Greenwood Racing, Inc. [BENSALEM, PA] announced the appointment of Eric Hausler as Chief Executive Officer effective Jan. 20, 2020. Most recently, Hausler served as Director of VICI Properties Inc. Prior to that, Hausler held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Isle of Capri Casinos Inc, having previously served that Company as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategic Officer and Senior Vice President – Strategic Initiatives.
Ascent Industries Corp. [VANCOUVER, BC] (CSE: ASNT) announced that Paul Dillman has resigned from position as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities. Mark Lotz will assume the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer for the time being.
Bluberi Gaming Canada Inc. [LAS VEGAS, NV] announced the appointment of Andrew Burke as its Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Burke served as Senior Vice President of Slot Products at PlayAGS Inc. Burke succeeds Mike Starzynski.

T2 Biosystems, Inc. [LEXINGTON, MA] (NASDAQ:TTOO) announced that it has appointed John Sperzel as President and Chief Executive Officer. Sperzel, who will also join the Board of Directors, succeeds John McDonough, who will continue with his Board leadership role serving as non-Executive Chairman. Sperzel most recently served as President and CEO of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. Prior to Chembio, Sperzel served as President and CEO of ITC Medical.
Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. [MEDFORD, NY] (Nasdaq: CEMI) announced President and Chief Executive Officer John Sperzel has resigned for another opportunity. The Company has appointed Director Gail Page as Interim CEO. Page has served on the Chembio Board of Directors since 2017. Currently Page is a Venture Partner at Turret Capital Management. Previously Page was the President and CEO at Vermillion, Inc. Additionally, Page served as Chief Operating Officer of Luminex for three years after ascending to Senior Vice President during a 12-year tenure with Roche Biomedical / Laboratory Corporation of America.
Aravive, Inc. [HOUSTON] (Nasdaq: ARAV) announced the appointment of Rekha Hemrajani as president, chief executive officer and director of the company. Jay Shepard, who last year announced plans to step down as CEO, will transition to the role of chairman of the board of directors. Prior to joining Aravive, Hemrajani served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Arcus Biosciences, Inc.
Sapphire Digital [LYNDHURST, NJ] announced that Kyle Raffaniello, who has been serving as the company’s interim chief executive officer since August 2019, has officially been named chief executive officer.
Green Street Advisors [NEWPORT BEACH, CA] announced the appointment of Jeff Stuek Jr. as Chief Executive Officer. Stuek will succeed Craig Leupold who will be stepping down after twelve years as President and CEO. Prior to Green Street, Stuek worked for TravelClick for seven years. Most recently,Stuek served as President of TravelClick’s North American business.
Service Thread [LAURINBURG, NC] has appointed Jay Todd as the new Chief Executive Officer. Sam M. Butler III former chief executive officer of the company will continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the firm.
Xome Holdings LLC [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Mike Rawls as Chief Executive Officer. Rayman Mathoda, who previously served as CEO of Xome, will remain with the company as a strategic advisor. Prior to joining Xome, Rawls served as the Executive Vice President of Servicing for Mr. Cooper Group. Rawls joined Mr. Cooper in 2000 and was named Executive Vice President of Servicing in 2015.
Kauffman Engineering, LLC [LEBANON, IN] announced that David Evans has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Evans succeeds Mike Buis, who will transition from the President and CEO role to a strategic advisory role on the Board of Directors. Evans most recently served as President and CEO of Oerlikon Drive Systems Americas. Evans previously held executive roles at SMW Automotive, TRW Automotive, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, and NCR.
Black Bear Diner [EDDING, CA] has announced the promotion of Anita Adams to chief executive officer. Bruce Dean, the brand’s co-founder and CEO will remain active with the company as executive chairman. Adams was most recently president of Black Bear Diner. Adams first joined the company in 2017 as chief financial officer. In March of 2019, Adams was promoted to president in addition to her role as CFO. Previously Adams was CFO of American Blue Ribbon Holdings. Before that, Adams was the vice president controller for VICORP Restaurant Group prior to its acquisition by ABRH.
Net Health [PITTSBURGH, PA] announced that it has appointed Josh Pickus Chief Executive Officer. Anthony Sanzo, who served as Net Health’s CEO since 2012, becomes Executive Chairman as part of the transition. For the last six months, Pickus served as Net Health’s President and Chief Integration Officer following the acquisition of Optima Healthcare Solutions, where he served as CEO. Prior to Optima, Pickus was the CEO in Residence at Alpine Investors and CEO at the Niku Corporation.
Move, Inc. [SANTA CLARA, CA)] announced that David Doctorow will become Chief Executive Officer, effective Feb 3, 2020 Doctorow succeeds Tracey Fellows, who has served as Move’s interim CEO since June. Doctorow joins Move from eBay, where he served as Head of Global Growth, eBay Marketplaces, since 2016. Doctorow previously was Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Expedia. Before his time at Expedia Doctorow worked as an executive in the marketing and sales practice at McKinsey & Company and as Director of Global Marketing Strategy and Operations at the Hewlett-Packard Company.
Acuity Brands, Inc. [Atlanta, GA] (NYSE: AYI) announced that Neil M. Ashe will become its next President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board, effective January 31, 2020. Ashe will take over the CEO position from Vernon J. Nagel, who will remain with the Company in the newly created role of Executive Chairman.
Source Photonics [WEST HILLS, CA] announced the appointment of Weiming Li as President and Chief Executive Officer. Li, a returning veteran of Source Photonics, succeeds former CEO, Doug Wright, who resigned from the company. Prior to joining Source Photonics as a General Manager from 2007 to 2013, Li served as VP Operations and GM at Auxora Networks. In addition, Li served as VP of Business Development at Oplink.
ForwardPMX [NEW YORK and LONDON] announced it has named James Townsend as its Global Chief Executive Officer. Townsend will assume the role from former CEO, Martin McNulty, who will be moving on to pursue other opportunities. Throughout 2019, Townsend served as ForwardPMX’s Global Managing Director.
Bazaarvoice, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] announced that it has appointed Keith Nealon as Chief Executive Officer. Joe Davis will transition out of the CEO role and return to his original role as Operating Executive at Marlin Executive Partners. Most recently, Nealon was the Chairman and CEO of Vyze. Prior to that, Nealon held leadership roles at Adaptive Insights, Eloqua, ShoreTel, Conductor, and NaviSite.
OODA Health [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that its Board of Directors has promoted Seth Cohen to Chief Executive Officer. Cohen, OODA Health Co-Founder, has been President of the company since its inception in January 2018, and is also a member of its Board of Directors. Former CEO and OODA Co-Founder Giovanni Colella now assumes the role of Executive Chairman. Previously, Cohen served as the Vice President of Sales and Alliances for Castlight Health.
Revitope Oncology, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Steve Arkinstall as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Arkinstall was CEO of Elstar Therapeutics. Arkinstall previously was Chief Scientific Officer at Kymab.
Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store [LOS ANGELES] announced that the company has appointed Marc Friedant as Chief Executive Officer. Andy Heyneman, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Robbins Brothers for the past fourteen years, has stepped down from the position. Friedant previously President and Chief Financial Officer for Robbins Brothers over the past year and a half. Prior to Robbins Brothers, Friedant occupied positions at Qualawash Holdings, Vogue International, Clement Pappas and Co. and LAGOS as Chief Financial Officer.
IKONICS Corporation [DULUTH, MN] (Nasdaq: IKNX) announced that William C. Ulland, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer effective February 10, 2020, and that the Board has elected Glenn Sandgren, to succeed him. Ulland will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board. Sandgren will also serve on the Company’s Board. Prior to joining IKONICS, Sandgren was the President of Pallidus. Previously Sandgren served as the Vice President of Silicon Carbide Products for Melior Innovations, Vice President and Business Unit Manager for Polysciences, Inc., and held senior positions with Owens Corning and GE Plastics.
D-BOX Technologies Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX:DBO) announced that Claude McMaster will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer as planned on March 31, 2020. Sébastien Mailhot, D-BOX Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed President and CEO, effective April 1, 2020. Mc Master will remain as a strategic advisor to the new CEO to ensure an orderly transition. Before joining D-BOX, Mailhot served as Chief Executive Officer of Carreaux Céragrès. From February 2004 to January 2009, Mailhot was partner and Vice-President of Capimont Technologies. Prior to that, Mailhot was Vice President of Finance and Administration for various technology companies.
A. M. Castle & Co. [OAK BROOK, IL] (OTCQX: CTAM) announced that President Marec Edgar has been named Chief Executive Officer and will join Castle’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2020. Steve Scheinkman has decided to retire as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, remaining on Castle’s Board of Directors. Edgar joined Castle in 2014 as Vice President and General Counsel and then served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer from May 2015 until December 2018, when he was promoted to President. Earlier, Edgar served in roles of increasing responsibility at Gardner Denver, Inc., ending as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
ERP Maestro [PLANTATION, FL] announced that it has appointed board member and former KPMG partner Kenneth S. Gabriel, CPA as Chief Executive Officer. Gabriel succeeds Jody Paterson, who is transitioning from his role as CEO to Executive Chairman of the ERP Maestro Board of Directors. Prior to this transition, Gabriel served on ERP Maestro’s Board of Directors since March 1, 2019, and was Global Leader for ERP Advisory at KPMG .
Diversey [FORT MILL, SC] announced that Mark S. Burgess is resigning as Chief Executive Officer effective to take another executive role and will be replaced on an interim basis by Philip R. Wieland who most recently served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Wieland has served as CEO of UK and Ireland operations and as Group CFO of Brakes,and was previously CFO of General Healthcare Group.
BitSight [BOSTON] announced it has appointed Stephen Harvey as CEO. Harvey joins BitSight from Institutional Shareholder Services where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Harvey replaces BitSight CEO Tom Turner, who is stepping down and will continue to serve as an advisor to BitSight.
First National Bank and Trust Company [BELOIT, WI] announced that David N. McCoy has been appointed to President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank and Trust Company. Steve Eldred will continue as Executive Chairman of the Board of FNBT, Chairman and CEO of Centre 1 Bancorp, Inc. McCoy joined the company in October 2016 as EVP and CFO. McCoy was promoted to President of FNBT and appointed to the FNBT and Centre 1 Bancorp boards in January 2018. McCoy came to FNBT from The National Bank & Trust Company where he was senior vice president (SVP) and CFO.
Global Cloud Xchange [NEW YORK] announced that it has appointed Rory Cole as the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer. Cole has served as Chief Financial Officer of GCX since 2014. Cole succeeds Bill Barney, who has decided to pursue other professional opportunities. Cole previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of RCom’s Submarine Cable and Voice business units, as Chief Financial officer of MCI EMEA, and as Chief Operating Officer for Verizon’s 85-country International business unit.
Velodyne Lidar, Inc. [SAN JOSE, CA] announced Anand Gopalan as its new CEO. Gopalan, who previously was Velodyne’s CTO, assumes the position from Velodyne’s founder David Hall. Hall will continue as full-time Chairman of the Board and remain actively involved in directing the company’s technology, product vision and business strategy.
Pixelle Specialty Solutions [SPRING GROVE, PA] has promoted Timothy R. Hess to Chief Executive Officer. Hess has served as President of Pixelle since 2018. Prior to 2018, Hess served as Senior Vice President and President of Glatfelter’s Specialty Papers Business Unit.
Urban Zen [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Helen Aboah as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Aboah previously held the role of Executive Vice President at Alexander Wang and executive at LVMH/Donna Karen Intl.
WireCo WorldGroup [PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KS] announced that Keith White has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2020 and will be serving on the Board of Directors. Interim Chief Executive Officer, Jay Townsend, will step down from his executive duties, but will remain actively involved with WireCo as Lead Independent Member of the Exec. Committee of the Board of Directors. White most recently served as Senior Vice President of Industrial at Kiewit Corporation. Prior to Kiewit, White was President of the Industrial Air Platform, Parker Filtration Group at Parker Hannifin Corporation, having come to Parker Hannifin from its acquisition of Clarcor Corporation in 2017.
Glassdoor [MILL VALLEY, CA] announced that Christian Sutherland-Wong is leading the company as chief executive officer. Sutherland-Wong was previously Glassdoor president and chief operating officer. Glassdoor co-founder and former CEO Robert Hohman is remaining with Glassdoor as chairman. Sutherland-Wong was named Glassdoor president in early 2019 after being appointed as the company’s first COO in February 2018, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategy and business for Glassdoor. Sutherland-Wong joined the company in 2015 as vice president and general manager of monetization. Previously, Sutherland-Wong held roles at LinkedIn and Bain & Company.
Exactech [GAINESVILLE, FL] announced that Darin Johnson has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer. Johnson currently serves as Senior Vice President of Extremities. Johnson will succeed David Petty, who will transition from his role as CEO to become Vice Chairman of the Exactech board of directors. Johnson joined the company in 2002 and was named Senior Vice President of Extremities in 2018.
Colony Hardware, Inc. [ORANGE, CT] announced the promotion of Colony founder Michael Weiner to Chairman and President, and Mark Patton to Chief Executive Officer. Patton joined Colony in 2011 as CFO/COO. Prior to Colony, Patton held the role of CFO at Matco-Norca, Inc., and various General and District Manager roles with Ferguson Enterprises.
Flotek Industries, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: FTK) announced that John W. Gibson, Jr. has assumed the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company as of today. John Chisholm, Flotek’s former Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down from the Board.
FibroGen, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: FGEN) announced that it appointed Enrique Conterno as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Conterno previously worked as a senior vice president for Eli Lilly and Company, serving as President, Lilly USA, President, Lilly Diabetes, and a member of Lilly’s corporate executive committee. Jim Schoeneck has served as the company’s Interim CEO since August 2019, following the unexpected passing of founder and long-term CEO, Tom Neff. Schoeneck is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and will continue to serve the company during a transition period as Interim President.
TopBuild Corp. [DAYTONA BEACH, FL] (NYSE:BLD) announced that Jerry Volas will retire as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2020. Robert Buck who has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since June 2015, will assume the role of CEO and director upon Volas’ retirement. Buck joined TopBuild in 2009 when it was Masco Contractor Services serving as the division’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
Neural Analytics, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced it has appointed Diane M. Bryant as Chairman and CEO. Leo Petrossian has resigned from his position as CEO and will be maintaining his company role as Co-Founder and President. Most recently, Bryant served as the Chief Operating Officer of Google Cloud. Prior to Google, Bryant spent 32 years at Intel, the last five years of which she was the President of the Data Center Group. Before becoming Group President, Bryant served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
American Equity Investment Life Holding Company [WEST DES MOINES, IA] (NYSE: AEL) announced today that Anant Bhalla will become Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2020. Bhalla will begin his employment with American Equity on January 27, 2020 as President and will also be appointed to American Equity’s Board on that date. John M. Matovina, who is retiring as CEO effective March 1, 2020, and President, effective January 27, 2020, will remain on the Board as non-executive Chairman. Most recently Bhalla served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. Bhalla joined MetLife in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer of Retail business.
TimeClock Plus, Inc. [SAN ANGELO, TX] announced its board of directors has appointed Eric Thurston as CEO. Ernie Nabors, who has served as President and CEO, will continue with the company as President. Most recently Thurston served as the president and CEO of Personify.
Twin Cities PBS [ST. PAUL, MN] announced that Sylvia Strobel has been named the new President and CEO. Strobel will be replacing TPT’s CEO of 20 years, James R. Pagliarini, who announced his retirement in May 2018. Strobel comes from her position as the Chief Operating Office for ideastream. Strobel worked for TPT in the 1990s as Deputy Counsel. Prior to ideastream, Strobel served on the executive management team of American Public Media Group as General Counsel.
Talend [REDWOOD CITY, CA] (NASDAQ: TLND) announced it has appointed Christal Bemont, former chief revenue officer at SAP Concur, as its chief executive officer and director on the Talend Board of Directors. Mike Tuchen is stepping down as CEO and will remain on the Board of Directors.
ORS Nasco and MEDCO [New York] announced the appointment of Kevin Short as the new President & CEO.Most recently, Short was President of Plaskolite. Prior to this role, Short was President & CEO at Polymershapes Short served as an Executive of North American Plastics.
CB Financial Services, Inc. [WASHINGTON, PA] (NASDAQGM: CBFV) announced that Patrick G. O’Brien has announced his voluntary resignation as President and CEO of the Company and the Bank. He also resigned as a director of both companies. In the interim, the Bank’s former CEO, Barron P. (“Pat”) McCune, Jr., has been named as President and CEO of both CB Financial Services, Inc. and Community Bank.
DeliveryCircle LLC [PHILADELPHIA, PA] announced that Natalie Putnam has joined the company as CEO. Vijaya Rao will continue to serve as the Chairwoman of the board. Before joining DeliveryCircle, Putnam served as Chief Commercial Officer at Verst Logistics and she has held several senior leadership positions in the logistics industry, including positions with Ryder System Inc., Kansas City Southern Railroad, and YRC Worldwide.
Milk Makeup [NEW YORK] has named Tim Coolican, the former President of L’Oreal Paris USA, as its new CEO. Coolican joins Milk Makeup after almost 16 years with L’Oreal, where he held executive level positions across multiple L’Oreal brands within the Consumer Products Division.
Dealer-FX [TORONTO] announced that CEO and Founder Gary Kalk will be moving to a new role as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dealer-FX. Bill Lucchini was named CEO after having served as COO for the past six months. Prior to Dealer-FX, Lucchini was SVP and General Manager at Sophos. Previous executive roles included COO at OnForce.
Prime Automotive Group [WESTWOOD, MA] announced that Todd Skelton has been appointed CEO effective January 1st. Skelton has served most recently as President-Northeast Market for AutoNation, Inc. Skelton held several previous roles with AutoNation beginning as General Sales Manager for a Chevrolet dealership in 1996. Within six months, Skelton was promoted to various management positions including General Manager, and later became President-South Florida
Watt Companies [SANTA MONICA, CA] has appointed Nadine Watt to the role of CEO. After serving as CEO for a decade, Scott Watt has handed the reins to his daughter. Nadine Watt has served as President of Watt Companies since 2011.
Imperva, Inc. [REDWOOD SHORES, CA] announced it has appointed Pam Murphy as CEO. Interim CEO Charles Goodman will continue as chairman of the board. Pam previously served as COO of Infor. Prior to Infor, Pam operated across multiple leadership positions at Oracle Corp. and previously at Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
Ware Malcomb [IRVINE, CA] announced Lawrence R. Armstrong, has elected to transition into the new role of Chairman of Ware Malcomb. Kenneth Wink, currently Executive Vice President, has been promoted to CEO.
HealthMyne [MADISON, WI] announced the appointment of Rose Higgins as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining HealthMyne, Higgins served as President for SCIO Health Analytics, an EXL Services company. Higgins replaces Arvind Subramanian, who has retired.
CJ 4DPLEX [LOS ANGELES] announced that Don Savant will join the company as the new CEO of CJ 4DPLEX Americas. Savant served 19 years at IMAX Corporation where he most recently led as President of Global Sales from 2016 to 2018. Prior to IMAX, Savant was the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Iwerks Entertainment.
