[BOSTON, MA] announced that Jason Weinstein has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, when co-founder Rasmus Goksor will step down from his operating role at the Company. Weinstein was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Bison. Prior to joining Bison, Weinstein held leadership roles that spanned client development, sales, and marketing for McGraw-Hill Education, Crystal & Company, Relationship Science, and Capital IQ.
Torque Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of John Cox as Chief Executive Officer. Cox was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Bioverativ. Cox previously served in roles of increasing seniority at Biogen, ultimately as Executive Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations and Technology. Cox became Executive Chairman of Torque in January, 2019.

Prior to joining electroCore, Goldberger served as Executive Chairman of Repro Med Systems, Inc. and had served as the company’s Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer before that. Wallace has acted as the interim president and chief executive officer of SG360° over the last nine months. Prior to joining SG360°, Wallace was an operating executive at ICV Partners. Wallace’s previous roles include GM of a specialty cheese business of Kraft Foods, SVP for Georgia-Pacific Corporation’s North American Consumer Products Division, and partner at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked for 12 years.
Dyne Therapeutics [WALTHAM, MA] announced the appointment of Joshua Brumm as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Dyne, Brumm served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Kaleido Biosciences. Prior to joining Kaleido, Brumm was COO and CFO at Versartis, where he oversaw the company’s financial strategy including the successful completion of its IPO, played an integral role in product strategy, and helped negotiate the company’s first product partnership. His previous roles include serving as executive vice president of finance and principal financial officer at Pharmacyclics; CFO at ZELTIQ Aesthetics, and director of finance at Proteolix, Inc.
Avidity Biosciences [LA JOLLA, CA] announced the appointment of Sarah Boyce as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Avidity Board of Directors. Boyce most recently served as President and a member of the board of directors of Akcea Therapeutics. Prior to joining Akcea in April 2018, Boyce held multiple executive-level roles at leading pharma and biotech companies including Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Forest Laboratories, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Oncology and Roche.
