OneMain Holdings, Inc. [EVANSVILLE, ID] (NYSE: OMF) announced that Doug Shulman will become its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Shulman succeeds Jay Levine who will remain Chairman of the Board. Shulman is also expected to be appointed to OneMain’s Board of Directors. Shulman joins OneMain from BNY Mellon, where he had been a Senior Executive Vice President and Global Head of Client Service Delivery, and a member of the Executive Committee. From 2008 to 2012 Shulman served as the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service.
Northrop Grumman [FALLS CHURCH, VA] (NYSE: NOC) announced that chairman and chief executive officer Wes Bush will step down from the position of chief executive officer effective Jan. 1, 2019 and will remain chairman through July 2019. The board of Directors has elected Kathy Warden, the company’s president and chief operating officer, to the position of chief executive officer and president, effective Jan. 1, 2019. The board has also elected Warden to serve as a member of the board. Warden joined the company in 2008, and has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as the vice president and general manager of the company’s cybersecurity business, president of its former Information Systems sector, president of its Mission Systems sector, and currently as president and chief operating officer.
Everwise [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that the company has appointed Mercedes Ellison as Chief Executive Officer. Mercedes will also join Everwise’s Board of Directors. Ellison has held senior executive positions in sales, marketing, alliances and business development with companies such as SuccessFactors/SAP, Saba, Hyperion, Siebel, and Oracle.
PCI Pharma Services [PHILADELPHIA, PA] announced that Salim Haffar will join the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Haffar will succeed Bill Mitchell, who will step out of his role as President and CEO of the Company and assume the position of Executive Co-Chairman. Haffar currently serves as President of Aptar Pharma and a member of AptarGroup’s senior executive committee. During his tenure at AptarGroup, Haffar also served as President of Aptar Pharma’s prescription division, Co-President of Valois Group, and President of Valois Pharma. Haffar has also served as Senior Vice President, EMEA at Capsugel.
LLOG Exploration Company [COVINGTON, LA] announced that Scott Gutterman, President and Chief Executive Officer of LLOG, informed the Company of his intention to retire September 1, 2018. Scott has nearly 40 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry with 25 years of service at LLOG, with the last 12 as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Riley FBR, Inc. [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced that it has promoted Andy Moore to Chief Executive Officer. Moore joined the firm in 2006 as an institutional sales professional, moving on to Director of Sales in 2011 and then President in 2016. Before joining B. Riley, Moore held sales positions at Roth Capital Partners and Bear Stearns & Co.
VividCortex [CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA] announced that it has appointed Amena Ali as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Company founder Baron Schwartz will now assume the role of Chief Technology Officer. Amena joins VividCortex from Whisker Labs, where she was Chief Revenue Officer.
Oversight Systems [ATLANTA, GA] announces that Terrence McCrossan has joined Oversight as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Patrick Taylor. Prior to joining Oversight, McCrossan served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Comdata. Prior to Comdata, McCrossan held executive leadership roles with ADP for 10 years, most recently serving as Division Vice President and General Manager of ADP Vantage HCM.
Diversicare Healthcare Services, Inc. [BRENTWOOD, TN] (NASDAQ: DVCR) announced that Kelly J. Gill has retired as Chief Executive Officer of Diversicare effective July 6, 2018. The Company also announced that it has appointed James R. McKnight, Jr. as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. McKnight joined Diversicare in August 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, McKnight served as Chief Financial Officer of NuScriptRX. McKnight joined NuScriptRX in May 2009 in a senior financial role and was promoted to CFO in 2010. McKnight served as Vice President, Corporate Controller from July 2005 to January 2009 at Take Care Health Systems, Employer Solutions Group, and its predecessor company I-trax, Inc.
Greater Seattle Partners [SEATTLE, WA] announced that Brian P. McGowan has been selected as the organization’s first Chief Executive Officer. McGowan will join GSP from his role as the President & CEO of Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. Prior to his current position, McGowan was a principal at the global law firm Dentons and also served as EVP/COO of the Metro Atlanta Chamber. From 2011 to 2014, McGowan served as President/CEO of Invest Atlanta. In 2009, McGowan was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary/COO for the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
Revint Solutions [CHADDS FORD, PA] announced the appointment of Roger Davis as Chief Executive Officer. As part of the announcement, Kyle Hicok, current interim CEO of Revint, has been named President and General Manager. Davis joins from T-System, where he was CEO. Prior to T-System, Davis was a Managing Director at Accenture. Davis has held include Vice President at GE Healthcare/IDX Systems Corp. and Executive Director at Perot/Dell Services.
KPC Health System [Santa Ana, CA] announced the appointment of Peter Baronoff as Chief Executive Officer of the KPC system of hospitals and Managing Director of KPC Global Management. From 2001 to 2017, Baronoff served as Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Promise Healthcare.
Fiix [TORONTO] announced that founder and CEO Marc Castel will take on the role of Executive Chair of the Board, with President and COO James Novak assuming the role of CEO. Novak joined Fiix in 2014 and previously spent thirteen years at BlackBerry, with roles that included VP of Channel Accounts.
Brightstar Corp. [MIAMI, FL] announced that Jaymin Patel has resigned as CEO and member of the Board of Directors to pursue new opportunities, effective August 1, 2018. Reza Taleghani, current President and CFO will assume the role of interim CEO. Taleghani joined Brightstar three years ago as Chief Financial Officer and most recently assumed the role of President. Prior to joining Brightstar, Taleghani had over 17 years of experience at J.P. Morgan.
Natus Medical Incorporated [PLEASANTON, CA] (NASDAQ: BABY) announced that Jim Hawkins is retiring from Natus after 14 years of service as CEO. Jonathan Kennedy has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and has also been appointed to the Natus Board of Directors. Kennedy joined Natus as Chief Financial Officer in April 2013 and served as General Manager of Natus’ Newborn Care Business Unit from April 2017 to February 2018. Before joining Natus, Kennedy was Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, since 2009. Prior to that, he was Intersil’s Corporate Controller since 2005 and Director of Finance since 2004. Before joining Intersil, Kennedy held management roles in Finance and Information Technology with Alcon Inc. and Harris Corporation.
WSFS Financial Corporation [WILMINGTON, DW] (NASDAQ: WSFS) announced that effective January 1, 2019, Mark A. Turner, Chairman, President and CEO, will become the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and that Rodger Levenson, WSFS’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will become the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board. Levenson joined WSFS in 2006 and has served in various executive leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Banking Officer (2006-2015) and interim Chief Financial Officer (2015-2016). From June 2016 to August 2017, as Chief Corporate Development Officer, and since August 2017, he has led the Company’s executive leadership team as Chief Operating Officer.
Milliken & Company [SPARTANBURG, SC] announced the appointment of Halsey M. Cook Jr. as president and CEO effective September 1, 2018. J. Harold Chandler will return to his role as chair of the board of directors. Most recently, Cook was the president and CEO for Sonepar USA.
VeraCore Software Solutions, Inc. [ROCKY HILL, CT] announced that Denise Lunden will assume role as CEO. Lunden began her career in various sales and marketing capacities before co-founding VeraCore in 1981, then known as Software Marketing Associates.
STRmix™ Ltd. [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Martin Riegel has been named Chief Executive Officer. Riegel comes to STRmix™ Ltd. after serving as a Principal at Broadfield Advisory, which he co-founded in 2013. Riegel has served as CEO of UbiquiOS Technology and Biotelliga Holdings.
Star Rapid [SAN FRANCISCO] announced David Hunter as CEO. Hunter was most recently VP of operations and quality at Multek, a division of Flex. Prior to that position, Hunter served as the VP and general manager of Wuxi.
AIS Technology Services [SAN DIEGO] announced Matt Thoene as its new CEO. Thoene, previously Senior Vice President, Global Operations with the Uptime Institute.
HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION [SCHAUMBURG, IL] announced the appointment of David Doyle as CEO of, effective Oct. 1, 2018. Doyle started with HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION in 2016 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and currently serves as its President and Managing Director.
TABS Analytics [SHELTON, CT] announced that Tim Richerson has been named the company’s CEO. Kurt Jetta, TABS Analytics’ founder, will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. Most recently, Richerson served as CEO of JM Global Holding Co. Richerson also was managing director and co-founder of the Alan James Group, and then served as CEO of Interleukin Genetics.
Publishers Clearing House [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Andy Goldberg as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Goldberg, who has been with the company for 35 years, will take over duties from longtime Chairman and former CEO Robin Smith, who will remain an active member of the board. Goldberg will continue to serve as President and CEO in addition to his new role as Chairman.
Marquis Industries, Inc. [LAS VEGAS, NV] announced that it has appointed Wes Godfrey as CEO. Godfrey returns to Marquis Industries from Samsung Electronics, where he served as manager of sales operations since 2014. Prior to that, Godfrey was vice president of operations at Marquis for six years. Former Marquis CEO, Tim Bailey, will retain a limited role with Marquis and serve in an advisory capacity to Live Ventures’ board of directors until the end of 2018.
