U.S. Energy Corp. [HOUSTON, TX] (NASDAQCM: USEG) announced the appointment of Ryan Smith as Chief Executive Officer effective December 10, 2019. Smith fills the CEO position previously held by C. Randel Lewis. The Board also elected Smith to continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 2017.
Shree Partners [EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ] announced that it has named Vic Pynn as its Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2020. Shree’s current CEO and founder, Rajiv Dahiya, will move into the role of Chairman. Most recently, Pynn served as the Chief Operations Officer for the North American division of Amadeus IT Group, SA. Previously, Pynn also served as Chief Operating Officer for TRX.
Hubitat, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] announced the appointment of Greg Toth as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors. Most recently Toth served as CEO for Library Systems and Services. Toth’s career includes serving as President and Chief Revenue Officer of SAFEBuilt along with executive positions at SourceGas/Hawaii Gas, First Energy Corp, Brite House Electricians and ADT Security Systems.
BOLT Mobility [MIAMI, FL] announced that Julia Steyn has been named Chief Executive Officer. B. Sarah Haynes, who has served as Chairwoman and co-CEO will become President, and Kamyar Kaviani who has served as co-CEO will become Chief Operating Officer. Previously Steyn served as Vice President, General Motors’ Urban Mobility and Maven from 2015 to 2019. Steyn joined GM as Vice President, Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, in 2012. Steyn was Vice President, Co-Managing Director of Alcoa Corporate Development from 2008 to 2012 and was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2008.
GE Current [BOSTON, MA] a Daintree company, announced the appointment of Manish Bhandari to Chief Executive Officer. Bhandarri succeeds Randall Swift, a partner at parent company American Industrial Partners (AIP), who has served as the interim president and CEO. Bhandari comes to Current from Emerson where he, most recently, was the group president for the discrete & industrial portfolio of businesses. Bhandari previously served as president of Chloride Industrial Power.
Columbus McKinnon Corporation [BUFFALO, NY] (NASDAQ: CMCO) announced that Mark Morelli has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to resign from his position as President, CEO and Director effective January 10, 2020. Richard H. Fleming, Columbus McKinnon’s Chairman of the Board, will be named Interim CEO effective with Morelli’s resignation. Fleming has been a director of the Company since March 1999 and was elected Chairman of the Board in July 2018. Prior to his retirement in 2012, Fleming was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USG Corp.
Enterprise Holdings, Inc. [ST. LOUIS, MO] announced Chrissy Taylor, the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, effective Jan. 1. The position has been held since 2013 by Pam Nicholson, who will retire at the end of the year.
NeuVector [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Stephanie Fohn as President and Chief Executive Officer. Fohn will also join the NeuVector Board of Directors. Fei Huang, NeuVector co-founder, will become Chief Strategy Officer for the company. Most recently, Fohn was president and CEO of Rundeck, the leader in digital business process automation. Fohn brings over 20 years of information security corporate leadership to NeuVector, including leading WhiteHat Security as CEO.
Pyxis Oncology [BOSTON, MA] announced the appointment of Lara Sullivan as Chief Executive Officer and Director. Sullivan succeeds Longwood General Partner and founding Chief Executive Officer, David Steinberg, who assumes the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Pyxis, Sullivan was Founder and President of SpringWorks Therapeutics.
The Kaiser Foundation Health Plan [OAKLAND, CA] has named Gregory A. Adams as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Since 2016, Adams has served as Executive Vice President and Group President.
HR&A Advisors, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that current firm President Eric Rothman will become Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2020. John Alschuler, who founded the firm and has served as Chairman, will remain an active Partner and Chair of HR&A’s Board of Directors. Rothman joined HR&A 22 years ago. Prior to joining HR&A, Rothman served as Director of Business Planning for Transport for London.
The CEO Roundtable on Cancer [CARY, NC] announced the appointment of K. Andrew Crighton to serve as chief executive officer, beginning in January 2020. Crighton will succeed founding CEO, Martin J. Murphy who will remain with the organization as a member of the board of directors. Crighton recently retired as chief medical officer after a 20-year career at Prudential Financial.
Locana, Inc. [SAN DIEGO, CA] announced the appointment of James Burns as chief executive officer, as a key step in expanding the experienced leadership team and as part of a planned transition of the company’s director and recent CEO, Jeffrey M. Ostrove to continue service as director. Burns joins Locana from Casebia where he served as the chief executive officer. Prior to Casebia, Burns spent the bulk of his career at Sanofi-Genzyme, where he held several leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including North America Site head for R&D.
Sports Information Group, LLC [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Itay Fisher as Chief Executive Officer. Fisher joined SIG in 2018 as Chief Technology Officer and was named Chief Operating Officer in April 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Fisher served as Chief Information Officer at William Hill Online.
