Revlon, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: REV) announced that it has named Chief Operating Officer and Board member Debra G. Perelman President and Chief Executive Officer. Perelman will be the company’s first female CEO. Perelman most recently served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and New Business Development at MacAndrews & Forbes.
Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] (NYSE American: NOG) announced the hiring of Michael Reger as Chief Executive Officer. Reger was the founder of Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. in 2006 and served as the company’s CEO and Chairman until 2016. Reger returned to Northern as Chairman Emeritus in 2017 and was named Advisor to the Board in January of 2018.
Stoli Group® USA, LLC [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Rudy Costello to President & Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Costello had served as Chief Operating Officer for the company. Costello joined the company at the start of 2018.
Sorenson Holdings, LLC [SALT LAKE CITY, UT] announced the appointment of R. Scott Wood as Chief Executive Officer. Wood has served as Sorenson Holdings’ legal counsel since May 2015 and will succeed current CEO Scott K. Sorensen, who will leave the company on May 31 to pursue new career opportunities. From 2009 to 2014, Wood was general counsel at Holiday Retirement. Prior to Holiday Retirement, Wood served at Golfsmith as general counsel.
Tarsus Entertainment [IRVINE, CA] announced that John A. Cora has been named Chief Executive Officer effective March 26, 2018. Cora is a 30-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company, most recently as Vice President of Resort Development. Prior to this position, Cora also served as Vice President of Theme Park Operations for Disneyland. Cora recently served as President and CEO of Palace Entertainment.
PierianDx [ST. LOUIS, MO] announced that it has appointed Michael L. Sanderson as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board. Sanderson has over 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
DAVACO [DALLAS] announced that the company named Keith Winters as Chief Executive Officer. Winters currently serves as COO for DAVACO. Rick Davis, DAVACO’s Founder and former CEO, will remain on the company’s Board of Directors. Winters previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Crane Worldwide, and he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Eagle Global Logistics.
Computer Modelling Group Ltd. [CALGARY, AB] (TSX: CMG) announces that Kenneth Dedeluk will retire from his position of President and Chief Executive Officer on July 12, 2018. Ryan Schneider, currently Chief Operating Officer of CMG, has been appointed by CMG’s Board of Directors to succeed Dedeluk as President and Chief Executive Officer and has also been nominated by CMG’s Board of Directors for election as a director. Schneider joined CMG in 2011 as Vice President, Marketing. In 2013, his role expanded to Vice President, Marketing and Canadian Sales and he assumed his current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2015.
Kronos Bio, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Norbert Bischofberger as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Kronos, Bischofberger was at Gilead Sciences for almost 30 years, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Scientific Officer until April 2018. Bischofberger joined the Gilead Sciences in 1990 and served as Executive Vice President for Research and Development from 1999 to 2018 and Chief Scientific Officer from 2007 to 2018.
Rockwell Medical, Inc. [WIXOM, MI] (NASDAQ: RMTI) announced that it has announced that the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Chioini, has been terminated from his positions. In connection with today’s announcement, Chioini has resigned as a member of the Board. The Special Transition Committee, which will remain in place until a new CEO is appointed, will comprise independent directors Ben Wolin, who is also Chairman of the Board, Lisa Colleran and John Cooper. The Board has initiated a formal search process and retained a leading executive search firm to identify a permanent CEO.
Management Health Solutions, Inc. [STRATFORD, CT] announced that Todd J. Plesko has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Interim CEO Brian Campbell will remain with the firm as President and Chief Operating Officer. Plesko joins the company directly from Vocera Communications where he was Vice President of Product Strategy. He came to Vocera as a result of the acquisition of Extension Healthcare, a firm Plesko founded and led as Chairman and CEO. Extension Healthcare itself was spun out of triPRACTIX, where Plesko was also Founder and CEO.
Levementum [INDIANAPOLIS, IN] announced that it appointed Michael Burton as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2018. Burton previously held the position as Senior Vice President. Burton joined Lev in March 2016 after serving as a Director of Services at Salesforce. Prior to working with Salesforce, Burton was a regional manager for ExactTarget, Vice President of Services for Courseload, Inc., and a Senior Project Manager for Interactive Intelligence, now Genesys. Burton also worked with Baker Hill for over eight years earlier in his career, as well as Compendium Blogware.
Magna5 [DALLAS] introduced Richard (Rick) Lottie as its new chief executive officer. Lottie has served as Magna5 Executive Chairman and Board Member for the past six months, and is replacing Greg Forrest, who has recently stepped down.
Extreme Plastics Plus [NEW YORK] announced the hiring of a new CEO, Jay Minmier. Minmier was most recently the President of Nomac Drilling, a position he held from 2011 to 2017. In addition to serving as President of Nomac, Minmier was also an executive officer of Seventy Seven and he previously held senior management positions at several top drilling services companies, including Grey Wolf Drilling, Precision Drilling and Helmerich & Payne.
DelMar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [VANCOUVER, BC & MENLO PARK, CA] (NASDAQ: DMPI) announced that the company has appointed Saiid Zarrabian as the full-time President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Zarrabian had previously served as the Company’s interim President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2017 and prior to that as an independent board member since July 2017. Zarrabian previously served as chairman of the board of directors at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company and he also served as president of the Protein Production Division of Intrexon Corporation. Prior to that, Zarrabian served as chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Cyntellect, Inc.
Artistmss International Group, Inc. [NEWPORT BEACH, CA] (OTC Markets: AIGI) announced that it has appointed Kenyatto (Ken) Jones as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Company. Jones joins the Company as a seasoned executive with over a decade of corporate experience.
Puradyn Filter Technologies Incorporated [BOYNTON BEACH, FL] (OTCQB: PFTI) announced that it has appointed Ed Vittoria as Chief Executive Officer. Ed Vittoria succeeds Joseph V. Vittoria who has been Chairman of the Board and CEO since 2006. Joseph Vittoria has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ed Vittoria was also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.
Quorum Health Corporation [BRENTWOOD, TN] (NYSE: QHC) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Robert H. Fish as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Fish’s appointment follows Thomas D. Miller’s decision to retire from Quorum Health as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Most recently Fish served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Health, LLC from January 2018 to March 2018. Fish served as CEO of Skilled Healthcare from November 2013 through completion of its combination with FC-GEN in February 2015, when it changed its name to Genesis Healthcare, Inc.
Bellacor [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] has appointed Jay Berlin as its new Chief Executive Officer. Berlin’s career has included successful President & CEO roles as well as marketing management positions at Summit Sports Companies, Sportsman’s Guide, UnitedHealth Group, Northern Tool & Equipment and Fingerhut.
Heartland Financial USA, Inc. [DUBUQUE, IA] (NASDAQ: HTLF) announced that Heartland Board of Directors has named Bruce Lee, Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2018. Lee has served as Heartland’s President since January 2015. Lynn B. Fuller will remain in an active role, as Operating Executive Chairman. Lee joined Heartland on January 2, 2015. Previously Lee served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Office at Fifth Third.
CIFC LLC [NEW YORK] announced that Co-CEO Oliver Wriedt has decided to leave the firm to pursue other opportunities. Steve Vaccaro, a founding member of the firm who has served as CIFC’s Co-CEO since the beginning of 2014 and Chief Investment Officer since 2011, will become the company’s sole CEO.
NCC Media [NEW YORK] has named Nicolle Pangis to serve as president and CEO. Pangis previously served as global chief operating officer at GroupM’s [m] PLATFORM. Prior to [m]PLATFORM, Pangis was a central figure in the success of Xaxis, serving first as global chief revenue officer, followed by global chief operating officer.
NRL Federal Credit Union [ALEXANDRIA, VA] announced the appointment of new CEO Kristin Shultz. NRLFCU selected Shultz upon the retirement of Linda Powell, who served NRLFCU for 16 years, including the last three years as CEO. Most recently Shultz was COO of the company.
Campbell Soup Company [CAMDEN, NJ] (NYSE: CPB) announced that Denise M. Morrison, President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director, has chosen to retire effective today. Keith R. McLoughlin, a Campbell Board member since 2016, has been named interim CEO and will also remain a member of the Board to facilitate. McLoughlin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrolux AB from 2011 until February 2016. McLoughlin joined Electrolux AB in 2003 as head of Major Appliances North America and Executive Vice President of Electrolux AB. Between 2004 and 2007, he also served as head of Major Appliances Latin America. From 2009 until 2011, McLoughlin served as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President, Electrolux AB. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrolux AB in 2011, a position he held until his retirement in January 2016.
David’s Bridal [CONSHOHOCKEN, PA] announced that the Company has appointed Scott Key as Chief Executive Officer. Paul Pressler has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer and will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to his role as CEO, Key was the EVP and General Manager for David’s Bridal. Key has also held multiple leadership positions at Gap Inc. including as the SVP/Brand President of ATHLETA.
