ANSER [FALLS CHURCH, VA] announced the appointment of Steve Hopkins, ANSER’s COO, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Hopkins succeeds retiring President and CEO Carmen Spencer who will join the ANSER Board of Directors.
BrainsWay Ltd. [HACKENSACK, NJ] (NASDAQ: BWAY) announced the appointment of Christopher von Jako as President and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, von Jako served as CEO of Dynatronics Corporation. Prior to Dynatronics, he served as President and CEO of NinePoint Medical, Inc.
ALICE Training Institute [MEDINA, OH] announced the appointment of Jean-Paul (JP) Guilbault as Chief Executive Officer. For the past seven years, Guilbault has served as Chief Executive Officer of leading cloud-based software providers Community Brands and YourMembership. Prior to his role at Community Brands, Guilbault spent 20 years in various operational and executive roles with Dun & Bradstreet, Intuit and Constant Contact.
Massage Envy [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] announced that it has promoted Beth Stiller, most recently Massage Envy’s Chief Commercial Officer, to Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Joe Magnacca, who has resigned. Stiller joined Massage Envy in 2016. Prior to joining Massage Envy, Stiller spent six years at Walgreens and Duane Reade.
BCS Financial [OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL] announced that Peter Costello has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Costello will succeed Scott Beacham, who is retiring after serving as the company’s CEO and a member of the Board since March 2008. Costello previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining BCS in 2014, Costello was Senior Vice President at Cogito Corp. Costello served as Vice President at both Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Excellus Health Plan and co-founded two technology-based startups.
Vanderbilt Financial Group [WOODBURY, NY] announced the promotion of Heidi Distante to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Heidi Distante has been with Vanderbilt since 2001 and has held the role of Chief of Staff for the past 7 years. Current CEO Steve Distante will assume the Chairman role of the Board of Directors and step aside from the day-to-day operations to focus on the long-term vision of the firm and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Heidi spent 15 years at Citicorp Retail Services as a Relationship Manager in their Private Label Credit Card Division.
Regulatory Compliance Associates® Inc. [PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI] announced Erika Porcelli has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to her role as CEO, Porcelli served as Senior Director of Business Development for RCA’s northern U.S. territory and, most recently, Vice President of Client Relations.
Commencement Bank [TACOMA, WA] (OTCQX: CBWA) announced the retirement of Chief Executive Officer Hal Russell. Russell co-founded Commencement Bank in 2006 with current President and Chief Operating Officer John Manolides, who will step into the role of President and CEO.
EcoSmart Solution, LLC [BOSTON, MA] announce that John Towle, has joined ESS as its Chief Executive Officer. In his previous role, Towle was the Chief Operating Officer of Safari Energy. Prior to his role at Safari Energy, Towle held a leadership position at Centex Homes, a national homebuilder.
Shutterfly, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA] announced the appointment of Hilary Schneider as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 15, 2020, succeeding Ryan O’Hara. Since January 2018, Schneider has served as Chief Executive Officer of Wag! Prior to this role, Schneider served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeLock.
MW Industries [CHICAGO, IL] announced Simon Newman as its Chief Executive Officer effective January 6th, 2020. Don Doctor, current interim Chief Executive Officer, will continue to remain on the board of directors. Newman previously served as Chief Executive Officer with Form Technologies for the past 18 years.
SDS/2 [LINCOLN, NB] announced that Stuart Broome has been named as its Chief Executive Officer. Broome has been serving as the company’s interim CEO since July and previously held the position of SDS/2’s vice president of global sales.
Tallgrass Energy, LP [LEAWOOD, KS] (NYSE: TGE) announced that the company has appointed William R. (Bill) Moler as Chief Executive Officer. David G. Dehaemers Jr. is retiring and stepping down as CEO.
Pareteum Corporation [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: TEUM) announced that Robert H. Turner has been terminated as Chairman and CEO. Bart Weijermars has been appointed Interim CEO, effective November 22, 2019. Weijermars formerly served as CEO EMEA of Pareteum and will remain Chief Strategy Officer. Weijermars joined Pareteum through the acquisition of Artilium, where he was CEO, and was previously the Chief Executive Officer at T-Mobile Netherlands and has held senior executive positions at T-Mobile Macedonia and KPN.
Vital Decisions, LLC [EDISON, NJ] announced the appointment of President Leah Puccio to Chief Executive Officer. Puccio succeeds long time CEO and Co-founder Mitchell Daitz who will remain with the organization as its Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Puccio has served in leadership roles at Vital Decisions since 2010, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2016 and President in 2018. Before joining Vital Decisions, Puccio spent over 10 years working for large corporations such as Dow Jones, Pfizer and Microsoft, and at tech startup Whale Communications.
Moody Nolan [COLUMBUS, OH] announced the appointment of Jonathan Moody as its chief executive officer. Jonathan Moody has served as president of the Columbus-based firm since 2016. Curt Moody will continue to be fully engaged with the firm as chairman.
Hollander Sleep Products [BOCA RATON, FL] named Thomas Pinnau as its new CEO. Most recently, Pinnau served as CEO and investing partner for GLO Science. Previously, Pinnau was the Executive Managing Director/EVP of the International Health and Beauty retail and consumer products business at Alliance Boots.
Greene Concepts, Inc. [MARION, NC] (OTC: INKW) announced that Lenny Greene has returned to the Company as President and CEO. Greene departed his executive management role at the Company in February of this year.
Wag! [LOS ANGELES] announced that Garrett Smallwood, Vice President of Product, Partnerships, and Corporate Development at Wag Labs, Inc., has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will become a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, succeeding Hilary Schneider, who is leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity. Before joining Wag! nearly three years ago, Smallwood was the co-founder and CEO of Finrise and Vetary.com. Previously Garrett was the VP of Operations at Pillow.
