The Interbrand Group [NEW YORK] announced that Charles Trevail, will become its new Chief Executive Officer, effective ‪January 1st, 2018. Currently the CEO of Omnicom agency, C Space, Trevail succeeds Jez Frampton, who is retiring at the end of 2017. Trevail has been CEO of C Space for close to four years. Prior to that he spent 9 years as CEO of Promise Corporation.

Collectors Universe, Inc. [NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.] (NASDAQ: CLCT) announced the appointment of Joseph J. Orlando to the position of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Robert G. Deuster. Deuster had decided to retire as CEO, but will continue as a member of the Board of Directors. Orlando also has been appointed as a member of the Board. Orlando joined the Company in 1999 and was appointed President of PSA in 2002 and President of PSA/DNA in 2003. Orlando also serves as Editor of Sports Market Report.

Zafgen, Inc. [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: ZFGN) announced that it has appointed Jeffrey Hatfield as its Chief Executive Officer. Thomas Hughes, Zafgen’s CEO since 2008, will continue as the Company’s President, and assume the role of Chief Scientific Officer. Both Hatfield and Hughes will serve on Zafgen’s Board of Directors. Most recently, Hatfield served as CEO of Vitae Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Vitae, Hatfield held several executive positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), including Senior Vice President of BMS’s Immunology and Virology Divisions; President, BMS-Canada, and Vice President, U.S. Managed Health Care. Hatfield currently serves on the Board of Directors for miRagen Therapeutics, Inc., aTyr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Ambit Biosciences, Inc. and on the board and Executive Committee of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization.

Aerpio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CINCINNATI] (OTCQB: ARPO) announced that Stephen Hoffman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective as of December 1, 2017, and is expected to be appointed to its board of directors. Hoffman succeeds Joseph H. Gardner, who will continue to serve as President and Founder of Aerpio. Hoffman joins Aerpio Pharmaceuticals from PDL BioPharma, where he served as a Senior Advisor since February 2014. Prior to that he served as a Managing Director at Skyline Ventures from 2007 to 2014 and was general partner at TVM Capital from 2003 to 2007. Prior to TVM, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Allos Therapeutics from 1994 to 2002. Hoffman currently serves on the board of directors of Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Bicycle Therapeutics Ltd., and Palleon Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Optimum Talent [MONTREAL] announced the appointment of Mike Bacchus from President of Western Canada to Chief Executive Officer. Ronald Dahms, Optimum Talent’s former CEO, will serve in the role of Executive Chair. Mike Bacchus previously held the title of Chief Executive Officer with Conroy Ross Partners. He offers over twenty years of experience at the senior management level, including serving as President of David Aplin Group from 1998-2009.

Luxury Garage Sale [CHICAGO] announced that Trish Lukasik has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Lukasik served as the Chief Operating Officer for SpotHero. Prior to joining SpotHero, Lukasik joined Proctor & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company and more recently culminated a 17-year career journey as Chief Customer Officer for a division of PepsiCo. Lukasik serves on the boards of Sargento Foods and NatureBox.

Mutual Reinsurance Bureau [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of John W. Meyers III as the company’s next president and chief executive officer. Meyers will succeed Timothy Dorr, current president and chief executive officer. Meyers most recently served as vice president at Safety National Reinsurance. He brings more than 25 years of insurance industry underwriting experience, with recent tenures at Maiden Reinsurance and PMA Reinsurance. Meyers served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.

Victoria E. Elliott

The Association for the Advancement of Wound Care [MALVERN, Pa.] announced  Victoria E. Elliott as the new Chief Executive Officer. Elliott has served as Executive Director for the American Neurological Association, Dermatology Nurses’ Association, Attention Deficit Disorder Association, Society For Biomaterials and the Pennsylvania Society of Health System Pharmacists. Most recently she was Director of Development at the University of the Sciences.

Frank Lucia

Delta Dental of Virginia [ROANOKE, Va.] announced that Frank Lucia will serve as president and chief executive officer, effective November 13, 2017. Lucia succeeds George A. Levicki, who is retiring. Lucia was president and chief executive officer of Dean Health Plan in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to serving in a variety of leadership roles at Dean Health Plan, he worked for Price Waterhouse, WR Grace, Inc. and CIGNA Corporation, including Cigna Dental.

Lynn O’Connor Vos

Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) [CHICAGO] announced it has appointed Lynn O’Connor Vos as President and Chief Executive Officer. Vos previously was Global Chief Executive Officer for nearly 23 years. She is the co-creator of Text4baby. Vos succeeds interim President and CEO Kristine Welker. Welker has served in the interim role since February and will immediately resume her volunteer role as a member of MDA’s Board of Directors.

Meridian Bioscience, Inc. [CINCINNATI] (NASDAQ: VIVO) announced that it has appointed John P. Kenny as Chief Executive Officer. Kenny has also been appointed to Meridian’s Board of Directors. Kenny most recently served as Senior Vice President/General Manager, North America, at Siemens Healthcare.  He has held executive level roles at Becton Dickinson, Leica Biosystems, and Quest Diagnostics.

John C. Roche

The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. [WORCESTER, Mass.] (NYSE: THG) announced John C. Roche has been appointed president and chief executive officer, effective Nov. 4. He will succeed Joseph M. Zubretsky. Roche currently leads The Hanover’s personal and commercial lines businesses as president of Hanover Agency Markets, and has served on the company’s executive leadership team since 2008. Since joining the company in 2006, Roche has served in several senior leadership positions, including president, business insurance; vice president, field operations, marketing and distribution; and vice president, commercial lines underwriting and product management. Prior to joining The Hanover, he served in senior roles at the St. Paul Travelers Companies. He began his career at Fireman’s Fund and Atlantic Mutual, where he held a number of underwriting and management positions. Roche also serves on the board of directors for the National Council of Compensation Insurance.

Molina Healthcare, Inc. [LONG BEACH, Calif.] (NYSE: MOH) announced that it has named Joseph M. Zubretsky as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 6, 2017. Zubretsky will also be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. Zubretsky, who most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer for The Hanover Insurance Group and a member of its board of directors, will succeed interim chief executive officer, Joseph W. White. White will remain with Molina Healthcare in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hanover Insurance Group, he served almost nine years at Aetna, Inc., where he most recently was Chief Executive Officer of Healthagen Holdings. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, he served as Senior Executive Vice President leading Aetna’s National Businesses and from 2007 to 2013 served as Aetna’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aetna in 2007, Zubretsky served in a variety of senior management roles in the healthcare and financial services sector. Zubretsky began his career with the accounting firm then known as Coopers & Lybrand, rising to partnership in its national insurance industry group.

Kalytera Therapeutics, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO & TEL AVIV, Israel] (TSX VENTURE: KALY and OTCQB: KALTF) announced that Robert Farrell has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Farrell previously held the position of Interim CEO. Prior to joining Kalytera, Farrell worked as an executive officer with the Institute for One World Health, an affiliate of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Farrell has held senior positions with publicly listed companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including Titan Pharmaceuticals, where he served as President and CEO from 2008 to 2010, and as Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 2008.

JuE Wong

Moroccanoil® [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of JuE Wong as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Wong brings to Moroccanoil a robust track record of propelling emerging brands to the mainstream while globalizing established brands including Cargill Inc., PepsiCo, Dial Corp., Murad Inc., NV Perricone MD Ltd., ZO Skin Health by Dr. Obagi, Astral Health and Beauty and StriVectin. Most recently, Wong served as President at Elizabeth Arden.

J.D. Power [COSTA MESA, Calif.] announced that Finbarr O’Neill, Chief Executive Officer and President, has informed the company’s board of directors of his intention to retire from J.D. Power, effective March 2018.

Michael Bekiarian

bowmo, Inc. [NEW YORK] has announced its appointment of Michael J. Bekiarian to the position of CEO. Michael joins bowmo from Mainz, where he served as CEO. Prior to Mainz, Michael founded & served for four years as the CEO of Top Line Performance Associates, LLC. Before Top Line, Michael held leadership roles over a six-year period; including that of CEO at Sapien, LLC. Michael served as Director of Operations for Gateway Group One.

MRI Interventions, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] (OTCQB: MRIC) announced the appointment of Joseph Burnett as President and CEO, effective November 7.  The company’s current President and CEO, Frank Grillo will serve as an executive advisor to the Company. Burnett has spent his entire career in medical devices, starting in cardiovascular at Guidant and Volcano, and most recently in Neurology and Neurosurgery at Philips, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Neuro Diagnostics and Therapy Business. Prior to that role, Burnett was Sr. Vice President and General Manager of the Volcano business after the acquisition of Volcano by Philips, and Executive Vice President of the Cardiology division for Volcano.

Ashley Grice

BrightHouse [ATLANTA] announced that it has hired Ashley M. Grice as CEO. Brighthouse is a global consultancy firm that The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) acquired in 2015. Grice, who worked at BrightHouse early in her career, succeeds Doug Shipman, who left the firm to become president and CEO of the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta. Prior to joining BCG, Grice was North America chief client officer of iris Worldwide where she worked for nearly five years. From 2003 through 2006, Grice worked as a senior strategist and director of strategic operations at BrightHouse.

Azitra, Inc. [FARMINGTON, CT] announced the appointment of Richard (Rick) Andrews as President and CEO. Rick Andrews brings more than 35 years of experience working with biotechnology companies from inception through successful clinical development, and most recently served as CEO of Thrasos Therapeutics. He also served at RenaMed and EcoScience.

Saar Gillai

Teridion [SAN FRANCISCO] has hired Saar Gillai as CEO. Gillai brings more than 20 years of building innovative and successful businesses and has held senior executive positions in top Silicon Valley companies including Cisco and HPE, as well as key leadership roles in startups. A current board member at Xilinx, Gillai served, until November 2016, as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of HPE’s Communications Solutions Business. Previously he was SVP/GM and Chief Operating Officer of HP Cloud. Gillai joined HP via the acquisition of 3Com, where he was SVP of Worldwide Products and Solutions.

The Inception Companies [FAIRFIELD, N.J.] announce the appointment of Matt Giegerich, longtime CEO of WPP’s Ogilvy CommonHealth, to serve as CEO for Inception’s two largest business units. He will join the Board of Director as well.

MDU Resources Group, Inc. [BISMARCK, N.D.] (NYSE: MDU) announced that Trevor J. Hastings has been named president and CEO of WBI Holdings Inc., the company’s pipeline and energy services business. Hastings joined MDU Resources in 1996 as a regulatory analyst at the company’s utility business. He has held roles of increasing responsibility within MDU Resources’ independent power production business, corporate office and construction materials business. Most recently, he held the position of vice president of business development and operations support at Knife River Corporation. Hastings will replace David L. Goodin who has been serving as the interim president and CEO at WBI Holdings, in addition to his position at MDU Resources, since May 2017.

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation [ALEXANDRIA, Va.] announced the appointment of Lieutenant General Robert R. Ruark as its new President and CEO. Ruark succeeds Margaret B. Davis, who has been appointed President and CEO of Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Ruark retired from the Marine Corps in June of 2017. Prior to his assignment with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Ruark was the only Marine to serve as the Joint Staff Director of Logistics. His other General Officer assignments include service as Director of Logistics and Engineering for United States Central Command and, separately, Commanding General, 1st Marine Logistics Group during combat operations in Iraq.

Qlik® [RADNOR, Pa.] announced that Lars Björk, CEO, has transitioned his responsibilities to David Murphy as interim CEO. David Murphy is the former President and COO of Blue Coat Systems and a current Qlik Board Member and Thoma Bravo Operating Partner. Prior to Blue Coat, David was instrumental in building Mercury Interactive and Tivoli Systems into market leaders.

Roland Lessard
Tom Klein

Morningside Translations [NEW YORK] announced new leadership and ownership by co-CEOs Tom Klein and Roland Lessard. Klein and Lessard most recently held senior executive leadership positions at Sterling Talent Solutions.

KORE [ALPHARETTA, Ga.] announced the appointment of Romil Bahl as Chief Executive. Romil most recently served as President and CEO of Lochbridge. Prior to joining Lochbridge, he held roles as the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Global Industries at CSC, and the President and CEO of PRGX Global. Romil replaces retiring CEO Alex Brisbourne, who will remain on the Board of Directors.

Apto [DENVER, CO.] announced that it has hired Angela Tucci as chief executive officer. Tanner McGraw, Apto’s founder and former CEO, will continue as chairman of the board and will take on a new role as the company’s chief strategy officer. Tucci was most recently at CA Technologies, where she served as general manager of the Agile Management business unit. Prior to CA Technologies, Tucci held executive positions at Rally Software, Symantec, and NEON. She also founded two venture-backed technology companies.

Dennis W. Pullin

Virtua [MARLTON, N.J.] announced that Dennis W. Pullin has assumed the role of President and CEO. Prior to joining Virtua in September 2017, Pullin served as President of MedStar Harbor Hospital and Senior Vice President of MedStar Health. Pullin joined MedStar Harbor from MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he spent three years as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he held positions as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System; Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Symbion Healthcare, Inc.; Executive Director of the Baylor Sports Medicine Institute at Baylor College of Medicine; and Chief Operating Officer at Hopestar Medical Management Group.

InZinc Mining Ltd. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: IZN) announced the appointment of Wayne Hubert as Chief Executive Officer. Huber most recently was CEO of Andean Resources from 2006 to 2010. Before his tenure at Andean, Hubert held senior management positions at Meridian Gold where he gained considerable experience in finance, exploration, project development, permitting and construction. Hubert is currently a director of Austral Gold and Candeleria Mining.

Lisa Weinstein

Curiosity.com [CHICAGO] has announced the appointment of Lisa Weinstein as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Curiosity.com, Weinstein was the CEO of Engine Media. She also served as President of Global Digital, Data & Analytics, at Starcom MediaVest Group, and for more than a decade she held US and global executive leadership roles within GroupM and Mindshare. She is an advisor to many start-ups and has served on Google’s Global Media Council, Twitter’s Client Council, Forbes Executive Women’s Board, AAF Board of Directors and the IAB Agency Advisory Board, among others.

Hostess Brands, Inc. [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] (NASDAQ: TWNK) (NASDAQ: TWNKW) announced that Bill Toler has informed the Company that he plans to retire as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2018. He will remain on the Company’s Board of Directors.

WestKam Gold Corp. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: WKG) announced that Matt Wayrynen has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director of WestKam Gold Corp. Dana Dziurzynski will succeed Wayrynen as President and Chief Executive Officer. Dziurzynski has been a Director of the Company since October 2016.

Warren Newton

The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) [EXINGTON, KY.] has selected Warren Newton to become its next President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding James C. Puffer upon his retirement. Newton will serve in the position of President and CEO Elect beginning July 1, 2018 until Puffer’s retirement at the end of 2018. He will assume the role of President and CEO on January 1, 2019. Newton is currently Executive Director of the North Carolina Area Health Education Center (NC AHEC), and Vice Dean of the School of Medicine at the University of North Carolina (UNC). From 1999-2016, he served as the William B. Aycock Professor and Chair of Family Medicine at UNC. Newton has been a personal physician for 33 years, working in a variety of settings, including the UNC Family Medicine Center, the Moncure Community Health Center, and the Randolph County Health Department. As an educator, Newton served as residency director at UNC from 1992-1997. He has served as Vice Dean of Medical Education at the University of North Carolina from 2008-2013. Finally, from 2012 to 2017, he served on the Board of Trustees of the North Carolina State Health Plan. In 2016, he served as Senior Policy Advisor to the North Carolina Secretary of Health and Human Services. Newton served on the ABFM Board of Directors from 2007-2013, including his term as Board Chair in 2011-12. He currently serves as a Director on the ABFM Foundation Board of Directors. Newton also brings experience working with the American Board of Medical Specialties, where he serves as a member of the ABMS Committee on Continuing Certification, including a term as one if its first chairs in 2014. Additional national roles in which Newton has served include President of the Association of Departments of Family Medicine and Founding Chair of the Council of Academic Family Medicine. He is currently a member of the Liaison Committee of Medical Education and represents the ABFM at the National Academy of Medicine’s Global Forum on Innovation in Health Professional Education.

Total Safety [HOUSTON] announced that George P. Ristevski has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ristevski last served as President of Praxair Distribution and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Maxum Petroleum, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Animal Supply Company.

InsPro Technologies Corporation [EDDYSTONE, Pa.] announced the appointment of David Anderson as Chief Executive Officer. Anderson served as President and CEO of TIAA-CREF Life from 2012 through 2016. Prior to his time with TIAA, Anderson held a variety of senior leadership roles with Thrivent Financial.

PGT Innovations [N. VENICE, Fla.] (NYSE: PGTI) announced that it has appointed Jeff Jackson to become Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018. Rod Hershberger, who is retiring as CEO, will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jackson joined PGT Innovations in November 2005 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, Jackson was named Executive Vice President. In June 2014, Jackson became President and Chief Operating Officer. Jackson was appointed to the Board of Directors.

OsteoReady LLC [CONCORD, Mass.] announced that Robert Gottlander has assumed the role of CEO. He joined Nobelpharma in 1984. In 1992, Gottlander was named the CEO of Procera Sandvik AB.  During Gottlander’s 28-year career at Nobel Biocare, he held several senior positions including Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Products. Gottlander joined Henry Schein Inc. in 2011, as Vice President, Global Prosthetic Solutions. Gottlander was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, Henry Schein Global Dental in 2016.

Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced the appointments of Lester W. Schiefelbein as CEO. Schiefelbein will also be Co-Chair of the Executive Committee. Schiefelbein was previously Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Lockheed Martin Space Systems. Gary L. Benton, founder of SVAMC, will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Southern Lithium Corp. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: SNL) (OTC: SLLTF) announced the appointment of Yari Nieken as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Nieken is Founder and President of Foremost Capital Inc. He is currently a director of Marapharm Ventures Inc. as well as Veritas Pharma Inc. and has served on the boards of several public and private issuers including PUF Ventures (President & CEO), Lexagene Holdings Inc. (Director), and Duport Capital Ltd (Director). He was formerly an investment advisor at Union Securities Corp.

Bobby Robertson

Omnigo Software [ST. LOUIS] announced Bobby Robertson as chief executive officer. Prior to joining Omnigo, Robertson served at HEALTHCAREfirst. Robertson currently serves on the boards of HEALTHCAREfirst, MedtranDirect, and Missouri’sCoordinating Board for Higher Education.

Hilco Merchant Resources (HMR) [NORTHBROOK, Ill.] announced that it has hired Seth Marks in the newly created role of Senior Vice President — Chief Merchandising Officer for Hilco Merchant Resources and as the CEO of Hilco Wholesale Solutions. Marks joins HMR from Sears Holdings where he has most recently been serving as the Head of Strategic Merchandising. Marks also served as CEO of Liquidation World where he worked from 2004 to 2011; Chief Merchandising Officer at Tuesday Morning Stores from 2011 to 2013; and, as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Strategic Initiatives at Overstock.com from 2014 to 2016.  Marks began his career at Hilco in 2000.

TEEL Constrution, Inc. [FAIRFAX, Va.] announced that Parker Teel has assumed the role of CEO effective October 1, 2017, with Spencer Teel taking over as President.

Spruce Finance Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] has promoted Steve Olszewski, who previously served as chief operating officer, to CEO. Previously, Olszewski led the private student loan business at Discover Financial Services. Prior to Discover Financial Services, Olszewski led underwriting and servicing operations for GMAC’s auto insurance business and held operations strategy roles at Capital One.

Pandora [OAKLAND, Calif.] (NYSE: P) announced that Tim Westergren has decided to step down from his position as CEO. CFO Naveen Chopra was named interim CEO.

Millennium Energy Corporation [NEW YORK] (OTC Pink: MENC) announced the appointment of Alexander Lightman as Chief Executive Officer. Lightman has also joined the Board of the Company as a director. Previously, Lightman worked for Mitchell Energy.

Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. [BRIDGEWATER, New Jersey] (NASDAQ: FOMX), announced that it has named David Domzalski Chief Executive Officer of the company. Domzalski currently serves as President of Foamix’s U.S. subsidiary. He succeeds Dov Tamarkin as CEO.

William H. Sadlier Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCPNK: SADL) announced the appointment of the Company’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Raymond D. Fagan, as the Company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. Fagan, who joined the Company in 2012, previously held senior executive positions with Dun & Bradstreet, Harcourt Education Group, Interpublic Group and The Thomson Corporation.

Commercial Metals Company [IRVING, Texas] (NYSE: CMC) announced that effective September 1, 2017, Barbara Smith will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and become a member of the board of directors. Smith joined the Company in May 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2016 and President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2017.  Prior to joining the Company, Smith served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation. Her experience also includes more than 20 years with Alcoa in various leadership roles across a variety of Alcoa’s businesses.

Biodesy, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced that Dominique Bridon has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors. Most recently, he was Chief Development Officer at Nuritas. Prior to that role, Bridon led the development of novel transporter-mediated oncology and CNS drugs at Optivia. He also held various leadership positions at Ipsen, Conjuchem, Redcell, and Abbott. Bridon has served as a Director for Enobia and Neuronax and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Syntaxin and Biosortia.

LMI [TYSONS, Va.] announced that David W. Zolet will become its president and chief executive officer. Zolet joins LMI after serving for more than 5 years as executive vice president of CSC. Before CSC, Zolet was at IBM, where he was vice president of systems integration. Previously, he spent more than 20 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he progressed through a number of executive positions. Zolet succeeds Nelson M. Ford who announced his pending retirement earlier this year.

Kennametal Inc. [PITTSBURGH] (NYSE: KMT) announced that it has appointed Christopher (Chris) Rossi as president and chief executive officer and has named him a director. Rossi previously served as the chief executive officer of Dresser-Rand at Siemens. Prior to that, Rossi held numerous leadership positions at Dresser-Rand Group Inc., including executive vice president of global operations, vice president of technology and business development and executive vice president of global aftermarket sales. Chris succeeds Ron De Feo whom the board has appointed executive chairman of the board.

Lindora [COSTA MESA, Calif.] announced that it has named William J. Righeimer as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Righeimer spent nearly 6 years as a President and Global General Manager for Mars, Incorporated. More recently, Righeimer served as Chief Executive of Kuantum Brands. Righeimer’s career also includes senior management roles at PwC, IBM and several private equity and venture backed companies.

Hadley Robbins

Columbia Banking System, Inc. [TACOMA, Wash.] (NASDAQ: COLB) announced that Hadley S. Robbins, Interim Chief Executive Officer, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Robbins will also join Columbia’s Board of Directors. Robbins has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbia since March 2014. His experience includes executive or senior management positions with West Coast Bancorp, Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Northwest Bank, Bank of the Northwest and First Interstate Bank.

NORTHFIELD BANCORP, INC. [WOODBRIDGE, N.J.] (NASDAQ: NFBK) announced that John W. Alexander, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has advised the Company’s Board of Directors that he intends to retire as Chief Executive Officer effective October 31, 2017.  The company has selected Steven M. Klein, President and Chief Operating Officer, to succeed Alexander as CEO as of November 1, 2017.

Destiny Media Technologies Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSXV: DSY, OTCQB: DSNY) has appointed Fred Vandenberg to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer to replace Steve Vestergaard. Vandenberg is currently Destiny’s Chief Financial Officer.

Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: SRPT) announced the appointment of Douglas S. Ingram as president and chief executive officer. He will also serve on the Company’s board of directors. Ingram was previously the president of Allergan, Inc. Most recently, Ingram served as president and chief executive officer of Chase Pharmaceuticals.

WS Packaging Group, Inc. [GREEN BAY, Wis.] announced that Dean Wimer has been named chief executive officer and current CEO Charlie Eitel will take over as the company’s chairman.  Wimer has been chief operating officer since July 2016.  Prior to joining WS Packaging in 2016, Wimer served as president and chief operating officer at Innovairre Communications.

José Emeterio Gutiérrez

Westinghouse Electric Company [CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa.] announced that José Emeterio Gutiérrez has been named president and chief executive officer. He had served as interim president and CEO since June 2016. Gutiérrez joined Westinghouse Electric Company in 2008, serving as Nuclear Services technical director and regional vice president of Spain. In 2010, Gutiérrez was named managing director and vice president for Southern Europe in Westinghouse’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. In April 2012, he was named senior vice president of Westinghouse’s global Nuclear Fuel and Components Manufacturing.

Fishbowl [ALEXANDRIA, Va.] announced that it has named Jim Soss as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & General Manager for Responsys and Chief Executive Officer of Red Aril. Soss’ experience also includes leadership positions at digital marketing and data companies Acxiom, Infogroup and YuMe.

Quorum Health [BRENTWOOD, TENN.] announced that Robert A. Vento has been appointed as president and CEO. Vento has served as interim president of QHR since January 2017. Previously, Vento served as chief operating officer of QHR.

IHA [ANN ARBOR, Mich.] announced that Mark A. LePage will succeed the late Bill Fileti, to serve as the organization’s next CEO. Previously, LePage was at Marshfield, where he served as Medical Director of Marshfield Clinic Vascular Center and has continued to serve on the Marshfield Board since 2010. In January 2013, Mark accepted the Chief Medical Officer position at Security Health Plan.

Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. [ROCHESTER, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: MNRO) announced that it has elected Brett Ponton as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Ponton, an executive with more than 20 years of senior management experience in the auto and tire service industry, most recently served as CEO of American Driveline Systems. Ponton will succeed John Van Heel who has been CEO and a member of the Board of Directors since 2012.

Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NASDAQ: LNCE) announced that the company has appointed Brian Driscoll as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Driscoll has been serving as the Company’s Interim President and CEO since April. He was the former President and CEO of Diamond Foods, Inc. and was appointed to the Snyder’s-Lance Board of Directors. Prior to joining Diamond Foods, Driscoll was CEO of Hostess Brands. He also has held senior management positions at Kraft Foods, Inc.

The Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that it has named Janet Lynch Lambert as the organization’s first chief executive officer. Lambert most recently served as the Acting Head of Engagement for the All of Us Research Program at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and as head of the Outreach Office in the Office of the NIH Director. Prior to joining NIH, she was Vice President of Government Relations at Life Technologies. She has held leadership positions in government relations, marketing and business development at large and small life science organizations, including GE and InforMax.

The Energy Storage Association (ESA) [WASHINGTON] announced that Kelly Speakes-Backman will become the organization’s first Chief Executive Officer. Speakes-Backman joins ESA from the Alliance to Save Energy where she was the Senior Vice President of Policy and Research. Prior to that, Speakes-Backman served as a Commissioner at the Maryland Public Service Commission and the Director of Clean Energy for the Maryland Energy Administration. Earlier in her career, she held strategy, marketing and sales roles at SunEdison, UTC Power, Wärtsilä and Jenbacher.

Simon Jones

Regenacy Pharmaceuticals, LLC [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Simon S. Jones as President and Chief Executive Officer to succeed Walter Ogier. Simon has been a member of the Regenacy management team, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President Preclinical Development. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Biology and Preclinical Development at Acetylon. Jones joined Acetylon from EPIX Pharmaceuticals Inc., where he was Vice President of Biology and ADMET. Prior to EPIX, Jones held senior level positions in drug discovery and preclinical development for leading biotechnology companies including ArQule Inc., Curis Inc., Creative BioMolecules Inc. and earlier in his career, at Genetics Institute/Wyeth.

Valmont Industries, Inc. [OMAHA, Neb.] (NYSE: VMI) has named Stephen G. Kaniewski as President and Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2017. Kaniewski will succeed Mogens C. Bay, Valmont’s Chairman and CEO, who will become Executive Chairman on December 31, 2017. Kaniewski has been Valmont’s President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2016. Prior to that, he was Group President of Valmont’s Utility Support Structures Segment. Steve joined Valmont in 2010 as Vice President, Information Technology and also has held the position of Vice President, Global Operations for the Irrigation Segment.

Amtrak [WASHINGTON] announced that it has named Richard Anderson as its next president and chief executive officer. Anderson was formerly chief executive officer of both Delta and Northwest Airlines. He was also executive vice president at United Healthcare.

Digital Fuel [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced that Dale Quayle has been named as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Quayle has a long track record of innovation and business success as President and CEO of Interset and President and CEO of Integrien. Quayle’s 35-year career also includes senior positions at Hewlett Packard and Trinagy.

Naranga LLC [ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Mark Montini as chief executive officer. Montini was the founder and CEO of Promio.  Prior to Promio, Montini started and led companies that built the first national-to-local CRM for non-profits and the first national-to-local website building platform.

MedeAnalytics [EMERYVILLE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Paul Kaiser as Chief Executive Officer. Kaiser was most recently president of TriZetto Provider Solutions. Prior to joining TriZetto, Kaiser was the director of sales for Cerner Corporation. Kaiser replaces former CEO Andrew Hurd.

ZorroSign, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Shamsh Hadi as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Colleen Kula Hopkins

Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center [CHICAGO] has named Colleen Kula Hopkins as CEO. Kula Hopkins began her professional journey at Timberline Knolls working directly with residents providing milieu treatment services and fostering the therapeutic community.

OpenEBS [SAN JOSE, California] announced that Evan Powell, Co-founder of companies including Nexenta Systems and StackStorm has joined as CEO.

Gentherm [NORTHVILLE, Mich.] (NASDAQ-GS: THRM) announced that Daniel R. Coker, President, CEO, will retire and begin a planned leadership transition over the next several months.

Jim Joseph

Citizen Relations [LOS ANGELES] announced Jim Joseph has been named its new CEO. Daryl McCullough, previous Chairman and CEO, remains with the organization serving as Chairman.

Lisa Atherton

Textron Inc. [PROVIDENCE, R.I.] (NYSE: TXT) announced that Lisa Atherton has been named president & CEO of Textron Systems. Atherton most recently served as executive vice president of Military Business at Bell Helicopter. She has also held several other leadership positions including vice president of Global Military Business Development, V-22 program manager and director of Military Programs. Atherton began her career with Textron in 2007 as the vice president of Area Attack at Textron Defense Systems. Prior to joining Textron, Atherton was an officer in the U.S. Air Force. She succeeds Ellen Lord.

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) [WASHINGTON] has announced that Karen Collishaw, has decided to resign. Additionally, the company has appointed its current Chairwoman, Barbara McCann, to the position of Interim President and CEO.

ZeroStack, Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif] announced that David Greene has joined the company as CEO. Greene takes over from ZeroStack co-founder Ajay Gulati, who will continue with the company as CTO. Greene comes to ZeroStack from Aerohive Networks, where he was CMO. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in both public and private technology companies leading marketing, product management, and business development for such companies as Riverbed, HP, and BMC Software.

FIS [SAND SPRINGS, Okla.] announced that Keyth Pengal was appointed as CEO. Pengal brings over 25 years of operating experience, most recently as a Managing Director of Atar’s operating group, where he will remain as a Senior Advisor. Prior to supporting Atar Capital, Pengal held a number of executive positions/roles in operations, including Vice President of Operations at Goldline International.

Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. [COLUMBIA, Md.] announced it has appointed Linda Palczuk to serve as President and CEO. Palczuk had an extensive and successful 30 year career with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and its legacy companies, serving in senior level commercial and general management roles, including Vice President, Mature Brands and Vice President Global Commercial Excellence, Vice President Sales & Marketing, and Vice President Sales.

Crystal Financial LLC [BOSTON] announced that its CEO, Ward K Mooney, plans to retire at the end of December 2017. Upon his departure Michael L Pizette, Chief Credit Officer, and Steven Migliero, Senior Managing Director, will serve as Co-CEOs.

Northrim BanCorp Inc. [ANCHORAGE, Alaska] (NASDAQ: NRIM) named Joe Schierhorn as President and CEO. Schierhorn started his Northrim career as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and Regulatory Compliance Manager in 1990.  Joe was promoted first to be an Executive Vice President then elevated to Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and finally President & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

William J. Sims

Cooledge Lighting Inc. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] announced the appointment of William J. Sims as CEO. A board member since 2015, Sims served as interim CEO for the past year. Sims is well known as the former President and CEO of Color Kinetics.

BlueRock Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced that Emile Nuwaysir has joined as president and CEO. Nuwaysir previously served as president and COO of Cellular Dynamics International (CDI). He was also president of Opsis Therapeutics Inc. Prior to CDI, Nuwaysir worked for NimbleGen Systems. Nuwaysir is vice chairman of Invenra Inc., an antibody discovery company he founded in 2011.

Terry Carlson

Lasko Holdings [WEST CHESTER, Pa.] has named Terry Carlson CEO. He succeeds Jerry W. Levin, interim CEO since November. Carlson has been with market leading companies his entire career, including Black & Decker/DeWalt, Emerson/Bosch, Raymarine, Jarden and most recently Universal Trailer.

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC [THE WOODLANDS, Texas] announced that Peter Cella, president and chief executive officer (CEO), intends to retire from the company, effective August 1, 2017. Additionally, the company announced that Mark Lashier, currently executive vice president, Commercial, will succeed Cella as president and CEO. Lashier has nearly 30 years of experience in the chemicals industry, beginning his career as an engineer with the Phillips Petroleum Company. Since that time, he has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including the Asia Region manager, senior vice president, Specialties, Aromatics, Styrenics, and executive vice president, Olefins and Polyolefins.

Dennis W. Pullin

Virtua [MARLTON, N.J.] has named Dennis W. Pullin president and CEO of the company, succeeding Richard P. Miller. He comes to Virtua from MedStar Health in Baltimore. Prior to his appointment to this position in 2009, he was senior vice president and COO of MedStar Washington Hospital Center. His previous leadership positions include vice president, operations and business development, St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System; vice president, acquisitions and development, Symbion Ambulatory Resource Centers; executive director, Baylor Sports Medicine Institute, and COO, Hopestar Medical Management Group in Houston.

The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) & Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) [MINNEAPOLIS] have announced that Roy Snell will be retiring from his role of CEO in March of 2020.

First Reserve [GREENWICH, Conn.] announced the appointment of Alex T. Krueger to President & CEO of the business.

Partnership for Drug-Free Kids [NEW YORK] has officially named Fred Muench as President and CEO of the organization. Muench previously served as the Partnership’s Director of Research. Most recently, Muench was the lead on developing Northwell Health’s beta Digital Alcohol Reduction Coaching Platform.

Daily Burn [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Tricia Han as CEO. Han comes to Daily Burn from Dotdash where she was Chief Product Officer. Prior to this, she led product development at top content brands like WebMD and DailyCandy, and spent years building some of the first widely-adopted mobile apps, including those for The New York Times and MapQuest. 

Philip LaForge

IT Authorities [TAMPA, FLORIDA] announced that Philip LaForge has been hired as the company’s new CEO. LaForge comes to IT Authorities after leading several high-growth cloud and IT services companies.

The Wonderfund [BOSTON] announced that it has named Erin Murphy Rafferty as its new CEO. Rafferty most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Bid Officer of Boston 2024. Prior to this position, Rafferty was the President and CEO of the Dublin-based US Ireland Business Partnership, an economic development advocacy firm.

HarbisonWalker International (HWI) [PITTSBURGH, PA] announced that Stephen Delo will retire as chairman and chief executive officer. The HWI Board of Directors has elected Carol R. Jackson to be HWI’s next chairman and chief executive officer. Jackson currently serves as senior vice president and general manager at HWI.

Monetary LLC [DENVER] announced that Shelley Plomske is assuming the role of CEO. Plomske was previously CTO at Mercury Payment Systems.

Rob Price

School of Rock [EL SEGUNDO, Calif. & CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Rob Price as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to School of Rock, Price served as President of Edible Arrangements. Before that, he was SVP, Chief Marketing Officer at CVS Health. Price has also held executive roles at Wawa Food Markets and H-E-B Grocery.

Pacific City Financial Corporation [LOS ANGELES] (OTC: PFCF) announced that they have appointed Henry Kim to succeed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank upon the retirement of Haeyoung Cho at the end of 2017. Since 2014, Kim has served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company and the Bank since 2011.
