteNet Systems, Inc., Sidera Networks/RCN Metro Optical Networks, and Hibernia Networks.
Passage Bio [PHILADELPHIA, PA] announced the appointment of Bruce Goldsmith as chief executive officer. Goldsmith succeeds Stephen Squinto who co-founded Passage Bio and served as interim chief executive officer since 2018. Goldsmith joins Passage Bio from Deerfield Management where he was a venture partner responsible for early-stage investments and served as interim chief executive officer of Civetta Therapeutics since April 2019. Previously, Goldsmith was chief operating officer at Lycera.
accesso Technology Group plc [ORLANDO, FL] (AIM:ACSO) announced Steve Brown has returned to accesso as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Paul Noland. Brown founded the company’s namesake accesso business in 2008, which became part of what is now accesso Technology Group PLC when it was acquired from Brown in 2012. Brown served as President and CEO from 2016 until 2018 when he departed the company.
Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. [PHOENIX, AZ] announced that Michael R. Egeck has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, and that Steven L. Ortega will be transitioning from his role as CEO to Executive Chairman of the Company. Egeck most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of PSEB Group. Before the formation of PSEB in 2018, Egeck had served as CEO of Eddie Bauer since 2012. Egeck was previously CEO of Hurley International, a division of Nike, Inc., and prior to joining Hurley International, he was President of True Religion Apparel, Inc. from June 2010 to September 2011. From 2007 to 2009, Egeck was President of VF Corp’s Contemporary Brand Coalition, and was CEO of Seven For All Mankind from 2006 to 2007, prior to its acquisition by VF Corp.
The American Pharmacists Association [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Scott J. Knoer has been named the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Vice President. Knoer is the Chief Pharmacy Officer of the Cleveland Clinic,. Knoer succeeds Thomas E. Menighan, who has served as CEO/EVP for the past 11 years, and last year announced his plans to retire in 2020.
MATRIXX Software, Inc. [SARATOGA, CA] has appointed board member Glo Gordon to succeed Dave Labuda as CEO of MATRIXX and lead the company through its next phase of transformative growth. Labuda will remain with the company as non-executive chairman of the Board and Senior Innovation Advisor. Gordon most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Uptake. Prior to joining Uptake, Gordon was the global sales leader for Cisco’s IoT group, a role she assumed after Cisco acquired her previous company, Jasper. Before the acquisition, Gordon served as Jasper’s Chief Revenue Officer. Gordon has also held senior leadership positions with industry leaders Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft.
The Center for Disaster Philanthropy [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Patricia (“Patty”) McIlreavy will succeed Robert G. Ottenhoff as president and CEO of the organization. McIlreavy is currently the vice president of humanitarian policy and practice at InterAction, an organization she joined in 2011 as senior director of humanitarian policy and practice.
Braidy Industries [ASHLAND, KY] announced that Chairman and CEO Craig Bouchard will step down from his current position. Bouchard will remain a member of Braidy Industries’ Board of Directors. President Tom Modrowski has been named interim CEO of Braidy Industries Modrowski has been with Braidy since its inception and has more than 30 years’ experience in the metals business including senior leadership roles at various metal and metal processing businesses.
Inteliquent, Inc. [PLYMOUTH, MN] announced that it has promoted Ed O’Hara, current Inteliquent CFO, to CEO of the company. Effective Feb. 7, O’Hara will succeed Fritz Hendricks. Prior to joining Inteliquent, O’Hara held CFO roles at cloud services and communications companies Datapipe, Sidera Networks and RCN.
The Santa Fe Group [SANTA FE, NM] announced the appointment of David J. Perez as Chief Executive Officer. Catherine A. Allen, who founded the firm in 1996, will remain as Chairman of the Board. In 2011, Perez founded Seamless Medical Systems. Prior to Seamless Medical, Perez founded Latin Force.
Summit State Bank [SANTA ROSA, CA] (NASDAQ: SSBI) President and CEO, James Brush announced his retirement as of April 27, 2020. The Board has named current Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer Brian Reed to fill the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Reed joined Summit in late 2016.

Prior to his appointment at Perimeter, Lemke was the Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Touchette Regional Hospital in Centerville. Formerly Lemke served as Executive Director of Behavioral Health.
Directly [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Mike de la Cruz to CEO. Directly co-founder and former CEO Antony Brydon will now lead innovation as vice president, Directly platform. De la Cruz was previously Directly’s chief business officer.
Sun BioPharma, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] (OTCQB: SNBP) announced the initiation of a search for a Chief Executive Officer to succeed Michael T. Cullen. Cullen will remain Executive Chairman of Sun BioPharma’s Board of Directors and has committed to continue to serve as President and CEO of the Company to facilitate a successful transition.
Logicalis US [NEW YORK] has announced that Vince DeLuca will transition from his current role as CEO for Logicalis US to Chief Customer Experience and Service Transformation Officer for the Logicalis Group. Jonathan Groves will assume the role of CEO US, effective March 1. Jonathan joins Logicalis from IT solutions provider ConvergeOne, where he held the position of Executive Vice President, US East.
Symphony RetailAI [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Chris Koziol as CEO and a member of the company’s board of directors. Pallab Chatterjee, who previously served as CEO, has retired from the Company. Koziol most recently served as president and CEO of Aspect Software. Prior to that, Koziol was COO of JDA Software.
Inspira Health [MULLICA HILL, NJ] announced president and CEO, John A. DiAngelo will retire from the organization at the end of 2020. He will remain in his position as president and CEO until a successor is named.
Corvus Consulting [POTOMAC, MD] announces Jim Enicks has agreed to become CEO. Enicks most recently served as the President of Five Rivers Services, LLC and Synteras. Previously he held senior positions at SRA International and SAIC after serving over 25 years on active duty in the U.S. Army.
