Jackson National Life Insurance Company® [LANSING, MI] announced that Chief Executive Officer Barry Stowe will be retiring as of Dec. 31, 2018. Michael Falcon, who has been serving as chief executive officer of Asia Pacific for J.P. Morgan Asset Management since 2015, has been named his successor. Falcon will assume his new role effective Jan. 7, 2019. Falcon joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York as head of retirement in 2010.
Antidote Technologies [NEW YORK] announced that Laurent Schockmel has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Founder and former CEO, Pablo Graiver, will continue to support the company as President.
GPS Insight [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] announces the promotion of Gary Fitzgerald to Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO and Founder, Rob Donat, will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board. Fitzgerald joined GPS Insight in November 2016 from GE, where he served as an enterprise architect for ten years. Fitzgerald served as Vice President of Technology for almost two years and led the company’s product development efforts, technical teams, and security practice.
ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. [BROKEN ARROW, OK] (NASDAQ: AEY) announced that it has appointed Joseph Hart as permanent Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Hart has been a member of the Board of Directors at the Company since August, 2015, and became interim CEO and President of the Company in July 2018.
Diamanti [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Tom Barton as Chief Executive Officer. Barton succeeds company co-founder Jeff Chou who continues on in an executive and board of directors role. Barton, who also joins the Diamanti board of directors, previously served as CEO of Rackable Systems, and COO of Planet Labs.x
TurbineAero [CHANDLER, AZ] announced Robert Wilson, joins TurbineAero as the new Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming CEO of TurbineAero, Robert founded Aerospace Advisory Group, LLC in 2014.
Vasomune Therapeutics [TORONTO, ON] announced Douglas A. Hamilton has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Hamilton will also be appointed to Vasomune’s Board of Directors. Most recently Hamilton served as President and CEO of MetaStat Inc. Prior to MetaStat, Hamilton served as Partner at New Biology Ventures since 2007 and CFO of SEA Medical Systems from 2012 to 2014. Hamilton will succeed Parimal Nathwani, who will remain on the Board of Directors.
Medovex Corp. [ATLANTA, GA] (OTCQB: MDVX) announced that it has named William “Bill” Horne as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Horne is a founder and former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Laser Spine Institute. From 2005 to 2015, Horne served as the company’s CEO.
Diversey [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced Ilham Kadri will be resigning from her position as Diversey’s chief executive officer effective December 31, 2018, to take another executive role, which will be separately announced. Carlos Sagasta, Diversey’s Chief Financial Officer, and Gaetano Redaelli, Diversey’s Global President, Professional Division, will become joint deputy CEOs. In addition to their current roles, they will also be responsible for running the company on a day-to-day basis, until a successor is identified.
JP and Associates REALTORS® Franchising [FRISCO, TX] announced the appointment of Frank Gay as the Chief Executive Officer. Gay has been a Global Real Estate Executive for over two decades, working across multiple facets in the real estate industry. Most recently, prior to joining JP and Associates REALTORS®, Frank held the position of National Vice President of Sales for the largest Global Franchisor within the Real Estate Space Realogy.
DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. [FORT WAYNE, IN] announced that it has appointed Dan Hutmacher as President and Chief Executive Officer. Hutmacher succeeds Dave Meinika, the firm’s long-time President and CEO, who stepped down in April due to health reasons. Hutmacher joined DMA in 1989 and quickly moved through the company’s ranks, serving in a variety of operational and managerial roles with increasing responsibilities. He most recently served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, having ultimate responsibility for all of the company’s operations across the U.S. and Canada.
Community Housing Capital [DECATUR, GA] announced the appointment of Cindy M. Holler as its next Chief Executive Officer. Holler will succeed Jack Gilbert, the founding CEO of Community Housing Capital, who is retiring.
PestRoutes [MCKINNEY, TX] has named Patrick McKittrick as chief executive officer. He succeeds Jared Green, PestRoutes founder, who will remain on the board of directors. Before joining PestRoutes, McKittrick served as a general manager for Infor, a leading provider of business application software. Prior to Infor, he held several positions at PeopleAnswers, a talent analytics company acquired by Infor in 2014.
CMX Cinemas [MIAMI] has named its new Chief Executive Officer, Jose Leonardo Martí. For nine years prior to his role as the CEO for CMX Cinemas, Martí was the CFO and CEO for Grupo Cinemex, S.A. of C.V. and CFO for Latin America Movie Theatres.
Boston Biotech Conferences [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Wendy Nelson as its new CEO. Most recently, Nelson was VP of Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Frontage Laboratories.
The Vinyl Institute [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Ned Monroe will join the VI as President and CEO, replacing Dick Doyle who has announced his retirement for the end of 2018. Prior to joining the VI, Monroe served as the Executive Director of Global Public Affairs and Communications at SC Johnson.
