LIG Assets, Inc. [NASHVILLE, TN] (OTC PINK: LIGA) announced the appointment of Allan Gillis as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Citrix Systems, Inc. [FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.] announced that it has appointed David J. Henshall, chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Citrix, as president, chief executive officer (CEO) and a member of the board.
Mega Bridge, Inc. [NEW YORK, NY] (OTCQB: MGBR) announced that it has appointed McCoy L. Moretz as the new Chief Executive Officer. Moretz was previously the Chief Medical Officer of Ermis Labs.
The Vanguard Group [VALLEY FORGE, Pa.] elected Vanguard’s Chief Investment Officer Tim Buckley as president and director of Vanguard, and announced plans for him to succeed Bill McNabb as chief executive officer on January 1, 2018. Buckley has served as Vanguard’s chief investment officer since 2013. He joined Vanguard in 1991 as assistant Chairman. He was elected as a principal of the firm in 1998, and subsequently held senior leadership roles in two divisions, including as chief information officer and head of Vanguard’s Information Technology Division and head of Vanguard’s Retail Investor Group.
Celadon Group, Inc. [INDIANAPOLIS] (NYSE: CGI) announced the appointment of Paul C. Svindland as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Svindland will also serve as a member of the Board. Svindland currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Farren International Holdings, Inc. Prior to Farren, Svindland served as Chief Executive Officer of EZE Trucking Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining EZE, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Pacer International. Prior to Pacer International, Svindland was a Managing Director of AlixPartners LLP. From 2000 to October 2006, he worked for ICG Commerce. Svindland’s experience also includes several years in management roles with Maersk Inc. Svindland succeeds Paul Will, who will retire as CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Choice Hotels International, Inc. [ROCKVILLE, Md.] (NYSE: CHH) announced that it has appointed Patrick Pacious as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018. Pacious currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, and will succeed Chief Executive Officer Stephen Joyce. During his successful tenure at Choice Hotels, Pacious has held roles of increasing responsibility. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2014 and additionally became President in May 2016. Previously, he held senior management consulting positions with BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen.
Patriot National, Inc. [FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.] (NYSE: PN) announced that it has accepted the resignation of Founder, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer Steven M. Mariano and appointed John Rearer as Chief Executive Officer. Rearer joined Patriot Underwriters in 2005 as Vice President of Underwriting and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Underwriters, Inc. Prior to joining Patriot, Rearer served as Vice President of Preferred Employers Group.
Parallax Health Sciences, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] (OTC: PRLX) announced that it has appointed Paul Arena as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. Over the past 15 months, Arena founded, and currently serves as Managing Director of ArenaLife, LLC. Previously, he served as Executive Chairman of AudioEye, Inc. Prior to AudioEye, Arena was Chief Executive Officer and subsequently Chairman of the Board of Augme Technologies, Inc. Prior to Augme, he held various executive management positions, including Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Financial Officer, at Geos Communications. Previously, Arena served in various executive positions, including Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, at Cereus Technology Partners, Inc. From May 2000 to present, he served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and owner of AIM Group, Inc.
American International Group, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: AIG) announced the appointment of Seraina Macia as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Macia previously served as CEO of Hamilton USA. Prior to this role, she was CEO and President of AIG’s EMEA region. Macia’s increasingly senior roles in the insurance industry have included CEO of XL Insurance North America, President of Zurich North America Commercial Specialties business, and Head of Investor Relations and Rating Agency Management of Zurich Insurance Group. She was also a founding partner and financial analyst for NZB NeueZuercher Bank in Switzerland.
Tiffany & Co. [NEW YORK] (NYSE:TIF) announced that it has named Alessandro Bogliolo the Company’s next Chief Executive Officer. He is expected to assume the role by October 2, 2017 and upon joining the Company will also join the Board of Directors. Bogliolo previously served for 16 years at Bulgari SpA, including in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Most recently, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of global apparel and accessories company Diesel SpA.
Global Net Lease, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: GNL) announced that it has appointed James L. Nelson to serve as GNL’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Nelson previously served as Chief Executive Officer of a number of public and private companies, including Orbitex Management. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaglescliff Corporation.
FutureVault [TORONTO] has named John D. Orr as Chief Executive Officer. Orr currently serves as an advisor to the Arena Group, the Kessler Group, G2 Investment Group and Applied Data Finance. He is also Co-Chair of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s Corporate Cabinet. Orr spent the majority of his career at CIBC, serving in the most senior leadership positions across the bank. His most recent role was as Executive Vice President. Previously, he served as a Managing Director in its investment bank and as the Chief Executive Officer of two subsidiary banks: Amicus bank and FirstCaribbean International Bank.
Lumicell, Inc. [WELLESLEY, Mass.] announced the appointment of Kelly Londy as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Londy was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Accuray Incorporated. Previously, she held leadership roles at GE Healthcare and Philips Healthcare.
Lux Global Label Company [LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa.] has named Todd Kennedy as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to being named CEO of Lux Global Label, Kennedy served as chief operating officer of The Kennedy Group.
Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. [WARSAW, Ind.] (NYSE: SIX, ZBH) announced that David C. Dvorak has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. The company has appointed Daniel P. Florin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to serve as Interim CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Florin was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zimmer Biomet in June 2015. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Biomet. Prior to joining Biomet, Florin served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Boston Scientific Corporation. Before being appointed Corporate Controller, Florin served in financial leadership positions within Boston Scientific Corporation and its various business units. Florin previously worked for C.R. Bard and Deloitte.
American Zinc Recycling LLC [PITTSBURGH] announced that it has named Rodrigo Daud as its new Chief Executive Officer. Daud most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of Votorantim. He also presently is serving a term as Chairman of the International Zinc Association.
Canon U.S.A., Inc. [MELVILLE, N.Y.] announced the appointment of Kenji Sato to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Sato has held positions with Canon U.S.A., as well as Canon Canada, Canon Japan and Canon Europe.
Insurity, Inc. [HARTFORD, Conn.] announced the appointment of Chris Giglio as Chief Executive Officer. Giglio was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Aderant. Prior to Aderant, Giglio spent over two decades serving in senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, operations, sales, marketing and technology development.
Sun Country Airlines [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that it has appointed Jude Bricker to be its new president and chief executive officer. Bricker previously served as the COO and EVP of Allegiant Airlines. Bricker replaces Zarir Erani who was asked to step down from the position of president and chief executive officer of Sun Country.
The Finally Light Bulb Company [BOSTON] announced that Michael Simon has been appointed the company’s next Chief Executive Officer. Simon brings leadership experience across multiple industries, including senior leadership positions at Panera Bread, Pepperidge Farm and Godiva Chocolatier. Most recently, Simon served as Chief Marketing Officer at Bai Brands.
ArrowStream Inc. [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Mitch Rader as its new Chief Executive Officer. Rader will replace Frank Morgiewicz. Rader will be joining ArrowStream after spending the last year as Senior Vice President at Lineage Logistics. Prior to joining Lineage, Rader served for eight years as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Consolidated Distribution Corporation.
Q2Power Technologies Inc. [PALM BEACH, FL] (OTCQB: QPWR) announced that Kevin M. Bolin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He will also retain the position of Chairman. Bolin’s recent industry positions include: CEO of Orège North America and Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO of Alter NRG. Prior to that, Bolin was CEO, President and Director of EnerTech Environmental.
Nuredis, Inc. [MENLO PARK, Calif.] announced the appointment of Julie Anne Smith as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Smith will serve as President and CEO and join the Board of Directors of Nuredis. She most recently served as the CEO of Raptor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, she served as Chief Commercial Officer of Enobia Pharmaceuticals. From 2000 – 2008 Smith served in positions of increasing responsibility at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme and Novazyme. Smith began her industry career at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
The Aerospace Industries Association [ARLINGTON] announced that David F. Melcher AIA’s President and CEO, has informed the association that he is departing to pursue other interests effective December 31, 2017. Melcher will continue to serve as CEO of AIA until that time.
VMDOC [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Kia Mousavi, as chief executive office and a member of the board of directors. In addition to providing technical and business leadership services to industry giants such as Adobe, IBM, SIEMENS, Publicis and Alcatel-Lucent, Mousavi has co-founded Protecode.
AMI Global (AMI) [LAS VEGAS] announced it has appointed Henrik S. Laursen as its new CEO. Previously, Laursen was the CEO for LiqTech Systems. Laursen has also held global business development roles at Grundfos.
Pioneer Products [ROGERS, Ark.] announced that Weston Geigle has joined the company as its new CEO. Weston has an established record of leadership and success in cultivating strong customer relationships, new business development and sustainable sales growth with major national retailers including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Meijer, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops, among many others. Weston began his career at Mahco Outdoors as an operations manager. Most recently, Weston served as the national account manager for the Dallas Cowboys.
Bitglass [CAMPBELL, CA] has named Rich Campagna the next Chief Executive Officer of the company. Campagna succeeds retiring co-founder Nat Kausik. Prior to joining the company, Campagna was senior director of product management at F5 Networks.
Vista Outdoor Inc. [FARMINGTON] (NYSE: VSTO) announced that Chairman and CEO Mark DeYoung is retiring from the Company and the Board of Directors. Michael Callahan, Vista Outdoor’s Lead Independent Director, has been named Interim Chairman and CEO. Previously, Callahan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Partners.
DXY Solutions, LLC [CLEVELAND] announced that Doug Hardman has taken over the role of Interim CEO, replacing Daniel Young. Most recently, Hardman has served as Chief Technology Officer of a payment processing company.
MIND Research [Irvine, Calif.] has named Brett Woudenberg as its new chief executive officer. Woudenberg most recently served as chief operating officer at MIND. Prior to MIND, Woudenberg served as COO of Sapling Learning and later the STEM Group at Macmillan Learning. He was also COO at national online learning platform provider Gaggle, and President and CEO at Trailblazer Learning.
C&M International [WASHINGTON] has announced that Robert W. Holleyman II is joining the company as president and CEO. Holleyman previously served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, he served as a board member of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. In 2013, Holleyman founded Cloud4Growth.
BBVA Compass [SAN ANTONIO] has appointed Ryan Parker as its new San Antonio CEO. He was previously the bank’s commercial banking manager. Before joining BBVA Compass, Parker was a vice president of commercial lending for Lone Star National Bank.
Westell Technologies, Inc. [AURORA, Ill.] (NASDAQ: WSTL) announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously chosen Matthew B. Brady as the Company’s new President and CEO. Brady replaces interim President and CEO Kirk Brannock. Most recently, Brady served as Senior Vice President of Federal Signal Corporation’s Safety and Security Systems Group. Prior to leading Safety and Security Systems Group, Brady was its Vice President of Global Sales. Before that, he was Sales Director for Public Safety at Motorola Solutions. Previously, Brady held executive sales and marketing positions at Clarity Communications Systems, Tellabs, and Motorola.
Cerner Corporation [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] (NASDAQ: CERN) announced that Neal Patterson, chairman and CEO, passed away on July 9, 2017. Cerner Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board Cliff Illig has been named chairman and interim CEO.
Battelle [COLUMBUS, Ohio] announced that Lewis “Lou” Von Thaer has been selected as President and CEO of Battelle effective October 1, 2017. He comes to Battelle from DynCorp International where he has served as CEO since July 2015. Von Thaer will succeed Jeff Wadsworth, Battelle’s President and CEO since January 2009. Von Thaer began his technology career with AT&T Bell Laboratories, serving in a number of engineering and management roles with increasing responsibilities until the purchase of his division by General Dynamics. During his 16 years at General Dynamics, Von Thaer rose to the position of President, Advanced Information Systems and was named a Corporate Officer. In 2013 he joined Leidos, Inc. as President of the company’s National Security Sector. Most recently, Von Thaer was CEO at DynCorp.
DynCorp International, Inc. (DI) [MCLEAN, Va.] announced that it has named George Krivo chief executive officer (CEO). Krivo has worked for DI for a total of nine years, most recently serving as chief operating officer since October 2016. Formerly, Krivo ran DI’s largest reporting segment with Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for Contingency Operations, Operations and Maintenance, Intelligence and Training. Prior to his tenure at DynCorp International, he held numerous executive positions at SAIC and DRS Technologies.
