Bespoke Extracts, Inc. [SUNNY ISLES, FL] (OTCQB: BSPK) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Niquana (Nikki) Noel as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously serving Bespoke Extracts as its Operations Manager, Noel will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and join its Board of Directors. Noel is replacing Marc Yahr, who has elected to step down as President, CEO and Principal Financial Officer to pursue other career opportunities. Yahr will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
NeeyamoWorks [LOS GATOS, CA] announced the appointment of Yegnaswamy Yegnanarayanan (YY) as the Chief Executive Officer. YY joins Neeyamo from HCL where he was heading the Gaming & Entertainment business. Prior to HCL, he was responsible for nurturing the Gaming and Hospitality vertical at Infosys.
True Religion [LOS ANGELES] announced that the has appointed board member Chelsea A. Grayson as its interim chief executive officer, following John Ermatinger’s decision to retire as chief executive officer of the company. Grayson will step down as chair of the Audit Committee but will continue to serve on True Religion’s board of directors. While Grayson serves as interim CEO, the True Religion board intends to conduct a process to identify a permanent CEO.Before joining the board of directors of True Religion last year, Grayson was the CEO and a board member of American Apparel.
Absolute [VANCOUVER, BC] (TSX: ABT) announced the appointment of Christy Wyatt as CEO and member of the Board of Directors effective November 26, 2018. Before joining Absolute, Wyatt served as CEO of Dtex Systems. Prior to Dtex, Wyatt was Chairman, CEO and President of Good Technologies.
Gulfport Energy Corporation [OKLAHOMA CITY, OK] (NASDAQ: GPOR) announced that its has appointed Donnie Moore to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Donnie Moore succeeds Michael G. Moore who stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and President of Gulfport and resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. Donnie Moore joined Gulfport as Chief Operating Officer in January 2018 from Noble Energy, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Noble’s Texas operations for the Eagle Ford and Delaware Basin assets.
McKesson Corporation [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE:MCK) announced that John H. Hammergren, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), has decided to retire, effective March 31, 2019. McKesson’s Board of Directors has unanimously selected Brian Tyler currently president and chief operating officer (COO), to succeed Hammergren as CEO, effective April 1, 2019. Tyler will also remain as president.
Capsa Healthcare [Portland, OR] has named Avi Zisman the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to accepting this position, Zisman was a member of Capsa’s Board of Directors and served as President and CEO of Luminator Technology Group, where he remains Chairman of the Board for the Plano, TX transportation technologies firm. Capsa’s previous President and CEO, Andrew Sherrill, remains on the organization’s Board of Directors and has been appointed as Chairman.
Notal Vision, Ltd. [MANASSAS, VA] has announced that current Chief Executive Officer, Quinton Oswald, will retire at the end of this year. Susan Orr Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs has been appointed CEO, effective January 1, 2019. Quinton Oswald will continue to serve on Notal’s Board of Directors.
Apptimize, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it has appointed Reed Taussig as President and Chief Executive Officer. Taussig will assume day-to-day leadership of the company as Nancy Hua, founder and former Chief Executive Officer, will assume the new role of Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board.
PeraHealth [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced the appointment of Greg White as its chief executive officer. White comes to PeraHealth from PerfectServe where he served as chief operating officer since 2016. Previously, he was senior vice president and general manager of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions’ TouchWorks EMR Division.
Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: RS) announced that it has unanimously appointed James D. Hoffman as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2019. Hoffman currently serves as Reliance’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and will succeed Gregg J. Mollins as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mollins will remain on Reliance’s Board of Directors and will continue in his role as CEO through the end of 2018, after which he will serve as Senior Advisor to the CEO until his retirement in December 2019.
Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. [SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA] (NYSE:EEX) announced that, David Loechner has resigned his position as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board. With the assistance of an executive search firm, the Board has commenced the search for a permanent successor to Loechner. Philip Evans, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Loechner will stay on with the Company as an employee through December 31, 2018. Evans has served as Emerald’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013.
Infinite Electronics, Inc. IRVINE, CA] announced the appointment of Penny Cotner as President and Chief Executive Officer. Current Chief Executive Officer Terry Jarnigan will be transitioning to the role of Executive Chairman. The changes are effective October 30, 2018. Cotner joined Infinite in 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Service for Pasternack, the original Infinite brand. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for the company.
Animal Biosciences Inc. [BOSTON]announced that Doug Korn has been appointed to chief executive officer. Prior to joining Animal Biosciences, Korn was vice president of strategy for Mars Petcare North America. Previously, Korn worked in sales and marketing at The Clorox Company and Procter & Gamble.
InsPro Technologies Corporation [EDDYSTONE, PA] announced the appointment of Anthony Verdi as President and Chief Executive Officer. Verdi, a 13-year veteran of InsPro and Health Benefits Direct Corporation, its predecessor company, also serves as Chief Financial Officer. Verdi’s appointment follows the resignation of David Anderson as Chief Executive Officer. Anderson served as CEO for the last 12 months and, during this time, InsPro had four consecutive profitable quarters.
Momentum Telecom [BIRMINGHAM, AL] announced that as of January 1, 2019, Todd Zittrouer will be named Chief Executive Officer. Zittrouer, a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, has served as Momentum’s President since 2015. Bill Fox, will be stepping down from his current role as CEO and has been named Momentum’s Executive Chairman and will serve on the Board of Directors.
Keystone Symposia [Silverthorne, CO] announced Deborah L. Johnson has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Johnson joins Keystone Symposia from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where she served as Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology and, previously, as Dean, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Before joining Baylor, she was Associate Dean for Graduate Affairs at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California.
Cantata Health [AUSTIN, TX] announced that Krista Endsley is being named Chief Executive Officer. Endsley previously served the company as President after joining the team in March 2018. Jonathan Isaacs, who has served as Interim CEO since February, will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the company.
Instructure, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY, UT] (NYSE: INST) announced that it has appointed Instructure President, Dan Goldsmith, as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2019. On that date, Josh Coates will transition from his role as CEO to Executive Chairman of the Board. Goldsmith has also been appointed to the Board. Goldsmith joined Instructure as President in June 2018, after spending eight years as a senior executive at Veeva Systems.
Rambus Inc. [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: RMBS) announced that it has appointed Luc Seraphin as president and chief executive officer. Seraphin has been performing as interim CEO since June 2018. Prior to this role, Seraphin served at Rambus as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Memory and Interfaces Division.
Jernigan Capital, Inc. [MEMPHIS, TN] (NYSE: JCAP) announced the promotion of John A. Good to Chief Executive Officer. The promotion follows a two-year period of succession planning begun in October 2016 by Dean Jernigan, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Good has been President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June 2015.
Urology of Virginia [VIRGINIA BEACH, VA] announced the appointment of Christopher S. Ennis as Chief Executive Officer. Ennis previously held the position of Senior Administrator at the University Of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, in their Shock Trauma Center.
Lenox Corporation [BRISTOL, PA] announced that the has appointed Mads Ryder as Chief Executive Officer. Mads joins Lenox after holding multiple leadership positions at top European consumer companies, including IC Group, Royal Copenhagen, Weightwatchers, and LEGO Group.
Horizon Global Corporation [TROY, MI] (NYSE: HZN) announced that Carl Bizon has been appointed as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and will also serve as a director of the Company. Before being named to this permanent role, Bizon served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2018. Bizon joined Horizon Global in January 2018 as President of Horizon Americas before being promoted to interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on May 8, 2018.
Welbilt, Inc. [NEW PORT RICHEY, FL] (NYSE:WBT) announced that it has elected William (“Bill”) C. Johnson as President and Chief Executive Officer effective November 9, 2018. Mr. Johnson is a seasoned and proven leader who will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and will also join Welbilt’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Welbilt, Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Chart Industries, Inc.
The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. [LAKE SUCCESS, NY] (Nasdaq: HAIN) announced that its Board of Directors has named Mark L. Schiller as the Company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 5, 2018. Schiller will succeed Irwin D. Simon, Hain Celestial’s Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Schiller served as Pinnacle Foods’ Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
Litehouse, Inc. [SANDPOINT, ID] announced that President and CEO Jim Frank will be retiring from the company. Kelly Prior, Executive Vice President and CFO, will be stepping into the role of Interim President while Litehouse begins a search for its next CEO.
AquaVenture Holdings Limited [TAMPA, FL] (NYSE: WAAS) announced Douglas Brown will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of AquaVenture Holdings and Seven Seas Water effective at the end of 2018. Brown will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Anthony Ibarguen will be promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer and President of AquaVenture Holdings effective January 1, 2019. Ibarguen has held the role of President since 2014 and he will remain on the Company’s Board of Directors. Ibarguen will also retain the role of Chief Executive Officer at Quench, which he has held since 2010.
Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy [STAMFORD, CT] announced that Kevin Honeycutt will be joining ACGT as its new CEO and President, effective December 3, 2018. Honeycutt was most recently the President and CEO of the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade (ABCC) since 2015. Prior to his years at ABCC, Honeycutt served as Executive Director of the Avon Foundation for Women for five years, and in cause marketing.
CLYNK [SOUTH PORTLAND, ME] has named Alison Vanderhoof President and Chief Executive Officer. For the last 18 months, Vanderhoof has served as President of CLYNK. She succeeds Founder Clayton Kyle who steps up to Executive Chairman. Vanderhoof is also a Vice President of the Board of Directors of Portland Ovations and serves on the PortTix Board.
Southern PowerSecure Holdings [ATLANTA, GA] announced that Sidney Hinton, CEO of the company is retiring effective Oct. 31. Hinton will be succeeded by Mark Lantrip, who will continue as chairman, president and CEO of Southern Power.
Broward Health [FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] has named Gino Santorio acting CEO of. Santorio, has been executive vice president and chief operating officer of Broward Health since 2017. Beverly Capasso, who resigned as President/CEO of Broward Health on Oct. 3, 2018, will remain with Broward Health in a consultative role until January 2019 to assist with Santorio’s transition. Before joining Broward Health in September 2017, Santorio served as senior vice president and chief executive officer for Jackson North Medical Center and was VP/COO of Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has served as COO and CFO/Hospital Compliance Officer at Spring Hill Regional Hospital in Spring Hill, Florida, and Assistant CFO at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
Schneider National, Inc. [GREEN BAY, WI] (NYSE: SNDR) announced that Chris Lofgren will retire as president and chief executive officer in April 2019. The Schneider board of directors has selected Mark Rourke, executive vice president and chief operating officer, to succeed Lofgren.
Meta Financial Group Inc.® [SIOUX FALLS, SD] (Nasdaq: CASH) announced that it has appointed Brad Hanson, currently President of Meta Financial Group, MetaBank and Meta Payment Systems, to the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. Hanson will also remain on the Meta Board. Hanson replaces J. Tyler Haahr, who has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer.
Society for the Performing Arts [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Meg Booth as the new Chief Executive Officer effective December 1, 2018. An international arts leader, Booth joins SPA from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. where she currently is Director, Dance Programming. Booth joined the Kennedy Center in 2003 and has been in her most recent position for the past 11 years. Leslie Nelson has been serving as SPA’s Interim Chief Executive Officer since the retirement in June of long-time prior CEO, June Christensen. Upon Booth’s arrival, Nelson will return to her role of Chief Financial Officer, a position she has held at SPA since 2016, and will continue to support the strategic focus and management of the organization.
PowerPlan, Inc. [ATLANTA, GA] announced the appointment of Joseph “Joe” V. Gomes as CEO of the company. Gomes was most recently President of I.P.A., a healthcare technology company. Prior to joining I.P.A, Gomes was Senior Vice President, Operations at MedAssets. Prior to MedAssets, Gomes held various leadership positions at WebMD and Eli Lilly & Company. Gomes succeeds Charles Goodman, who is leaving PowerPlan for personal reasons.
