Rob Pinataro

Payspan [ATLANTA] announced that it has promoted Rob Pinataro to CEO. Pinataro served as COO for nearly three years before stepping up to lead Payspan. His background includes 30 years of experience taking on progressive responsibilities for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies, such as GE, ADP, Open Solutions and Alegeus Technologies.

Sonoco [HARTSVILLE, S.C.] (NYSE: SON) announced the start of Robert C. Tiede’s tenure as the new President and CEO of Sonoco. Tiede replaces the retiring Jack Sanders, who served as President and CEO since 2013. Prior to being named CEO, Rob served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sonoco. Since joining Sonoco in 2004, Tiede has led all of Sonoco’s global consumer-related businesses, including Rigid Paper Containers, Flexible Packaging, Plastics and Display and Packaging.

Werner International Holding S.à.r l. [GREENVILLE, Pa., SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland and LUXEMBOURG] announced that James T. Caudill has been named Global Chief Executive Officer of the WernerCo Group. Mr. Caudill will work out of WernerCo’s Itasca, IL USA office. Prior to joining WernerCo, Mr. Caudill was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of D&M Group. Before joining D&M Group, Jim was with The Black & Decker Corporation for over 20 years where he served in various roles including President of the Hardware & Home Improvement Group and Vice President & General Manager of the Industrial Accessory Division.

Kirkland’s, Inc. [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] (NASDAQ: KIRK) announced that W. Michael Madden has resigned from his roles as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, and will serve as an employee-advisor to the board until June 30, 2018. Michael B. Cairnes, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will serve as Acting Chief Executive Officer. Since November 2016, Mr. Cairnes has been responsible for the operations of the Company. Prior to joining Kirkland’s, Mr. Cairnes was with Michael’s Stores, where he served concurrently as President of its Aaron’s Brothers retail business, since 2015, and President of its Artistree framing business, since 2007.  Prior to Michael’s, Mr. Cairnes held senior leadership positions at Brushstrokes, and Larson-Juhl, a manufacturer of home décor products.  He also has served as a board and strategy advisor to Bain Capital and Blackstone.

Thom Kenney

SmashFly Technologies [CONCORD, Mass.] announced that Thom Kenney, SmashFly’s CTO, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Kenney replaces Michael Hennessy, company founder, who has served as its CEO and Board Director for more than 11 years.  With this announcement, Hennessy moves into a newly created role focused on product innovation and market thought leadership. Before being appointed CEO, Kenney led the company’s product, engineering, and operations teams. Previously Kenny was an executive at Applause and LogMeIn.

Ascent Capital Group Inc. [ENGLEWOOD, Colo.] (NASDAQ: ASCMA) announced that William Fitzgerald has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Ascent, however, he will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board. Ascent has appointed William Niles, currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of Ascent, as CEO.  Mr. Niles will continue to serve as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Niles has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of the Company, since its inception in 2008 and as a director of MONI Smart Security since its acquisition by Ascent Capital Group, Inc. in 2010. Prior to 2008, Mr. Niles served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ascent Media Group Inc., (“AMG”) and as a director of AMG’s respective operating subsidiaries.  Mr. Niles also served as co-managing director of AMG from 2006 to 2008.

Lyons Magnus Inc. [FRESNO, Calif.] appointed Ed Carolan as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 15. Mr. Carolan succeeds Robert Smittcamp, who will continue to serve as the Company’s Chairman after more than 40 years of service as Chief Executive Officer and will remain a significant shareholder of the Company. Carolan previously served as President of Campbell Fresh (C-Fresh), Campbell Soup Company. Carolan joined Campbell in 2001 and previously served in general management roles across all divisions, most recently as President of U.S. Retail. Prior to joining Campbell, Ed spent five years with Procter & Gamble, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Rob Palleschi

G6 Hospitality LLC [DALLAS] the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands in the U.S. and Canada, announced the retirement of Jim Amorosia, G6 Hospitality President and Chief Executive Officer, concluding a 33-year career with the company.  Rob Palleschi, G6 Hospitality Chief Development Officer, has been appointed to the position of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Palleschi joined G6 Hospitality in 2017 as Chief Development Officer.  Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of TGI Fridays and spent 12 years at Hilton Worldwide as global head of full-service brands.

Trevena, Inc. [CHESTERBROOK, Pa.] (NASDAQ: TRVN) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Maxine Gowen, Ph.D., will retire on October 1, 2018.  The Company has selected Carrie L. Bourdow, who currently serves as Trevena’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, to be the Company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2018. Dr. Gowen will continue to serve on the Trevena Board of Directors. Bourdow has served in various senior positions at Trevena since May 2015. She joined the Company as Chief Commercial Officer, and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2018. Prior to joining Trevena, Ms. Bourdow was vice president of marketing at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc., until its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. in January 2015. Before joining Cubist in 2013, Ms. Bourdow served for more than 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc. Since June 2017, she has served on the board of Nabriva Therapeutics plc.

DataCore Software [FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.] announced the appointment of Dave Zabrowski as chief executive officer (CEO). Former CEO and original founder George Teixeira transitions to the role of executive chairman. Zabrowski most recently served as founder and CEO of Cloud Cruiser, and previously served as CEO of Neterion. Zabrowski was also vice president and general manager at HP.

Tony Ciepiel

Step2 Discovery [STREETSBORO, Ohio] announced that Anthony (“Tony”) Ciepiel has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ciepiel was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Vitamix Corporation. Ciepiel will succeed Tom Doherty, Interim CEO, who was appointed in July of 2017. His prior roles at Vitamix included Vice President Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Commercial Division. Mr. Ciepiel’s past leadership positions include: President & Chief Operating Officer at The Flood Company and President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer at Realty One Inc., as well as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer at Griswold Inc. Ciepiel currently serves on the Board of Directors and is an active committee member of IDEAL Industries, Beckett Air, and The Christian Business Men’s Connection of Northeast Ohio. Prior board positions include: Westfield Bank, Southern Title Company, The National Association of Realtors, In His Steps Foundation, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, and United Cerebral Palsy.

US Radiology Specialists [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] formed by Charlotte Radiology and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a leading healthcare investment firm, announced that John Perkins has agreed to join US Radiology Specialists as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Perkins comes to US Radiology Specialists from Bio Products Laboratory (BPL), where he served as CEO. Prior to that, Perkins was the EVP of Global Commercial Operations for Talecris Biotherapeutics. Perkins also had significant private equity experience as an operator and operating partner for Bain Capital, Ampersand Capital and Cerberus Capital. He started his career at General Electric, where he held a variety of operating and M&A roles.

Skimlinks [LONDON & NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Sebastien Blanc to Chief Executive Officer. Alicia Navarro, Skimlinks’ co-founder and current CEO will continue as President. Blanc was the company’s Chief Revenue Officer for the past two years. Prior to joining Skimlinks, Blanc was a Director at Quantcast.

Matt Hood

On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina® [DALLAS] named Matt Hood as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Hoods’s previous leadership positions were Chief Marketing Officer at The Habit Burger Grill, Chief Marketing Officer of BJ’s Restaurants, and SVP of Marketing and Brand Development for Carino’s Italian Grill.

Blancco Technology Group [ATLANTA and LONDON] announced that Matt Jones has been named the company’s Chief Executive Officer, taking over from interim CEO Simon Herrick. Prior to Blancco, Matt was the CEO of E8 Security. Matt has been Executive Chairman at InterAct, CEO at CloudShield Technologies, and CEO at Allocity. He has also held senior executive roles at Excite@Home, Sprint and AT&T.

Graham Healthcare Group [TROY, Mich.] a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company (NYSE:GHC), announced today that it has named David Curtis as chief executive officer of Graham Healthcare Group Home Health, and Justin DeWitte as chief executive officer of Graham Healthcare Group Hospice. In his prior role as chief operating officer of Graham Healthcare Group Home Health, Curtis was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Celtic Home Health, Residential Home Health, and Mary Free Bed At Home. DeWitte previously served as chief operating officer of Graham Healthcare Group Hospice, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Celtic Hospice and Residential Hospice, as well as president of Graham Health Services. Curtis and DeWitte have a long history with the company, Curtis has served as president of Residential Home Health for over 13 years, and DeWitte has served as president for Residential Hospice for over 7 years.

Theresa McCurry

Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC (ASTTBC) [SURREY, British Columbia] announced that Theresa McCurry been appointed as the new CEO.

10EQS [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Jeff Carbeck as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining 10EQS Carbeck built and led the Global Advanced Materials and Manufacturing practice at Deloitte Consulting. He started his career in academia as Professor of Chemical Engineering at Princeton University. After leaving academia he co-founded and built a series of businesses enabled by emerging technologies.  Carbeck works closely with the World Economic Forum, serving on a number of Global Councils.

Insigneo [MIAMI] announced that Daniel de Ontanon will join the company as CEO, effective April 30, 2018. Raul Henriquez, who has served as Insigneo’s (and its predecessor companies’) CEO since 1985, will continue in his role of Chairman of the Board. de Ontanon has more than 20 years of experience with financial services, leading global wealth management firms with a focus on the Latin America region—Insigneo’s key market. Most recently, he served as head of Americas Investment Services at Citi Private Bank (CPB), where he was responsible for the region’s investment teams. Before that, he held various leadership roles, including head of sales for Citibank’s International Personal Banking for the Latin America Region and President of Citi International Financial Services. He also held positions at UBS International and Morgan Stanley.

Joji Tokunaga

Ricoh USA, Inc. [MALVERN, Pa.] announced that Joji Tokunaga has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Ricoh in the Americas. Glenn Laverty remains Senior Vice President of Ricoh Americas Marketing and President & CEO of Ricoh Canada Inc. Most recently, Tokunaga served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Shared Services within Ricoh Americas. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Shared Services.

HG Data [SANTA BARBARA, Calif.] announced that Elizabeth Cholawsky has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors. Founder Craig Harris, who has led the company since its inception, will now be responsible for accelerating the research and development activities essential to HG Data’s continued growth and expansion. Craig will remain Director and Chairman of the Board. Cholawsky was President and CEO of Support.com. He waws also General Manager at Citrix. Before her leadership roles at Support.com and Citrix, Cholawsky served in senior marketing and product strategy roles at Move, Inc., ValueClick, Inc. and other companies.

EvergreenHealth [KIRKLAND, Wash.] announced that Robert “Bob” Malte plans to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of by the end of 2018. Malte joined EvergreenHealth in May of 2010, having previously served as CEO at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in Colorado. Prior to that, he served in several senior leadership capacities at ThedaCare health system in Appleton, Wisconsin, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, and Loyola University Medical Center, after starting his career at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago.

Roy Wright

The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) [TAMPA, Fla.] announced that Roy E. Wright has been selected as the next President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Wright is expected to assume both roles on April 25. Wright will work closely with current IBHS President and CEO Julie Rochman, who will remain a strong resource for the organization through her retirement at the end of June. Wright joins IBHS from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where he most recently led the agency’s resilience, risk management, risk reduction, and flood insurance programs. Wright served as chief executive for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

Integrated Financial Settlements (IFS) [ATLANTA and DENVER] announced the selection of Robert Lee as new Chief Executive Officer. Bob has worked with IFS for several years, and for the last two plus years he has served in the role as their CFO. For most of his career, Bob has served as a Managing Director at Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley.

United Community Banks, Inc. [BLAIRSVILLE, Ga.] (NASDAQ: UCBI) announced that, after almost 35 years of service, its Chief Executive Officer, Jimmy Tallent, will retire from his current position effective June 30, 2018.  Mr. Tallent will move into a new role as Executive Chairman of United’s Board of Directors.  Lynn Harton, President and CEO of United’s banking subsidiary, will become CEO of United.  Harton was named CEO of United Community Bank in August 2017 and was elected to the Board of Directors in February 2015.  Prior to joining United in 2012, Harton served in executive capacities with various financial institutions. These include serving as CEO of The South Financial Group, and Chief Credit Officer for both Regions Financial Corporation and Union Planters Corporation. He began his career with a twenty-year stint at BB&T.

Paul Macaluso

The Krystal Company [ATLANTA] announced that it will welcome Paul M. Macaluso as its new Chief Executive Officer. Macaluso began his career with YUM! Brands Inc., starting as a general manager and ultimately holding several management roles within the Taco Bell Corporation. He then led brand strategy, menu development, and product marketing for Burger King Corporation and Sonic Industries. Most recently at Focus Brands, Macaluso began as CMO of Moe’s Southwest Grill and ultimately rose to President of McAlister’s Deli.

Hexagon US Federal [HUNTSVILLE, Ala.], a subsidiary of Hexagon, has appointed Tammer Olibah president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining Hexagon, Olibah served as part of an executive team leading the Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) information technology and cybersecurity business.

Abeona Therapeutics Inc. [NEW YORK and CLEVELAND] (NASDAQ: ABEO) announced the appointment of Carsten Thiel, Ph.D., as Chief Executive Officer.  Timothy J. Miller, Ph.D., will remain President and assume the position of Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Thiel most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to leading his most recent position at Alexion, he served as its Senior Vice President, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific where he was responsible for driving Alexion’s global commercial operations in these regions. Prior to joining Alexion, Dr. Thiel served as Vice President, Head of Europe at Amgen. He also held various other senior leadership positions at Amgen, including General Manager, Germany, and General Manager, CEE. Prior to Amgen, Dr. Thiel held several sales and marketing leadership roles across Europe at Roche.

Craig Shirley

Oski Technology, Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Craig Shirley as President and Chief Executive Officer. Shirley comes from IC Manage where he served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to IC Manage, he served as Vice President Worldwide Sales at Apache Design Solutions (acquired by ANSYS), Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Jasper Design Automation (acquired by Cadence), and Vice President of North American sales at Verisity Design (acquired by Cadence).

Nex Cubed [SAN FRANCISCO and SAN DIEGO] has named Marlon Evans as CEO. Evans was the former CEO of GSVlabs. Prior to GSVlabs, Evans was the Director of Corporate Affairs at Hewlett Packard. Evans has held leadership roles at the KIPP Foundation, Playworks, All Stars Helping Kids, and other nonprofit organizations.

Commerce Bancshares, Inc. [ST. LOUIS] (NASDAQ: CBSH) announced that effective August 1, 2018, John W. Kemper, currently president and chief operating officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., will become president and CEO, assuming the CEO role currently held by David W. Kemper, who will remain active as executive chairman. John Kemper has been with the bank since 2007, and was named president and COO in 2013. John Kemper joined Commerce in 2007 as director of strategic planning. Prior to that, he worked as an engagement manager in the New York and Chicago offices of McKinsey & Company.

Michael B. Magnavita

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU) [CHADDS FORD, Pa.] announced the naming of Michael B. Magnavita as president and CEO. Magnavita previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at FMFCU since 1993. He started his FMFCU career in 1987 as assistant vice president and controller.

Rogerson Communities [BOSTON] announced that Walter J. Ramos will join the organization as President and CEO in July, 2018. Ramos will succeed Rogerson’s current President and CEO, James F. Seagle, who led the organization for 45 years. Seagle will assume a new role at Rogerson, advocating on a national level for funding production of affordable housing. Ramos will leave his current position as President of Carney Hospital, part of Steward Health Care.

Mercer [SEATTLE], a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC), has appointed Macaire Pace as West Market CEO, based in its Seattle office. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Pace spent more than ten years at Willis Towers Watson, most recently as the Managing Director and Market Leader for Metro New York. In addition, she spent several years in various leadership roles at Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt) in San Francisco and New York.

Paul Mountford

Riverbed Technology [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Paul Mountford to CEO, succeeding Jerry M. Kennelly, who is retiring after serving as CEO since co-founding Riverbed in 2002. Mountford joined Riverbed nearly four years ago as SVP and Chief Sales Officer. Prior to Riverbed, Mountford was CEO of Sentillian. Mountford also spent 16 years at Cisco in senior leadership roles.

Not Your Average Joe’s [MILTON, Mass.] appointed Peter D’Amelio to become the Chairman and CEO, succeeding Stephen Silverstein, the company’s Founder. Mr. Silverstein will continue in his role as a Director and will be a consultant to the Company. D’Amelio joined Not Your Average Joe’s as President in September 2017. Peter’s career included his 18 years at Cheesecake Factory where he was President for 5 years.

Darienne Driver

The United Way for Southeastern Michigan [DETROIT] announced the appointment of Dr. Darienne Driver as the organization’s new president and CEO, effective July 9, 2018. Dr. Driver currently serves as superintendent of the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) and will continue in that role through July 6. Prior to her role as superintendent, Dr. Driver served as MPS’ first chief innovation officer. She also previously served the School District of Philadelphia as its deputy chief of empowerment schools, and coordinator of strategic management and accountability. While at Clayton County Georgia Public Schools, she served as special assistant to the superintendent. Dr. Driver began her outstanding career in education as an elementary teacher for Detroit Public Schools. Dr. Driver will replace Tanya Heidelberg-Yopp who led the organization as interim CEO throughout the three-month nationwide CEO search. Heidelberg-Yopp will resume her role as chief operating officer. Dr. Driver replaces Dr. Herman Gray, pediatrician, who vacated the role last December to chair the department of pediatrics at Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Macrolide Pharmaceuticals [WATERTOWN, Mass.] announced that Mahesh Karande has joined the company as President and CEO. Mr. Karande has held increasing responsibilities at Novartis AG where he ran large businesses in the US and internationally. He served as Vice President and U.S. Oncology Business Head for Breast and Renal Solid Tumors, President and Pharma Head for Africa and Egypt, and Head of Strategy and Business Development for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. He joins Macrolide from Intarcia Therapeutics where he served as Vice President and General Manager.

Byron Jobe

Vizient, Inc. [IRVING, Texas] announced that Byron Jobe, its previous president, chief administrative and financial officer, is the new president and CEO of the Company. Jobe began his career at Vizient (then VHA Inc.) in 1994, where he focused on corporate planning and business development. Jobe left the organization in 1999 to work in the health care technology sector, returning in 2007. Jobe’s broad and diverse experience includes positions with PwC, Baylor Scott & White Health and Healthvision.

Command Center, Inc. [DENVER] (OTCQB: CCNI) appointed Richard Coleman as president and CEO and a member of its board of directors. He succeeds Bubba Sandford, who resigned his positions as CEO and director to pursue other interests. Since 2014, Coleman has been a director at Hudson Global, Inc. Prior to Command Center, Coleman served as President and CEO, director, and principal executive officer of Crossroads Systems, beginning November 2013. He has also served on various other public company boards and in a variety of senior operational roles, including CEO of Vroom Technologies Inc., COO of MetroNet Communications, and president of U.S. West Long Distance. He also held significant officer-level positions with Frontier Communications, Centex Telemanagement and Sprint Communications. He began his career as an Air Force Telecommunications Officer managing Department of Defense R&D projects.

John Hancock [BOSTON] announced Brooks Tingle president and CEO of John Hancock Insurance. Mr. Tingle served in this role on an interim basis since last summer. Since joining John Hancock in 1987, Mr. Tingle has held diverse roles in the company’s life, annuity and long-term care insurance businesses. Most recently, as senior vice president, Marketing and Strategy for John Hancock Insurance. Previously, he served as senior vice president and COO for John Hancock Life Insurance Company.

David Jukes

Univar Inc. [DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.] (NYSE: UNVR) announced that it has selected David Jukes as the Company’s president and CEO effective May 9, 2018.  Stephen D. Newlin, the Company’s current Chairman and CEO, will become Executive Chairman of Univar’s board of directors. Since joining Univar in 2002, Jukes held various roles of increasing responsibility.  He was named President of Univar EMEA in 2011, and then President of Univar USA and Latin America in 2015.  In May of 2017, Jukes was promoted to President and COO of Univar Inc.  Prior to joining Univar, Jukes was Senior Vice President of global sales, marketing and industry relations for Omnexus.  In 1991 he joined Ellis & Everard, ultimately becoming Vice President of corporate development for their polymers division.  He currently serves on the board of DCC plc.

Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC [NEW YORK] (NYSE: OZM) announced that Robert Shafir will succeed Dan Och as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Och, the Company’s largest shareholder, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board through March 31, 2019, after which time he expects to remain involved with the firm. Mr. Shafir previously served in various capacities at Credit Suisse Group AG, most recently as the CEO of Credit Suisse Americas from 2008 to 2016 and Co-Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management, from 2012 to 2016. He was a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Group and Credit Suisse. He was also Chairman of the Americas CEO Management Committee and the Private Banking & Wealth Management Products Management Committee. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, in August 2007, Mr. Shafir worked at Lehman Brothers for 17 years serving as Head of Global Equities, as well as a member of their Executive Board. He also held other senior roles, including Head of European Equities and Global Head of Equities Trading. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the preferred stock business within the fixed income division.

Lithium [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Pete Hess has been named CEO as successor to Rob Tarkoff. Hess joins as the former CEO of Advent Software, where he led the acquisition of the company in 2015. Following the acquisition, he has served Vista Equity Partners as a Senior Advisor and member of the Lithium Board of Directors.

Walter Investment Management Corp. [FORT WASHINGTON, PA.] (NYSE: WAC.BC) announced that Anthony N. Renzi, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, will be leaving the Company. To ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Renzi intends to stay with the Company and continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President until a permanent or interim successor is named.

Christopher & Banks Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: CBK) announced that it has completed its search for a successor to interim Chief Executive Officer and President Joel Waller. The Company has appointed Keri Jones as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its Board effective upon her first day of employment, which is anticipated to be on March 12, 2018. Ms. Jones is a proven executive with over 30 years’ experience at retail businesses including Dick’s Sporting Goods and Target Corporation. In her most recent role as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchant at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ms. Jones was responsible for the strategy and execution of Merchandising, Product Development and Planning, Allocation & Replenishment. Prior to Dick’s, Ms. Jones spent 27 years at Target, where she served in a variety of leadership roles, including, Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain; Executive Vice President of Merchandising Planning and Operations; Senior Vice President of Health and Beauty; and Vice President, General Merchandise Manager, Toys and Sporting Goods.

InnerWorkings, Inc. [CHICAGO] (NASDAQ: INWK) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer, Eric Belcher, will be succeeded by Rich Stoddart, who is currently serving as Global President of Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett Worldwide. Mr. Stoddart will be appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc. and will join its Board of Directors effective on or before April 5, 2018, at which time Mr. Belcher will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to his current role, he ran Leo Burnett North America for 11 years as Chief Executive Officer and President.

Kim Callinan

Compassion & Choices [WASHINGTON] announced the promotion of its chief program officer, Kim Callinan, to chief executive officer (CEO). Barbara Coombs Lee, who served as CEO and president of the end-of-life care advocacy organization for the last 13 years, will remain president of the organization. Prior to joining Compassion & Choices in 2015, Callinan spent two decades creating integrated campaigns to engineer social change.

PDS Gaming [LAS VEGAS] announced Alex Dungan as its new CEO. Mr. Dungan joins the Company after a 27-year tenure at Bally Technologies, currently part of Scientific Games, where he was most recently Vice President of the Gaming Operations Business unit and Sales Administration. Johan Finley, current CEO and Founder of PDS, will continue to advise the Company as a consultant on special projects in the gaming industry and will also serve as special gaming advisor to Northlight Financial, an affiliate of which acquired PDS in January 2017.

Jodie Morgan

GreenMantra Technologies [BRANTFORD, Ontario] announced it has named Jodie Morgan as its new chief executive officer. Morgan previously served as president of Pinova Inc., Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals, LLC, and SPI Polyols, Inc. She has also been on the Board of Directors of GreenMantra since early 2017.

DataPath, Inc. [ATLANTA] announced that its Chairman of the Board, Chris Melton, will step in as interim CEO, after its current President & CEO, David Myers, announced his plans to step down in February. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board and interim CEO for DataPath, Inc., Chris Melton is the Chairman and CEO of The White Oak Group, an Atlanta-based private investment firm. Melton also previously led the growth of DataPath as Co-Chairman from 2004 until its public offering in 2006.

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (B&W) [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NYSE: BW) announced that it has appointed Leslie C. Kass to serve as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Kass served as Senior Vice President, Industrial at Babcock & Wilcox since May 2017. She joined B&W in 2013, and subsequently served in various roles including Vice President of Retrofits. Before joining B&W, Kass held a number of engineering and project management-related positions of increasing responsibility with Westinghouse, Entergy and Duke Energy.

Orvana Minerals Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX: ORV) announced the resignation of James Gilbert as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as well as a director of Orvana. Mr. Gilbert has decided to pursue other opportunities. Effective immediately, the Board has appointed Juan Gavidia as the Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Trinity Industries, Inc. [DALLAS] (NYSE: TRN) announced that Antonio Carrillo, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mexichem S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:MEXCHEM*) and a current member of Trinity’s Board of Directors, has accepted a future role with the company as President and Chief Executive Officer of the new infrastructure company upon completion of the spin-off. Prior to joining Mexichem, Mr. Carrillo spent 16 years at Trinity where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Group President of the Company’s Energy Equipment Group and was responsible for Trinity’s Mexico operations. In 2014, he was elected to Trinity’s Board of Directors and has served as a member of the Finance Committee.

Yves Laflamme

Resolute Forest Products Inc. [MONTRÉAL] (NYSE: RFP, TSX: RFP) announced the selection and appointment of Yves Laflamme as Resolute’s new president and chief executive officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, succeeding Richard Garneau. Mr. Laflamme currently serves as senior vice president, Wood Products, Global Procurement and Information Technology for Resolute. He is a 37-year veteran of the industry, as well as Resolute and its predecessor companies.

BLOK Technologies Inc. [TORONTO] (CSE: BLK) announced the appointment of Robert Dawson, a current adviser of the Company, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company. His experience crosses several categories including technology, financial services, blockchain, consumer goods, food, retail, and environmental sustainability with well-known brands such as Intel, Dell, LG Electronics, Microsoft, Expedia, HSBC, LEGO, VELCRO, and others. Rob has held positions as Chief Client Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at industry-leading participation and crowdsourcing technology companies as well as President of boutique research and innovation consultancies.

Goldwind Americas [CHICAGO] a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced that David Halligan will be leaving as its chief executive officer. Mr. Halligan joined Goldwind in 2010 as chief financial officer and member of the executive team charged with launching Goldwind in the Americas. Halligan served as CEO for the last four years.

Aric Coffman

The Everett Clinic [EVERETT, Wash.], a DaVita Medical Group and division of DaVita Inc. announced that its chief executive officer (CEO) and market president, Rick Cooper, will retire after more than 40 years of service and Dr. Aric Coffman will step in as CEO and market president. Aric has served in several DaVita Medical Group leadership roles within the past 12 years including residency program director, associate medical director of specialty care, senior medical director and chief medical officer.

Hitachi Vantara [SANTA CLARA, Calif.], a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., announced that Brian Householder has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2018. Ryuichi Otsuki, the current CEO of Hitachi Vantara, will leave his role to take an expanded role for Hitachi, Ltd. as Deputy General Manager of Hitachi’s Corporate Sales & Marketing Group and Chairman of Hitachi Global Digital Holdings, the holding company for Hitachi Vantara, oXya and Hitachi Consulting. Otsuki will also serve as Chairman of Hitachi Americas and will continue to reside in Santa Clara, California. Prior to being named as Chief Executive Officer, Householder served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hitachi Vantara.

LifeApps Brands Inc. [DEL MAR, Calif.] (OTC PINK: LFAP) announced the appointment of Bobby Blair as Chief Executive Officer. Robert Gayman, acting Chief Executive Officer, will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

GrafTech International Ltd. [BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, Ohio] announced that David J. Rintoul will join the Company as President & Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), effective March 1, 2018, replacing Jeffrey C. Dutton. Mr. Dutton will continue to serve as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining GrafTech, Mr. Rintoul served as President of U.S. Steel Tubular Products and as a Senior Vice President of United States Steel Corporation. Mr. Rintoul’s career in the steel industry spans 38 years with positions at both integrated and mini mill producers in the United States, Europe and Canada.

EyeSouth Partners [ATLANTA] announced that Rex Adams has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Adams was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Payspan. Adams previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (“CHOA”).

Milost Global Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that it has appointed Kim Freeman as the new leader and Chief Executive Officer. Kim is taking over from the founding partner and current CEO, MJ Gwadiso. Mr. Freeman is currently Partner & Managing Director of Mining at Milost Global Inc.

Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. [VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.] (NASDAQ: WHLR) has terminated Jon S. Wheeler as the Company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President.  In addition, Mr. Wheeler resigned his position from the Board of Directors. The Company named David Kelly as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in 2013 and served as Senior Vice President, Director of Acquisitions for the Company, and most recently as the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kelly served as a Principal with Kelly Development, LLC, a real estate development firm he founded in March 2011.  From 1998 to 2011, Mr. Kelly served as the Director of Real Estate for Supervalu, Inc. Mr. Kelly has served as a director of the Company since 2011.

SambaSafety [DENVER] announced that Allison Guidette has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Guidette most recently served as CEO of G2 Web Services. Prior to G2, she was a Managing Director & SVP for Thomson Reuters and held positions at Merrill Corporation and CEB.

Lima One Capital [GREENVILLE, S.C.] hired Jeff Tennyson as Chief Executive Officer.  Lima One Capital Founder, John Warren will remain Chairman. Prior to Lima One Capital, Tennyson was President at Clayton Holdings, CEO of B2R Finance, and served as CEO of EquiFirst, during his 12-year tenure at the company.

Clare Reichenbach

James Beard Foundation (JBF) [NEW YORK] announced that Clare Reichenbach has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Effective February 20, Reichenbach, founder of CJJR Consulting and a former executive vice president of Strategy and Business Development at BBC Worldwide and AMC Networks, succeeds Susan Ungaro, who stepped down as JBF president at the end of 2017. At CJJR Consulting, Reichenbach’s clients included New York Public Radio, NBCU, and Samsung. Prior to that, she was EVP of Strategy & Business Development for both AMC Networks and BBC Worldwide.

Beanitos, Inc. [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that Giannella Alvarez has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Alvarez served as CEO of Harmless Harvest, where she led the company for almost two and a half years. She currently serves as a Director on the Board at Domtar Corporation and on the board of Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. Giannella is succeeding Dan Costello, who accepted a President role at X2 Energy Beverages.

Meredith Corporation [DES MOINES, Iowa] (NYSE: MDP) announced that it appointed Steve Lacy Executive Chairman and Tom Harty President and Chief Executive Officer. Lacy is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Harty is President and Chief Operating Officer. Harty joined Meredith in 2004 as its Chief Revenue Officer and President of Consumer Magazines.  He was named National Media Group President in 2010.  Immediately prior to Meredith, Harty was Senior Vice President for The Golf Digest Companies, a division of Advance Publications.

Sigma Designs, Inc. [FREMONT, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SIGM) announced the departure of Thinh Tran, President and Chief Executive Officer, from his positions at Sigma Designs and from its Board of Directors. Elias Nader, Sigma’s current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as interim President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Nader has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013.  Prior to joining Sigma, he held several senior level positions in Finance and Accounting, most recently as CFO of Imperial Holdings, and as Corporate Controller of Dionex Corporation. Mr. Nader is currently a member of the Board of Directors at YuMe, Inc.

Perelson Weiner, LLP [NEW YORK] announced Lynne Born has joined as CEO. Ms. Born specializes in succession planning, growth and change management and the design of best in class Leadership and Development Programs for next generation career path. She has served as a leader in one of the largest multi-family offices in the country serving high-net-worth business owners and multi-generational families.

Sixty Six Oilfield Services, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCBB: SSOF) announced that Dave T. Ho has been elected President, Chief Executive Officer and serves on the board of directors. Mr. Ho is a marketing veteran with over 20 years as a business owner and marketing executive. Mr. Ho has been a partner at two successful marketing agencies in Connecticut, Design Trust Inc. and York & Chapel, Corp., where he is currently president.

Charles (Hal) Adams

MAPCO [FRANKLIN, Tenn.] announced it has appointed Charles (Hal) Adams as CEO, replacing Frederic Chaveyriat who served as interim CEO and remains Executive Vice President of MAPCO’s Board of Directors. Adams began his career as a night shift associate working his way up to his most recent position as President of Retail Operations at CST Brands.

Block One Capital Inc. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: BLOK) announced the appointment of Sothi Thillairajah as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Sothi Thillairajah cofounded Finzat Block LLC and is guiding development of the company’s mortgage blockchain solution. Mr. Thillairajah was a Managing Director at Revere Capital Advisors. Over his career with Nomura, Commerzbank and Societe General, Mr. Thillairajah has worked on projects in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Ronnoco Coffee LLC [ST. LOUIS] announced the hiring of Terry McDaniel as its new CEO and board member. He previously served as president/CEO of Inventure Foods Incorporated for the past 11 years. Previously, McDaniel led Inventure Foods and Wise Foods, and had significant sales and marketing roles at Grand Metropolitan Company (Häagen-Dazs), Nestle and Tropicana Products.

IndiSoft [COLUMBIA, Md.] appointed Hans Rusli as the company’s new CEO. Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, founder and CEO, now becomes IndiSoft’s managing member and chairman of the board. Rusli most recently was chief credit officer at Caliber Home Loans. Previously, Rusli spent 10 years at Bank of America as senior vice president in risk management. Earlier in his career, Rusli was senior vice president of servicing operations at Transworld Mortgage, senior vice president of investor services at First Nationwide Mortgage and a founder and CEO of MSTD Inc.

Beverly Capasso

Broward Health [FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.] announced that Interim President/CEO Beverly Capasso was named its President/CEO. Capasso was named interim President/CEO in May of 2017. Capasso was appointed Broward Health’s interim President/CEO after serving on the North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners. Capasso previously served as CEO at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami. She has also held senior management positions at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston and as Chief Nursing Officer at Miami’s North Shore Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare.

Boehringer Ingelheim [RIDGEFIELD, Conn.] announced that Paul Fonteyne, U.S. President and CEO will retire after 15 years of committed service on December 31, 2018. Wolfgang Baiker has been appointed to succeed him, effective March 1, 2018. Dr. Baiker, currently Senior Vice President, Human Pharma Supply & Global Quality and Head of the Biopharma Business Unit, joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 1989 as Section Head for Clinical Development in Biberach, Germany.

Clarify Medical [SAN DIEGO] announced that its CEO Jim Sweeney has resigned for health reasons. Rex Bright, a current Board member of Clarify Medical, has agreed to serve as interim President and CEO.

Michael H. Moloney

The American Institute of Physics (AIP) [WASHINGTON] announced the hiring of Michael H. Moloney as CEO. He will assume the role March 5, 2018. He previously held the position of Director for Space and Aeronautics at the Space Studies Board and the Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Moloney also worked for more than seven years as a foreign service officer for the Irish government, serving at both the Irish Embassy in Washington, D.C., and the Irish Mission to the United Nations in New York, as well as working as a press officer for the service in Dublin.

Raisbeck Engineering Inc. [SEATTLE] announced Peter Greenthal as the new CEO and president.

LivingTree [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that Gary Hensley will take the helm as the new CEO. Prior to joining LivingTree, Hensley’s founded and led Edbacker as CEO. Before Edbacker, Hensley served as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Product Management at Pearson, which bought Hensley’s K-12 dropout prevention software.

ImmuDyne, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: IMMD) announced the resignation of Mark McLaughlin as President & CEO, and the appointment of Justin Schreiber as the Company’s President & CEO. Mr. Schreiber is the founder of JLS Ventures, LLC.

Blueday Inc. [BOSTON] introduced Graeme Grant, former Salesforce Commerce Cloud Vice-President, as CEO and Board Member. Previously, Mr. Grant held leadership positions with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, and Oracle Retail and was a key executive in several successful retail-focused start-ups. He helped found CQuotient; was an early leader at ProfitLogic; and was a top executive at Allurent.

Ultra Petroleum Corp. [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: UPL) announced that, after leading the Company for 19 years, Chairman and CEO Michael D. Watford will be retiring from his role at the Company, effective February 28, 2018.  Brad Johnson, Senior Vice President, Operations, will become interim CEO on that date. Mr. Johnson joined Ultra Petroleum in 2008 as Director, Reservoir Engineering and Planning.  In 2011, he was named Vice President, Reservoir Engineering and Development and concurrently promoted as an Officer of the Company.  Since April 2014, Mr. Johnson has served directly under Mr. Watford as Senior Vice President, Operations.  Mr. Johnson has over 23 years of industry experience.  Prior to joining Ultra, Mr. Johnson was employed by Anadarko Petroleum for 13 years where he served in various engineering and leadership roles.

Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. [TULSA, Okla.] announced Scott Gregory will assume the role of CEO, effective March 1, 2018. Current CEO, Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic has resigned and will leave the company on February 28, 2018. Gregory has extensive experience working with global companies, including 12 years as the Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Pentair. He also was a consultant for Personnel Decisions International and Hogan’s partner, MDA Leadership Consulting, and taught I/O Psychology at Macalester College and St. Olaf College. Gregory rejoined Hogan in 2013, and was elevated to partner and Vice President of Consulting in 2016.

Inspira Financial Inc. [BOCA RATON, FLORIDA] (TSX-V: LND) appointed David Forstadt as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Forstadt has been with Inspira for more than a year.

SoFi [SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced that it has named Anthony Noto as chief executive officer and a director, effective March 1. Interim CEO Tom Hutton, who also has been serving as executive chairman, will become non-executive chairman of the board. Noto joins SoFi from Twitter, where he has served as chief operating officer since November 2016. Noto joined Twitter as chief financial officer in July 2014. Before Twitter, Noto served for almost four years as co-head of global TMT investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1999, was named partner in 2004, and served as the head of communications media and Internet equity research. Before returning to Goldman, Noto spent almost three years as chief financial officer of the National Football League. Hutton was named interim CEO in September 2017. An initial investor in the company, he joined the SoFi board in June 2012. Hutton serves as managing director of XL Innovate.

Staples, Inc. [FRAMINGHAM, Mass.] announced the appointment of J. Alexander (Sandy) Douglas as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2, 2018. Mr. Douglas will succeed Shira Goodman as CEO. John Lederer, Executive Chairman of Staples, Inc. and its separate United States and Canadian Retail Businesses, will lead the Company on a day-to-day basis during the transition. Mr. Douglas most recently served as President of Coca-Cola North America. During his 30-year tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, he also served as Global Chief Customer Officer, and held a variety of positions across sales and marketing. Mr. Douglas began his career at the Procter & Gamble Company in sales and sales management positions.

Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. [CHICAGO] (NYSE: HRC) announced that John J. Greisch, president and chief executive officer, has informed the board of directors of his intention to retire from Hill-Rom during the company’s fiscal third quarter. At the effective time of the retirement, Mr. Greisch will also step down from the board of directors of the company.

Convergys Corporation [CINCINNATI] (NYSE: CVG) announced that Andrea Ayers will transition from her role as President and Chief Executive Officer following a nearly 30-year career at the Company. Ayers has been a member of the Convergys team since 1990. She was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2012. Ayers will continue to lead the Company in her current role President and CEO, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, as long as necessary for transition purposes.

Vascular Insights [QUINCY, Mass.] announced that it has appointed James P. Ott as President and CEO. Jim has held numerous leadership positions that have focused on the development and finance of the global commercialization, within companies including Dana Corporation, Paccar, Herrick-Pacific Corporation, The Marmon Group, and Berkshire Hathaway. Jim’s most recent assignment was President of MicroAire medical devices, a member company of the Colson Associates.

Scott Strong

zipLogix™ [FRASER, Mich.] announced the appointment of Scott Strong as chief executive officer. Previous CEO Joel Singer will remain on the board of directors. Scott has led key groups at a number of high-tech companies, most recently Siemens. Prior to Siemens, Strong was the chief executive officer of BLUE Software in Chicago, and previous to that held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Operations Director, Software Division at Matthews International (Schawk).

Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS) [PENSACOLA, Fla.] announced the appointment of Chris Belmont as interim CEO, effective immediately.  He replaces Jason Crawford, who will step down from his position as CEO. Belmont is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.  He also previously served as CIO and Senior Vice President of Ochsner Health System. In addition to his leadership roles at Ochsner and MD Anderson, Belmont has previously held senior IT positions at top healthcare technology companies, including Siemens Medical Solutions.

HireRight [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that Jurgen Leijdekker has been appointed to the position of chief executive officer. Leijdekker joined HireRight a year ago as president and chief operating officer.

Quick Leonard Kieffer [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of a new President and CEO, Steven M. Derks. Derks brings over 25 years of executive level leadership and experience to his new role heading the firm.  From 2012 to 2017 he served as President and CEO of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), the iconic voluntary health association (VHA) known for its Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon and summer camps for kids. Prior to MDA, Derks was Chief Executive Officer of the American Cancer Society (ACS) – Illinois Division, one of 11 separately incorporated Divisions of the Society. Earlier in his career, Derks served as Vice President and one of 15 members of the Executive Cabinet of Advocate Health Care, one of the country’s largest integrated delivery networks (IDN).   Prior to this he served as Senior Director of Federal and State Government Relations for the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) and as a governance consultant to hospital boards of directors.

The Whole Child (TWC) [WHITTIER, Calif.] announced the appointment of Constanza Pachon as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, she was President and COO of Larta Institute. Constanza has also served as senior consultant for InterAmerican Development Bank, World Bank, and United Nations on innovation and economic inclusion of at-risk groups.

Percolate [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Randy Wootton has joined the team as Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder and previous CEO Noah Brier will continue to lead the technical vision for the Percolate platform as Chief Technology Officer. Wootton was most recently CEO at Rocket Fuel, and ultimately sold it to Sizmek. Prior to Rocket Fuel, Wootton held senior positions at Microsoft and Salesforce.

Cyanotech Corporation [KAILUA KONA, Hawaii] (NasdaqCM: CYAN) announced that its President, Mawae Morton, has been named as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Mr. Morton replaces Founder and interim CEO, Dr. Gerry Cysewski, who will return to his role of Chief Scientific Officer and become Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Morton previously served as Chief Executive Officer of HBE BiorefineryCo.

NextDecade Corporation [THE WOODLANDS, Texas] (NASDAQ: NEXT) announced that, effective February 1, 2018, Kathleen M. Eisbrenner will be succeeded as Chief Executive Officer by Matthew K. Schatzman, the Company’s current President. Ms. Eisbrenner, who founded NextDecade in 2010, will remain Chairman of NextDecade’s Board of Directors. Mr. Schatzman has nearly 30 years’ experience in the energy industry. He was previously Executive Vice President, Global Energy Marketing and Shipping, and a member of the Group Executive Committee at BG Group.

Energy Fuels Inc. [LAKEWOOD, CO] (NYSE American: UUUU; TSX: EFR) announced that the Company has appointed Mark S. Chalmers, the current President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Fuels, as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and a Director of the Company, effective February 1, 2018. On January 31, 2018, Stephen P. Antony, the current CEO of the Company, will retire as CEO and as a Director of the Company. Prior to joining Energy Fuels in July of 2016, Mr. Chalmers served as Executive General Manager of Production for Paladin Energy Ltd. Mr. Chalmers has also consulted to several of the largest players in the uranium supply sector, including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, and Marubeni.

Trojan Battery Co., LLC [SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif.] announced the appointment of Neil Thomas as president and chief executive officer (CEO) for Trojan Battery, succeeding Jeff Elder. Elder, who has announced his retirement, will be available as a consultant to the company and will continue to be an investor in Trojan Battery. Neil Thomas joins Trojan following a prestigious career with Wayne Fueling Systems where he most recently served as CEO, as well as in other executive management positions. He has also held a series of marketing, planning and sales management roles in the petroleum and industrial equipment industries with industry-leading companies including Chevron Corp. and Dresser Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a strategic management consultant with Arthur D. Little in its Global Energy practice.

ForgeRock® [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Mike Ellis has decided to resign as chief executive officer after nearly six years at the helm. He will be replaced on an interim basis by John Fernandez, ForgeRock’s chief financial officer and executive vice president of Global Operations.

TDBBS, LLC [RICHMOND, Va.] announced the appointment of Tim Hassett as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hassett joins the Company from Beam Suntory, where he was President – Americas. He previously spent 10 years at Campbell Soup as Chief Customer Officer for the North America business, and also served at Kellogg’s and Procter & Gamble.

World Acceptance Corporation [GREENVILLE, S.C.] (NASDAQ: WRLD) announced that it has appointed Jim Wanserski as interim president and chief executive officer. Wanserski’s hiring follows an agreement between Janet Lewis Matricciani and the company that her role as president and CEO would terminate and she would resign as a board member. Wanserski served in executive, operations, regulatory and finance positions with MCI, Telecom*USA and Sprint. Prior to launching his consulting firm, Wanserski & Associates, he worked for a specialty telecom division within Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and a consulting firm, Morris-Anderson & Associates, Ltd.

Brian Coffman

Motiva Enterprises LLC [HOUSTON] hired Brian Coffman as president and chief executive officer. Coffman was former senior vice president of refining for Andeavor Corporation. He replaces Dan Romasko, who has served Motiva for the past four years. Since December 2013, Brian has provided strategic operational leadership to the refineries within the Andeavor (formerly known as Tesoro) portfolio. Prior to that, he spent 30 years with Conoco serving in a variety of domestic and foreign leadership roles in refining, transportation, pipeline, marketing, and strategy and planning.

SCM Accelerators LLC (SCMA) [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Chris Botha has become their Chief Executive Officer. From leading successful startups to senior supply chain and executive sales leadership roles at companies like Siemens and Hewlett Packard, Chris is a corporate entrepreneur with an executive MBA from Kellogg.

California Pizza Kitchen [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Jim Hyatt as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hyatt’s appointment follows the recent retirement of G.J. Hart as CEO of CPK. Most recently, Mr. Hyatt served as CEO of publicly-traded Ruby Tuesday. Prior to Ruby Tuesday, Mr. Hyatt served as CEO of Church’s Chicken and publicly-traded Così Inc., as well as Global Chief Operating Officer for Burger King. In total, Mr. Hyatt spent 32 years in the Burger King system, including 10 years as a multi-unit franchisee.

Tire Consumer [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Chan Patel as CEO. He replaces CEO and founder Tim Shaffer, who will continue to work as COO & Founder at Tire Consumer. Before joining Tire Consumer Chan led sales for RepairPal.  Prior to RepairPal Chan was at Branders.com.  Prior to Branders, Chan joined Franklin Templeton Investments.

Healthy Living [SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT.] announced that co-owner Eli Lesser-Goldsmith has taken on the role of CEO.

Mercer [CHICAGO] has appointed Greg Martens as Central Market CEO. Prior to joining Mercer, Martens was with Willis Towers Watson, where he served as Midwest Health and Benefits Leader. He also held positions as the Chicago Market Leader for Aon Consulting and as an Executive Compensation consultant and Business Development facilitator for Hewitt Associates.

Talari Networks [SAN JOSE, Calif.] has named former SonicWall Inc. executive Patrick Sweeney as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds former CEO Mark Masur, who will remain as chairman on Talari’s board of directors. Sweeney has served in multiple executive roles over his 16 years at SonicWall and Dell, Inc., such as Vice President of Security Marketing of Dell Software Group.

Comoto Holdings [PHILADELPHIA] announced that Matt Kull current interim CEO of RevZilla, will become the CEO of Comoto Holdings. In this capacity, Kull will serve as head of RevZilla and Cycle Gear. Kull assumed the role of acting CEO of RevZilla in December 2016, moving from his previous position as COO. He is a co-founder of RevZilla.

FanDuel [NEW YORK] announced that Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Eccles, who co-founded the company in 2009, is leaving and stepping down from the Board of Directors. Matt King who served as Chief Financial Officer of FanDuel from 2014 through 2016, has been named Chief Executive Officer and will join the Board. King was most recently an equity partner and the President of Regional Operations and Corporate Development at Cottingham & Butler. Before joining FanDuel in 2014 King was a Director at Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts and Co., as well as at KKR Capstone for 11 years. Before joining KKR, King was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Heidmar [NORWALK, Conn.] announced that James Pippard is joining the team as the CEO of Heidmar. James joins us from being the SVP for chartering and freight trading at Teekay tankers.

Nuvo Pharmaceuticals Inc. [MISSISSAUGA, ON] (TSX: NRI) announced the appointment of Jesse Ledger as its President & Chief Executive Officer. Ledger was previously President of the Company and assumes the CEO role from John London who will become the Company’s Executive Chairman and continue to serve on its board of directors. Prior to joining Nuvo in April of 2015, Ledger was Vice President of Business Development and International Business at Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada.

The Women’s Health USA [AVON, Conn.] announced the hiring of Goran Dragolovic as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Goran spent nearly 7 years at Surgical Care Affiliates and then at Optum as Senior Vice President of Practice Growth and Transformation.

CCIM Institute [Chicago] has named Gregory J. Fine to serve as Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer starting February 1, 2018. Fine brings more than 21 years of association experience serving most recently as chief executive officer of Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Prior to his role with TMA, Fine served as vice president of marketing and communications for the Association for Corporate Growth. Fine served on the boards of ASAE, ASAE Foundation, and Association Media & Publishing.

Benefitfocus, Inc. [CHARLESTON, S.C.] (NASDAQ: BNFT) has appointed Ray August to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018. August will also retain the title of President. Shawn Jenkins, Benefitfocus Founder and current CEO, has been appointed to the position of Senior Advisor for Innovation, beginning January 1, 2018. August joined the Company in 2014 and held the position of President and COO. Prior to Benefitfocus, August served as President and General Manager of Financial Services Division of CSC.

Agile Interoperable Solutions, LLC [WASHINGTON] is pleased to announce the appointment of Vernon Guillermo as CEO. Vernon Guillermo served as the Co-founder/CEO and COO of INT America, LLC.

Rego Payment Architectures, Inc. [CERRITOS, Calif.] (OTCQB: RPMT) announced the appointment of David Knight as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Knight will also serve as Chairman of the Board of Rego’s Board of Directors. Knight is an experienced industry executive with nearly thirty years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies, including eBay, PayPal, Quaker Oats, PepsiCo, Gatorade and Frito Lay.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) [PALO ALTO, Calif.] (NYSE: HPE) announced that Antonio Neri, current President of HPE will become President and Chief Executive Officer effective February 1, 2018. He will join the HPE Board of Directors as well. Meg Whitman, current Chief Executive Officer, will remain on the HPE Board of Directors.
