TuneIn [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Juliette Morris as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Morris joined TuneIn as Chief Marketing Officer in March of 2018. Prior to joining TuneIn, Morris held executive leadership and marketing positions at three of the top global media companies; HBO, Viacom, and most recently NBCUniversal, where she served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Mendocino Farms [LOS ANGELES] announced that Kevin Miles has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Miles most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Zoë’s Kitchen. Prior to Zoë’s, he held leadership roles with brands including Pollo Campero USA, Aramark, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, and La Madeliene French Bakery and Café.
Briye™ [NASHVILLE, TN] announced Debbie Landers as their new chief executive officer. The promotion from her previous role as President and COO positions Landers as the first female CEO in the company’s history.
Kubient [NEW YORK] announced that the Company has appointed Peter Bordes as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Bordes founded and held the role of CEO at oneQube, and currently serves as oneQube’s chairman.
Turkey Hill LLC [LANCASTER, PA] announced that Tim Hopkins has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Hopkins succeeds John Cox, who will continue to work closely with the Company as its newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. Hopkins joins Turkey Hill with more than 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, most recently serving as CEO of ice cream novelties business PLM Operations, the parent company of La Michoacana. Previously, Hopkins spent 17 years within the Friendly’s Ice Cream organization, most recently as the company’s President & General Manager.
Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care [SACRAMENTO, CA & GREENWICH, CT] announced that Stan Andrakowicz has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Andrakowicz succeeds Jeff Saladin, Founder and current CEO of Children’s Choice. Andrakowicz has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in both the healthcare and dental industries. Most recently, Andrakowicz was President and Chief Executive Officer for Familia Dental. Prior to Familia, he held various senior roles at Smile Brands Group, Inc. including as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Smile Brands, Andrakowicz spent seven years at UnitedHealth Group, first as Senior Vice President of Dental Product Solutions, leading product development and market strategies nationally, then as Senior Vice President of Managed Care Dental Products.
Newell Brands [HOBOKEN, NJ] (NASDAQ: NWL) announced the appointment of Ravi Saligram as President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Newell Brands Board of Directors, effective October 2, 2019. Saligram is currently Chief Executive Officer and a director of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated.. Prior to that, Saligram served as Chief Executive Officer of OfficeMax Incorporated. From 2003 through 2010, Saligram served in executive management positions with ARAMARK Corporation, including President of ARAMARK International and Chief Globalization Officer and Executive Vice President.
Contura Energy, Inc. [BRISTOL, TN] (NYSE: CTRA) announced that it has appointed David J. Stetson as the company’s new chief executive officer and as a member of the board, effective July 29, 2019. Stetson previously served on Contura’s board of directors from November 2018 through April 2019. Stetson brings extensive and diverse industry experience to the role, having most recently served as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of both ANR, Inc. and Alpha Natural Resources Holdings, Inc. (together, Alpha) from July 2016 until Alpha’s merger with Contura in November 2018. Prior to leading Alpha, Stetson held a number of executive leadership positions with various energy companies including Trinity Coal Corporation, American Resources Offshore, Inc., Lexington Coal Company, and Lipari Energy Inc.
Verastem, Inc. [BOSTON, MA] (Nasdaq: VSTM) announced that Brian Stuglik, a member of the Board of Directors, has been named Chief Executive Officer. Stuglik spent the majority of his career at Eli Lilly and Company, culminating in his role as Global Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Oncology Global Marketing. Stuglik will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
IRADIMED CORPORATION [WINTER SPRINGS, FL] (NASDAQ: IRMD) announced that it has appointed Leslie McDonnell, to succeed Roger Susi as President and Chief Executive Officer. Susi will step down as President and CEO on August 19, 2019 after leading the Company since its founding 27 ago. Susi will remain highly engaged with the company by continuing as its Chairman and in the new position of Chief Technology Officer. McDonnell was also elected to the Board of Directors effective August 19, 2019. Prior to her appointment as IRADIMED’s President and CEO, McDonnell served as Vice President and General Manager of the Newborn Care business unit at Natus Medical. Prior to joining Natus Medical, she was Global Business Vice President for the Critical & Chronic Care Solutions Division of 3M Healthcare. McDonnell also held senior leadership positions at Medtronic in corporate M&A, business development, new therapy and product development, and marketing and business management.
Aquilon Energy Services, Inc. [HOUSTON, TX & LISLE, IL] announced the appointment of Randy Wilson as Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors. Company founder Jeffrey Wagner will continue in his role as Chief Technology Officer.
Streamline Health Solutions [ATLANTA, GA] (NASDAQ: STRM) announced that Wyche T. (“Tee”) Green, III will serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing David W. Sides, who has taken a position with another company. Green is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Streamline Health and will continue in that capacity. Green is the former Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman, as well as Co-Founder, of Greenway Health, LLC, an electronic health record and practice management company.
Veravas, Inc. [CHARLESTON, SC & OAKDALE, MN] announced the appointment of Carroll E. Streetman Jr., as chief executive officer. Streetman was president of Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis, LLC, a medical services company, and will remain on their board.
Thrive Earlier Detection Corp [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of David J. Daly as its chief executive officer and member of the board of directors, effective August 19, 2019. Daly succeeds interim CEO, Steven J. Kafka who will assume the role of executive chairman of the company’s board of directors. Daly comes to Thrive from Illumina, where he was the senior vice president and general manager of commercial operations for the Americas region. Previously, Daly was general manager and chief commercial officer at Foundation Medicine.
Silvaco, Inc. [SANTA CLARA, CA] announced that it has appointed Babak Taheri to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Taheri will also join Silvaco’s Board of Directors. Taheri has served as Silvaco’s Chief Technical Officer and Executive Vice-President of Products since October 2018. Taheri succeeds David Dutton who has been CEO since 2015. Dutton remains on the Silvaco Board in the position of Vice-Chairman.
Science Applications International Corp. [RESTON, VA] (NYSE:SAIC) announced Nazzic S. Keene as chief executive officer effective today, Aug. 1, 2019. Keene, who most recently served as chief operating officer of SAIC, succeeds Tony Moraco who has retired after serving as CEO since 2013. Prior to serving as SAIC’s COO, Keene was the president of the company’s Global Markets and Missions sector and led Corporate Strategy.
Marathon Gold Corporation [TORONTO, ON] (TSX: MOZ) announced the appointment of Matthew (Matt) L. Manson as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company effective August 19, 2019. Manson has over 25 years of international mining experience and brings an accomplished background in all aspects of the mining business including: exploration, permitting, mine development, financing, operations, as well as debt and equity markets. Phillip Walford, who founded the Company and has been President and Chief Executive Officer since 2010, will remain on the Board as a Director.
Clearwave [ATLANTA, GA], announced its new CEO, Mike Lamb. Lamb brings a strong background of executive leadership in technology and digital healthcare solutions to the company. Lamb spent more than 20 years at ADP in senior sales and operations leadership across major and global client segments, followed by seven years as COO and then CEO of Viverae/SimplyWell.
DigitalOcean [NEW YORK] announced that it has appointed Yancey Spruill as its new Chief Executive Officer. Spruill replaces Mark Templeton, who announced his decision in May 2019 to step down due to personal reasons. Over the last 15 years, Spruill has held various senior leadership roles at technology companies — most recently serving as COO and CFO at SendGrid from 2015 to 2019. Previously, Spruill served as CFO at DigitalGlobe for ten years, guiding it through a successful IPO in 2009. Spruill currently serves on the boards of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Zayo Group Holdings and Ping Identity Corporation.
Formulus Black [PHILADELPHIA, PA] announced Mark Iwanowski as CEO. Prior to his appointment as Formulus Black CEO, Iwanowski was CEO and President of Global Visions-SV, Inc.. At Global Visions, he supervised the selection, mentoring and seed funding of 20 promising startups in the Republic of Georgia. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Trident Capital. Iwanowski spent four years at Oracle Corporation as SVP, Global IT and CIO to guide Oracle into the Software as a Service (SaaS) business and was involved in the acquisition and integration of approximately $30 billion of complementary technology companies. For five years prior, he was COO of Science Applications International Corp.’s Telecom and IT outsourcing consultancy.
Retro Fitness [COLTS NECK, NJ] announce the appointment of Andrew Alfano as CEO. Alfano is stepping into his new role at Retro Fitness after having successfully served as President and COO of The Learning Experience, a leading franchise academy of early education. Prior to The Learning Experience, Alfano led major markets as Senior Vice President for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was accountable for over $3.5 Billion in revenue.
Curvature [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced the appointment of Yehia Maaty Omar as its new CEO. Omar also has been appointed to Curvature’s Board of Directors. Previously, Omar was corporate SVP and Chief Delivery Officer for Xerox Corporation.
NBG Home [AUSTIN, TX] announced that Hope Margala has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Margala succeeds Scott Slater who will continue to serve in an advisory role as a member of the NBG Home Board of Directors. Margala most recently served as President and CEO of The Yankee Candle Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Newell Brands.
CloudGavel [BATON ROUGE, LA] announced the appointment of Todd Bouillion as Chief Executive Officer and equity partner. Bouillion joins CloudGavel with over 28 years of accomplishment in the software and professional services industry. His technology services experience spans sales, corporate strategy, M&A, and operations. Bouillion spent 26 years at GCR when it grew from a local firm to a company with clients across the United States and international. During Bouillion’s tenure at GCR, under Private Equity firms, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Mergers and Acquisitions.
A.C. Moore [BERLIN, NJ] announced the appointment of Anthony Piperno as President and Chief Executive Officer. Anthony Piperno will succeed current CEO Pepe Piperno, who will transition to the role of Chairman.
Potter Electric Signal Company [ST. LOUIS, MO], announced it has appointed Gerald Connolly as CEO, effective July 29. Connolly succeeds Bernie Lears, who has elected to retire after almost 40 years with the Company and who will continue to serve on Potter’s Board of Directors as a Vice Chairman. Connolly comes to Potter most recently from electrical and digital building infrastructure specialist Legrand SA, where he was President of the $500 million wiring device solutions division, Pass and Seymour. Prior to that, Connolly served as Vice President and General Manager at Brooks Automation. Prior to Brooks Automation, Connolly served as President of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc., a United Technologies company.
Hydrus Technology Holdings [HOUSTON, TX] is pleased to announce that Brendan Ryan has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Hydrus Technology, Brendan held executive leadership positions with AIRIS Wellsite Services, UTEC Survey, Bredero Shaw, Shaw Pipeline Services and FMC Smith Systems.
The Partnership, Inc. [BOSTON, MA] announced it has appointed Pratt Wiley as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Wiley served as Senior Executive Consultant with The Partnership. Previously, Pratt served under President Obama as the National Director of Voter Expansion for the Democratic National Committee. Prior to joining President Obama’s campaign, Pratt was a corporate attorney at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston.

Most recently, Reese served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coveris Americas. Prior to joining Coveris Americas, Reese served in senior roles at a number of world-class companies, including Golden State Foods, where he was responsible for distribution to McDonald’s, a $4 billion division with 2,000 employees servicing 4,500 restaurants daily, and PepsiCo, where he held various leadership positions over thirty years, culminating in Senior Vice President and General Manager of Yum! Brands.
ICF [FAIRFAX, VA] (NASDAQ:ICFI) announced the appointment of John Wasson, President, to the additional positions of Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, effective October 1. Wasson will succeed current CEO Sudhakar Kesavan, who will assume the position of Executive Chairman. Wasson has served as ICF’s President since 2010 and its Chief Operating Officer since 2003. Wasson manages all of ICF’s client-facing operating groups and the corporate business development function.
Regency Centers Corporation [JACKSONVILLE, FL] (NASDAQ:REG) announced today the transition of Martin E. “Hap” Stein, Jr. from Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman, effective January 1, 2020. Concurrent with this announcement, Regency’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Lisa Palmer will become President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2020. As part of the Company’s succession plan, Palmer will vacate her role as Chief Financial Officer, retaining her position as President, effective August 12, 2019. Palmer has been President of Regency since January 1, 2016, and Chief Financial Officer since January 2013.
Mindtree Ltd [WARREN, NJ], a L&T Group Company, announced the appointment of Debashis Chatterjee as the CEO & MD. Prior to joining Mindtree, Chatterjee was President, Global Delivery and Global Leader for the Digital Sytems and Technology practice at Cognizant.
Agri-Food Export Group [SAINTE-JULIE, QC] announced the appointment of Martin Lavoie as Chief Executive Officer of the association. Lavoie succeeds André A. Coutu, who led the Export Group since 2001. This appointment is in line with the retirement of Coutu, who presided over the destiny of the organization for 18 years.
Navitus Health Solutions [MADISON, WI] announced the retirement of its long-time President and CEO, Terry Seligman. Parent company SSM Health has appointed David Fields, President of Dean Health Plan, to serve as interim President and CEO of Navitus while a national search is conducted for Seligman’s successor.
