ResMan LLC [DALLAS] announced that Paul Bridgewater has been appointed to the role of chief executive officer. Prior to joining ResMan, Bridgewater served as CEO of Sage Payment Solutions. Before that, Bridgewater was the executive leader responsible for global product and innovation at TSYS.
BillingTree® [PHOENIX, AZ] announced the appointment of Christine “Chris” Lee as Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO Edgars Sturans will remain as a BillingTree Board member. Lee is currently the President Elect for the Electronic Transactions Association.
California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] has promoted William J. “Bill” Quinn as its sixth president and chief executive officer, following the retirement of Gerald D. Secundy. Since joining CCEEB in 1995, Quinn has overseen regulatory and legislative policy at the Council and directed its operations.
National HME, Inc. [IRVING, TX] announced the appointment of Ena Williams to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Williams comes to National HME after a distinguished 10-year career at 7-Eleven, where most recently she was the SVP and leader of the company’s $25 billion International division. Prior to that, Williams held various roles including SVP of West Region Operations and Vice-President of the Southwest Division.Prior to 7-Eleven, Williams was with ExxonMobil Corporation for 17 years.
Vascular Therapies [CRESSKILL, NJ] announced the appointment of John McDermott as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Previously McDermott was the CEO of Endologix. Prior to Endologix, McDermott was the President of Bard Peripheral Vascular, a division of C.R. Bard. Before Bard Peripheral Vascular, John was the Chief Operating Officer at IMPRA.
Double Line, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] announced that it has appointed Matt Warden as Chief Executive Officer. Warden previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Double Line. Steve Sanderson, the former Chief Executive Officer of Double Line, has transitioned to serve as Chief Executive Officer of a sister company, EdSight, Inc. Sanderson will continue to serve Double Line as an Executive Consultant for the foreseeable future.
FoodLogiQ [DURHAM, NC] announced that it has appointed Sean O’Leary as Chief Executive Officer. Jamie Duke, who has served as interim CEO since August 2018 and Board member since 2014, will continue as a member of the Board and advisor to the company. Prior to his most recent role as CEO of Atlanta-based Synthio, O’Leary served as President and CEO of KnowledgeTree Inc. Prior to KnowledgeTree, O’Leary served as President and CEO of StrikeIron.
BrandMuscle [CHICAGO] recently announced the promotion of Scott Weeren to Chief Executive Officer. Weeren joined BrandMuscle in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. Formerly Weeren served as the COO of Fishbowl.
OncBioMune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [BATON ROUGE, LA] (OTCQB:OBMP) announced that it has appointed Brian Barnett as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Barnett served at Puma Biotechnology, Inc. since August 2016 most recently as a Vice President and Head of Medical Affairs. Prior to his time with Puma, Barnett was with Genentech, Inc. from October 2012 to August 2016 and served as Medical Director, Kadcyla, Global Product Development Oncology and U.S. Medical Affairs.
ARC Group, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, FL] (OTC: ARCK) announced that in addition to his current position as Chairman and CFO of the Company, Seenu G. Kasturi has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Richard Akam will retain the role of Chief Operating Officer. Kasturi has served as ARC Group’s Chairman and CFO since January 2017, and served as the Company’s President from January 2017 until his appointment as its CEO. Katsuri has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Victory Holdings, Inc. since October 2009. He has also served as the President, Treasurer and Secretary of Acquisitions, LLC since February 2013.
Aqua Metals, Inc. [MCCARRAN, NV] (NASDAQ: AQMS) announced it has promoted Steve Cotton, President, to the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. Cotton was also appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Cotton has served as President of Aqua Metals since returning to the Company in May 2018. Prior to joining Aqua Metals, Cotton built DPMC-IntelliBatt (now Canara) from a garage operation in 2002 to a global provider of intelligent battery systems before selling the company in 2012 to a private equity firm.
Hudson Ltd. [EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ] (NYSE:HUD) announced that Roger Fordyce has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Fordyce succeeds Joseph DiDomizio who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. Fordyce served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hudson Group until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Fordyce joined Hudson Group 30 years ago.
Pearl River Resort [CHOCTAW, MO] has named William “Sonny” Johnson as the official President and CEO of the Pearl River Resort. Johnson filled an interim position in 2015 that has now transitioned into a permanent position. He first joined the Resort in August 2012 as Vice President of Casino Operations where he was responsible for the daily operations of all table games operations, slot operations, casino marketing and Bok Homa Casino. Prior to joining Pearl River Resort, Johnson served as Vice President of Gaming Operations for Golden Nugget Casino.
Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. [LOS ANGELES] announced that Michael O. Johnson, the Company’s Executive Chairman, who led Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. as its Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2017, will reassume the role of CEO on an interim basis following the resignation of current CEO Richard Goudis.
United Rentals, Inc. [STAMFORD, CT] (NYSE: URI) announced that it has appointed Matthew Flannery, the company’s president and chief operating officer, to become chief executive officer, while retaining the role as president. Additionally, the Company has appointed Michael Kneeland, the current chief executive officer, to become non-executive chairman. Both appointments become effective May 8, 2019.
Apttus [SAN MATEO, CA] announced the appointment of Frank Holland as its Chief Executive Officer. Holland most recently led Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM and ERP products’ growth. Executive Chairman David Murphy, who assumed Apttus’ CEO position on an interim basis since the fall, will help Holland transition into his new role and stay active in supporting the business.
New Avon LLC [NEW YORK] announced it has appointed Laurie Ann Goldman as Chief Executive Officer. Goldman succeeds Scott White, who joined Avon in 2016 to lead its separation from Avon Products, Inc. Goldman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of LA Ventures. From 2002 to 2014, Goldman was at Spanx, where she was the first Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Spanx, Goldman held progressively responsible marketing and operational leadership roles both in Coca Cola USA and Global Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company including heading the Worldwide Licensing division.
Datto, Inc. [NORWALK, CT] announced the appointment of Tim Weller as its new Chief Executive Officer. Weller succeeds Founder Austin McChord who, last fall, transitioned away from the day-to-day management of the company but continues as a board member. Weller joined Datto in June of 2017. Since that time, he served first as Chief Financial Officer, and then as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Center for Medical Technology Policy [BALTIMORE, MA] announced that its current President, Donna Messner will become CMTP’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2019. Messner will succeed Sean Tunis the organization’s founder, who will remain at CMTP as a Senior Strategic Advisor.
npm, Inc. [OAKLAND, CA] announced the appointment of Bryan Bogensberger as Chief Executive Officer. Bogensberger will partner with npm founder Isaac Z. Schlueter, who will continue as Chief Product Officer. Before joining npm, Inc., Bogensberger spent three years as CEO and co-founder of Inktank. Bogensberger also has served as vice president of business strategy at DreamHost, vice president of marketing at Joyent, and CEO and co-founder of Reasonablysmart.
AXIM®Biotechnologies, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: AXIM) announced the appointment of John W. Huemoeller II as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Huemoeller has served on the Board of Directors as Chairman of the Audit Committee since July 2017. Previously, Huemoeller served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Propell Technologies Group Inc.
Wall Family Enterprise [MADISON, WI] announced the appointment of Sean Ryan as chief executive officer. Most recently Ryan led Fuel Education, a division of K–12 Inc., as senior vice president and general manager.
Cygnal Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Pearl S. Huang as chief executive officer. Huang most recently served as senior vice president and global head of therapeutic modalities at Roche. Prior to Roche, Huang was vice president and global head of discovery academic partnerships at GSK. In 2010, Huang founded BeiGene and served as CSO until 2012. From 2006 to 2010, Huang served as vice president, oncology integrator, discovery and early development at Merck.
Precious Moments Family of Companies, Inc. [ELGIN, IL] announced that John Lanman, who has been a member of the Precious Moments Advisory Board for the past two years, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO of four years, Steve Kosmalski, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Benjamin Moore & Co. [MONTVALE, NJ] announced that Dan Calkins, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Calkins succeeds Mike Searles, who retired after five years at the helm of the company. Calkins began his career with the company in 1987 as a sales trainee.
Filtration Group [CHICAGO] announced that Tim McCarty would assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. McCarty joined Filtration Group in 2012 as CFO. McCarty became President of Filtration Group’s Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) division in early 2017. Prior to joining Filtration Group in 2012, McCarty had a 23-year career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, including 15 years as a partner.
Armada Analytics Inc. [GREENVILLE, SC] announced the appointment of Matt Legge as chief executive officer. Legge was most recently senior vice president and head of underwriting for Capital One’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac operations.
Web.com Group, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, FL] announced it has named Sharon Rowlands as its chief executive officer and president effective Jan. 28, 2019. Rowlands succeeds company founder David Brown, who announced in December his planned retirement following a brief period to assist with the transition. Most recently, Rowlands served as CEO of ReachLocal, Inc.
BLOK Technologies Inc. [VANCOUVER, BC] (CSE: BLK) announced the resignation of President & Chief Executive Officer Robert Dawson who has resigned to pursue other business interests. James Hyland, Director, will be serving as Interim President.
Dakshidin Corporation [LAS VEGAS] announce that Whitechapel Holdings Inc’s current CEO Christopher (Chris) Haigh has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dakshidin Corporation and will also join the board of directors.
Royale Energy, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (OTCQB : ROYL) announced the appointment of Johnny Jordan to succeed Rod Eson as Chief Executive Officer. Eson will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors. Jordan became President and Chief Operating Officer as a result of the merger between Royale and Matrix in early 2018 and serves as a member of the board of directors.
HighTower [CHICAGO] announced that industry veteran Bob Oros has been named Chief Executive Officer of the company. Most recently Oros served as CEO of HD Vest Financial Services. With Oros’ appointment to CEO, company founder Elliot Weissbluth will transition to Chairman of the Board.
The Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Kim Furlong as Chief Executive Officer. Previously Furlong lead external affairs for Amgen Canada. Before joining Amgen in 2008, Furlong held the position of Vice President Federal Government Relations for the Retail Council of Canada.
Foundation Medicine, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Cindy Perettie as chief executive officer, effective February 4, 2019. Perettie joins Foundation Medicine from Roche, where she served as senior vice president in global oncology.
Immersion Corporation [SAN JOSE, CA] (Nasdaq: IMMR) announced that Ramzi Haidamus will become the company’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Immersion Board of Directors, effective January 21, 2019. Haidamus succeeds Tom Lacey, the company’s Interim CEO, who will remain a Board member of Immersion. Haidamus was president of Nokia Technologies from 2014 to 2016.
