HEINEKEN USA [WHITE PLAINS, NY] announced the appointment of Maggie Timoney as Chief Executive Officer. Timoney will succeed Ronald den Elzen, who will be returning to Holland for a global role within HEINEKEN N.V. Timoney is joining HEINEKEN USA from HEINEKEN Ireland where she’s served as the CEO for the last five years. Before HEINEKEN, Maggie worked in sales for E&J Gallo and as an Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler in The Bronx.
Wabash National Corporation [LAFAYETTE, IN] (NYSE: WNC) announced that Brent L. Yeagy, President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Yeagy follows Richard J. Giromini, who stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer on June 1 as part of a planned succession announced on December 15, 2017. Giromini will remain with the company serving in the role of Executive Advisor through June 1, 2019, following which he will retire from Wabash National. Yeagy has been with Wabash National for more than 15 years, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since October 1, 2016. Yeagy joined Wabash National in 2003 and held a number of positions with increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President and General Manager – Commercial Trailer Products, and Senior Vice President and Group President – Commercial Trailer Products. Prior to Wabash National, from 1999 to 2003, Yeagy held various positions within human resources, environmental engineering and safety management for Delco Remy International.
Donegal Mutual Insurance Company [MARIETTA, PA] (NASDAQ: DGICA) announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Donald H. Nikolaus, will retire on September 1, 2018, after serving in that position for the past 37 years. Nikolaus will then serve as a consultant to Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. and their respective boards of directors pursuant to the terms of a consulting agreement. The board of directors named Kevin G. Burke, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since October 2017, to succeed Nikolaus.
Food Allergy Research & Education [MCLEAN, VA] announced the appointment of Lisa Gable as CEO. Gable is a former U.S. Ambassador, Presidential advisor and corporate and nonprofit executive. Gable previously served as a U.S. Commissioner General to the 2005 World Exposition in Japan, holding the personal rank of Ambassador, and as a United Nations Delegate. Most recently, Gable was a senior vice president of Global Public Policy at PepsiCo; she has also served on several nonprofit boards including as a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of America and as a board member for Girl Scouts of the USA.
Cologix [DENVER, CO] announced that Bill Fathers has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer succeeding Grant van Rooyen. Prior to being appointed Cologix CEO, Fathers was most recently Executive Vice President of Cloud Services at VMware and previously served as President of Savvis.
Alder BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. [BOTHELL, WA] (NASDAQ: ALDR) named Robert W. Azelby president and chief executive officer of Alder. Azelby also will serve on the company’s board of directors. Azelby succeeds Paul B. Cleveland, who has been acting as Alder’s interim president and chief executive officer. Mr. Cleveland will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors. Azelby joins Alder from Juno Therapeutics, Inc., where he served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
Volt Information Sciences, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE-AMERICAN: VISI) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Dean is leaving the Company and the Board 2018. The Company also announced that Linda Perneau has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, in addition to her current role as President of Volt Workforce Solutions.
Ameris Bancorp [MOULTRIE, GA] (NASDAQ: ABCB) announced that Edwin W. Hortman, Jr. will be succeeded as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameris Bancorp by Dennis J. Zember Jr. Zember currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of Ameris Bank. Hortman will remain executive chairman of Ameris Bancorp and Ameris Bank.
Reliv International, Inc. [CHESTERFIELD, MO] (NASDAQ: RELV) announced that it has appointed Ryan A. Montgomery to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Robert L. Montgomery, Reliv’s current CEO, will continue to serve as Chairman of Reliv’s Board. In his new position, Ryan Montgomery will manage the overall operations and resources of Reliv International while also setting the strategy and fresh vision for the company as it moves into its third decade. Ryan joined Reliv as Corporate Counsel in 1999, establishing the Compliance Department and assisting international expansion and development. In 2003, Ryan moved to the Sales Department and was responsible for developing sales strategy worldwide. Ryan was named President of Reliv International, Inc. in 2012.
Hire Heroes USA [ATLANTA, GA] announced that it has selected Christopher Plamp as Chief Executive Officer. Plamp, who has been serving as interim CEO, was Chief Operating for the Organization. Plamp succeeds Brian Stann, who stepped down as Hire Heroes USA’s president and CEO in September 2017. Plamp joined Hire Heroes USA as the Director of Veteran Programs after leaving the Air Force as a Colonel in May 2014.
Pincho Factory [MIAMI] announced that it has appointed Jayson Tipp Chief Executive Officer. Tipp previously held the role of President at Pincho Factory. Tipp joined Pincho earlier this year from Papa Murphy’s International (PMI), where he served as Chief Development Officer. Prior to being named Chief Development Officer at PMI, Tipp served as PMI’s Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Harmless Harvest [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Ben Mand has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mand joins Harmless Harvest from Plum Organics, where he served as Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing and Innovation. Prior to joining Plum, Mand worked in various marketing and innovation roles, including most recently at General Mills and Johnson & Johnson.
ClearHealth Quality Institute™ [ANNAPOLIS, MD] has named Michael Gomes as Chief Executive Officer. Gomes is a founding executive of BenefitMall and most recently served as President of its Benefits Division. Gomes has also held senior executive roles with a number of other leading companies including Prudential HealthCare, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the New Jersey Department of Insurance.
Progress Residential [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] announced that Chaz Mueller has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Mueller served as President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Previously, Mueller was President and Chief Operating Officer of Archstone, where he was a senior executive for nearly 20 years.
Rubius Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Pablo J. Cagnoni as Chief Executive Officer. Cagnoni most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tizona Therapeutics. Prior to Tizona, Cagnoni served as President of Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Global Head of Clinical Development at Novartis Oncology, and Chief Medical Officer at Allos Therapeutics and OSI Pharmaceuticals, respectively.
Veriown Global, Inc. [CHICAGO, IL] announced that the Company has appointed LaDoris “Dot” Harris as Chief Executive Officer replacing Founder and CEO Steve Johanns. She will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company. From 2012 to 2017 Harris served as Director of the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Prior to entering public service, Harris’ leadership of over 25 years in Corporate America ranged from engineer to corporate officer. Harris served as an executive at General Electric Company (GE) and held several leadership positions in GE’s Energy and Industrial Systems businesses.
Tenax Therapeutics, Inc. [MORRISVILLE, NC] (NASDAQ: TENX) announced the Company has selected board member Anthony A. DiTonno to be its next Chief Executive Officer. Michael Jebsen, Tenax’s current Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will remain serving as Tenax’s Chief Financial Officer. DiTonno has served as a director of Tenax since December 2011. From January 2013 until May 31, 2018, DiTonno served as Chief Executive Officer of Avantis Medical Systems, Inc. From April 2003 until December 2011, DiTonno was President and Chief Executive Officer of Neurogesx Inc. Previously, DiTonno was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Enteric Medical Technologies Inc., and Vice President and General Manager of Olcassen Pharmaceuticals.
eMerge Americas [MIAMI] announced Felice Gorordo has been named Chief Executive Officer. Current CEO Xavier Gonzalez is leaving the company to pursue another Opportunity. Prior to eMerge, Gorordo led global expansion for StartUp Health. Previously, Gorordo was CEO of Clearpath. Following the acquisition of Clearpath, Gorordo was CEO of L1BRE.
The Grocery Manufacturers Association [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Geoff Freeman will become the organization’s new president and chief executive officer effective August 1. Freeman is president and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA), the trade association for the U.S. casino gaming industry. Freeman was previously Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Travel Association.
Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant [WILMINGTON, DE] announced that Kim Boerema has been named chief executive officer following the appointment of Kevin Finn to chairman of the board. Boerema comes to Iron Hill from The California Pizza Kitchen, where he served as chief operating officer. Prior to his seven years at CPK, Boerema was a vice president of Texas Roadhouse, a regional vice president of Brinker International, and a general manager of Bennigan’s.
FDS, Inc. [FORT WORTH, TX] announced the appointment of Adam McMullin as Chief Executive Officer. McMullin succeeds Jake Canova, who will continue to work with FDS in an advisory capacity after spending seven years as its CEO. Most recently, McMullin was Chairman and CEO of Voalte. Previously, McMullin led Hill-Rom’s Clinical Workflow Solutions.
Aziyo Biologics, Inc. [SILVER SPRING, MD] announced the appointment of Ronald (Ron) Lloyd as President and Chief Executive Officer. Lloyd will also become a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Lloyd most recently served as Executive Vice President and President of Hospital Therapies for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Mallinckrodt, Lloyd was with Baxter Healthcare where he held the positions of President of Immunology, General Manager, BioScience and Vice President, Global Marketing for the BioScience Division.

OdinText, Inc. [STAMFORD, CT] has appointed Andy Greenawalt as CEO. OdinText founder and current CEO Tom H.C. Anderson will transition to the roles of Chief Research Officer and Chairman.. Most recently, Greenawalt was CEO of Continuity, and he remains chairman of its board. Prior to Continuity, Greenawalt founded Perimeter eSecurity, now part of BAE Systems, serving as CEO and CTO and on its board.
BNY Mellon Wealth Management [NEW YORK] announces the appointment of Catherine M. Keating as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee, BNY Mellon’s senior-most governing body. Keating will join on July 9, 2018. Since February 2015, Keating most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonfund. Previously, Keating enjoyed nearly two decades of experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including roles as Head of Investment Management Americas (2011-2015), CEO of the U.S. Private Bank (2005-2011), Global Head of Fiduciary and Wealth Advisory Services (2002-2005), and President of J.P. Morgan Trust Company of Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic Region (1996-2002).
Retail Management Hero, Inc. [NAPA. CA] announced that it has hired Jeff Riley to be CEO of the company. Riley was formerly the CEO of Dinerware. He then led the successful sale of the company to Heartland Payment. Previously, Riley worked as a senior executive at Microsoft and launched the company’s first secure commerce website in 1997, managed Microsoft Business Solutions SMB sales and marketing, and served as integration lead for the Great Plains acquisition before being promoted to GM of Retail Business Solutions within Dynamics.
Guardian Building Products [GREER, SC] announced that Donald (“Donny”) J. DeMarie Jr. has been appointed President and CEO, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2018. DeMarie began his career in 1985 as a Branch Manager for Gale Industries. DeMarie quickly rose through the ranks as a Regional Manager, Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Chief Operating Officer and was ultimately named President and CEO.
1010data [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Greg Munves as President and CEO. Munves takes over from Sandy Steier, 1010data’s co-founder and long-time CEO, who is stepping down as CEO after a nearly 40-year career pioneering analytical solutions for Big Data. Steier will continue to play a strategic role in the company. Monves previously served as president and chief operating officer of the company. Prior to this role, Munves was the company’s chief revenue officer.
Sure Shot Drilling, LLC [DENVER, CO] announced the appointment of Rick Barrett as the company’s CEO. Most recently Barrett served as President and CEO of Blackeagle Energy Services.
The XFL [STAMFORD, CT] announced that Oliver Luck has been named the league’s Commissioner & CEO. Earlier in his career, Luck served as President of NFL Europe and General Manager of the league’s Frankfurt Galaxy and Rhein Fire. Most recently Luck was the NCAA’s Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Partnerships. Prior to the NCAA, Luck spent four years as the Director of Athletics at his alma mater, West Virginia University, where he presided over the school’s transition into the Big 12 Conference. He was also the first President and General Manager of Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo, and led the organization to two MLS Cup titles.
Cantata Health, LLC [CHAUPPAUGE, NY] announced that Jonathan Isaacs has been appointed the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Isaacs joined Cantata Health in 2017 as the company’s strategy and sales leader. Prior to Cantata Health Isaacs held the positions of executive vice president and general manager of the Surgery Division at SourceMed and senior vice president and general manager for NextGen Healthcare’s Hospital Solutions Division.
MobileSmith [RALEIGH, NC] (OTCQB: MOST) announced that Randy J. Tomlin has been named CEO. Tomlin succeeds Bob Dieterle, who was instrumental to the company’s formation and growth over the past eight years. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer at MobileSmith, Tomlin will maintain his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors that he has held since January 2017. Prior to MobileSmith, Tomlin served as Senior Vice President of U-verse Field Operations at AT&T.
Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. [WINTER PARK, FL] (NASDAQ: RUTH) announced that Cheryl Henry, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of President and CEO effective August 10, 2018. Henry replaces Michael P. O’Donnell who will assume the role of Executive Chairman. Henry was also appointed to the Board of Directors effective August 10, 2018.
