Analgesic Solutions LLC [WAYLAND, MA] announced that Robert Newman is promoted to Chief Executive Officer from Chief Operating Officer, Nathaniel P. Katz will move from Chief Executive Officer to Founder & Chief Scientific Officer. Newman joined the company in March 2016 .
ThompsonGas [FREDERICK, MD] announced that Jeff Kerns has accepted the offer to become the Chief Executive Officer effective June 15, 2018. Kerns has been employed at ThompsonGas for over 20 years and served in various positions within the organization, including Chief Financial Officer and most recently, Executive Vice President of Business Development.
QST Consultations, Ltd. [ALLENDALE, MI] announced the appointment of Phil Doren as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. John Quiring, who founded the company has been operating as interim CEO since January. Doren most recent position was President, Frontage Clinical Services.
The National Contract Management Association [ASHBURN, VA] announced the appointment of Kraig Conrad as the new NCMA Chief Executive Officer. Conrad will formally take his position on November 1, 2018. Conrad most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association.
3PL Central [EL SEGUNDO, CA] announced the appointment of Andy Lloyd as their new CEO. John Watkins, 3PL Central co-founder, will continue with the company, moving into a role as chief strategy officer and board member. Prior to joining 3PL Central, Lloyd served as general manager of commerce products at NetSuite.
KEPRO [NASHVILLE, TN] announced that Joel Portice has been named the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Portice succeeds Joseph Dougher, who has retired from the company. Portice most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Intermedix Corporation.
Dharma.ai [SAN FRANCISCO] named David Muse as its Chief Executive Officer. Muse most recently served as a Senior Advisor to TPG. Prior to that, Muse was the President and CEO of Enviance, and served as the COO at P2 Energy Solutions.
GlobalGiving [WASHINGTON, DC] announced the appointment of Alix Guerrier as Chief Executive Officer. Guerrier will succeed Mari Kuraishi, GlobalGiving’s co-founder and current president. Beginning Nov. 1, Kuraishi will join the organization’s Board of Directors. Guerrier is the co-founder and former president of LearnZillion.
BioTime, Inc. [ALAMEDA, CA] (NYSE American: BTX) announced that Brian Culley has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors, Culley succeeds Co-CEOs Adi Mohanty and Michael West.
Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. [DALLAS, TX] (NYSE: SXE) announced that James (“Jay”) W. Swent III has been elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. David W. Biegler, who has served as interim Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2018, will remain a director.
Senneca Holdings, Inc. [CINCINNATI, OH] announced that Robert (Bob) G. Isaman has been named the Company’s President & Chief Executive Officer. Isaman assumes this role from Jeffery Stark, Senneca’s current Chief Executive Officer, who will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senneca. Isaman is an Operating Partner at Kohlberg & Company and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Stanadyne Corporation and Stolle Machinery Company.
Tyson Foods, Inc. [SPRINGDALE, AR] (NYSE: TSN) announced it has appointed Noel White, formerly group president of Beef, Pork and International and a member of Tyson Foods’ enterprise leadership team, as president and chief executive officer, effective September 30, 2018. White, who will also join the board of directors, will succeed Tom Hayes, who is stepping down for personal reasons.
Titan Mining Corporation [VANCOUVER, BC] (TSX:TI) announced that it has appointed Donald Taylor as the new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Richard Warke who will continue as Executive Chairman. Taylor will remain on the Board of Directors.
Morris Animal Foundation [DENVER, CO] announced that Tiffany Grunert is the organization’s new President/CEO. Grunert, who joined the Foundation in 2017 as Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy, has been serving as Acting President/CEO since February 2018.
Food for the Hungry [PHOENIX, AZ] has named Mike Meyers has been named CEO effective October 1, 2018. Current President and CEO Gary Edmonds will continue to serve as the organization’s president until the end of April 2019, working closely with Meyers during this period to ensure a seamless transition. Meyers joined Food for the Hungry in 2012 and has served as chief development officer for the last four years.
Aetna Better Health® of Kansas [OVERLAND PARK, KS] (NYSE: AET) has named Keith Wisdom as the Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Wisdom served as general manager over Aetna’s Medicare business in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Illinois.
Calyxt, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS & ST. PAUL, MN] (NASDAQ: CLXT) announced today the appointment of James A. Blome, former President and CEO of Bayer CropScience LP (North America), as Chief Executive Officer of Calyxt, effective October 1, 2018.
Jaunt Inc. [SAN MATEO, CA] announced that Mitzi Reaugh, previously VP of Global Business Development and Strategy, has been promoted to CEO effective October 1st. Reaugh succeeds George Kliavkoff, who will step down as CEO while remaining a member of the Jaunt Board of Directors. Kliavkoff is leaving the company to take a new position in entertainment.
First Bank [ST. LOUIS, LA] announced Tim Lathe will retire next year as CEO of FB Corporation, the holding company of First Bank, and current Chief Operating Officer Shelley Seifert will be appointed as his successor. Coincident with this announcement, the board of directors of FB Corporation promoted Seifert to President of the company and will take over responsibilities as CEO in May 2019.
DigitalTown [SEATTLE, WA] (OTC:DGTW) announced the appointment of George Nagy as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 14, 2018. Nagy joined the DigitalTown Board of Directors on June 25, 2018. Nagy replaces outgoing CEO Rob Monster, who joined DigitalTown on May 18, 2015.
EnerCorp Sand Solutions [CALGARY, AB] announce the appointment of Justin Morin to serve as EnerCorp’s Executive Chairman. Morin will step down from his current role as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and transition day to day leadership responsibility to EnerCorp’s current President, James Pung, who the Board is pleased to appoint as President and CEO of the Company. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Pung served as President of EnerCorp and Chief Executive Officer of Energes Oilfield Solutions.
Levvel [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced a new CEO—co-founder Chris Hart. Hart, formerly Chief Technology Officer of Levvel, now leads the company he founded five years ago with former CEO John Espey, who remains a significant investor.
Proliance Surgeons, Inc. [SEATTLE, WA] announced that Charles A. Peterson II has been named interim Chief Executive Officer. Peterson is the current President of Proliance Surgeons. He has been a company Director since 2004, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2014.
