Roper Technologies, Inc. [SARASOTA, FL] (NYSE: ROP) announced that Neil Hunn has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2018. Hunn is currently Roper’s Chief Operating Officer and has served as an Executive Vice President and Group Vice President since joining the Company in 2011. Hunn will succeed Brian Jellison, who will remain Executive Chairman of Roper’s Board of Directors. Jellison has decided to step down from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer to focus on his health following the diagnosis of a medical condition at the end of last week.
Intuit Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] (NASDAQ: INTU) announced that Brad Smith, current president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board, will step down as CEO at the end of December 2018. Smith will remain with Intuit and become Executive Chairman of Intuit’s Board of Directors. The board has appointed Sasan Goodarzi, currently executive vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group, to succeed him effective Jan. 1, 2019. Goodarzi will also be joining Intuit’s Board of Directors at that time.
The American College of Financial Services [BRYN MAWR, PA] named George Nichols III, as president and chief executive officer beginning November 1, 2018. Nichols comes to The College after a 17-year career with New York Life, most recently serving as executive vice president in charge of the Office of Governmental Affairs.
Dstillery [NEW YORK] announced that it has appointed Michael Beebe as Chief Executive Officer. Beebe joined Dstillery in May, 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in December 2017.
Enstor Gas, LLC [HOUSTON] announced that Paul W. Bieniawski has taken the role of Chief Executive Officer. Bieniawski was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Zechstein Midstream B.V. and its subsidiaries.
Immersion Corp. [SAN JOSE, CA] (NASDAQ: IMMR) announced that Tom Lacey will become the company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer and the newest addition to the Immersion Board of Directors. Lacey succeeds Carl Schlachte, the company’s prior Interim CEO, who is resigning as a director of Immersion.
eSolutions [OVERLAND PARK, KS] announced today that Gerry McCarthy has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. McCarthy most recently served as President of TransUnion Healthcare.McCarthy replaces Gene Creach, who is retiring as eSolutions’ CEO after a successful 18-year career.
Kaleido Biosciences [BEDFORD, MA] announced that Alison Lawton, Kaleido’s president and chief operating officer , has been appointed to succeed Michael Bonney as chief executive officer. Bonney will maintain a leadership role at Kaleido as executive chairman of the Board of Directors. Lawton has served as Kaleido’s president and COO since December 2017. In addition to her role as CEO, Lawton has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.
Reputation.com [REDWOOD CITY, CA] welcomes Joe Fuca, a former DocuSign senior vice president and FinancialForce president, as its new CEO. With this appointment, Reputation.com founder Michael Fertik returns to his position as executive chairman of the company’s board after stepping in as interim CEO during the candidate search.
Hill International [PHILADELPHIA, PA] (NYSE: HIL) has announced Raouf Ghali will become the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2018. Ghali, currently Hill’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will replace Paul Evans, who has served as the company’s Interim CEO since May 2017.
Metro Health [WYOMING, MI] announced the selection of Chief Medical Officer Peter Hahn as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Hahn begins in the new role Oct. 1, following a national search for candidates to succeed Michael Faas, who last year announced his plan to retire after 25 years at Metro.
OncoTracker, Inc. [WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA] announced the appointment of James Kuo as its Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Kuo served as Managing Director at Athena Bioventures. In addition, he has been Chairman and CEO at Synthetic Biologics and BioMicro Systems.
Key Energy Services, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: KEG) today announced that it has appointed Rob Saltiel to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer and director. Marshall Dodson, currently the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, will continue with the Company in his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, ensuring a seamless leadership transition. Saltiel most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atwood Oceanics.
CareerEncore Inc. [BOSTON] announced Renee Dovich has stepped into the role of CEO and owner. Dovich was tapped by company founder and CEO Courtney Sullivan Homer to be her successor. Sullivan Homer will continue to serve as an advisor.
Calyxt, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN] (NASDAQ: CLXT) announced today its Board of Directors has appointed Yves Ribeill as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Ribeill replaces Federico Tripodi, who is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Ribeill is currently a member of Calyxt’s Board of Directors.
Color Spot Nurseries [TEMECULA, CA] has named Scott Zoch as its chief executive officer. Zoch joined Color Spot in 2001 and has held key positions at the company in sales, marketing, account management, purchasing and logistics. He most recently served as its vice president of sales & marketing.z
Hospital Council of Northern and Central California [SACRAMENTO, CA] announced that Bryan Bucklew, President and CEO of the Greater Dayton Hospital Association in Dayton, Ohio, has been selected as the new President and CEO. Bucklew replaces Arthur A. Sponseller, who is retiring after leading the Hospital Council since 2005.
Catalyst [NEW YORK] announced that its Board of Directors has chosen Lorraine Hariton as its new President & CEO, effective September 1. Most recently, Hariton was Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for the New York Academy of Sciences. Hariton also served as CEO of two Silicon Valley start-ups and has held senior executive roles in public companies.
Freeland Foods, Inc. [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that it has appointed Tim Prager as Chief Executive Officer effective August 20, 2018. Tim most recently served as President of Beanitos. Prior to his role at Beanitos, Tim led the sales and marketing teams for O.N.E Coconut Water.
Merit Logistics [SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA] announced that CEO Michael Bletko will be retiring from his current position as of September 1, 2018. Bletko will remain in a valuable advisory role as a member of the Board of Directors.
Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: PAA) announced that Greg Armstrong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has established October 1, 2018 as the effective date of his retirement as CEO, which retirement was previously announced in November 2017. Willie Chiang, PAA’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been formally approved by the Board of Directors as CEO effective upon Armstrong’s retirement. Armstrong will remain non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors through the end of 2019.
