Tupperware Brands Corporation [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: TUP) announced that it appointed Patricia (Tricia) A. Stitzel to the position of President & Chief Executive Officer and nominated her for election to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective May 9, 2018. Stitzel has served as the Company’s President & Chief Operating Officer since October 2016. Prior to this role, she served as Group President, Americas, and in leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Europe and the United States since joining the Company in 1997. E.V. (Rick) Goings has led the Company since 1992 and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1997. Goings will serve as Executive Chairman.

Savigent Software, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] named Dean Truitt as Chief Executive Officer. Truitt has been with Savigent Software for the past year as a board director and the CFO. Prior to Savigent, he served as CEO and COO of several high growth middle market companies. He was a partner with EY and the National Leader of the Consumer Products Practice. Truitt started his career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in technology and performance improvement.
99 Cents Only Stores LLC [CITY OF COMMERCE, Calif.] announced that Jack Sinclair has been named Chief Executive Officer upon the retirement of Geoffrey Covert. Sinclair joined the company in 2015 as Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer. Sinclair led the Grocery business of Walmart US from 2007 to 2015, having previously spent 14 years at Safeway PLC in London.

EnsembleIQ [CHICAGO] announced David Shanker as its new Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining EnsembleIQ, Shanker served as CEO of The Americas at Lightspeed. In 2012, he was named CEO of PinchMe. Shanker has also held executive management positions at Ipsos, OTX Research and Information Resources Inc. (IRI) where he was president, client sales and service.
Ditech Holding Corporation [FORT WASHINGTON, Pa.] (NYSE: DHCP) announced that Jeffrey Baker has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Ditech Holding. Mr. Baker succeeds Anthony N. Renzi, who has left the Company. Baker will also continue to serve as President of Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. Baker previously served as Chief Operations Officer of Ditech Holding since December 2017. He has served as President of Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. since October 2016, and served in various other capacities for the Company from July 2015 to October 2016. Baker spent the majority of his career as a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Prior to joining the Company as an employee. Baker was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mayday Capital Advisors, LLC, from 2015 to 2016. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Baker served as the Turnaround and Restructuring Practice leader for Wipfli LLP.

Seaside Health Plan [LONG BEACH, Calif.], part of MemorialCare, announced that Maribel Ferrer has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ferrer has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Seaside Health Plan since November, and replaced Wendy Dorchester, who retired at the end of December. Ferrer has assumed CEO responsibilities as of Jan. 1, 2018. Prior to coming to MemorialCare, Ferrer was the Executive Director, Medi-Cal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families & Medicaid Expansion of L.A. Care Health Plan.
Bayshore Networks [BETHESDA, Md.] announced that Kevin Senator has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President. He takes over for Mike Dager. Senator joined Bayshore in April 2017 as the VP of Worldwide Sales & Channels. Senator spent nine years as VP of Worldwide Sales at Counterpane. Following BT’s successful acquisition of Counterpane, he ran all of BT’s International Managed Security Service Sales and Delivery.

The National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] announced the selection of Michele Lezama as president and chief executive officer, effective March 26, 2018. Michele served as the CEO and executive director of The National GEM Consortium (GEM). Prior to GEM, Michele served as executive director of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
Art Van Furniture [WARREN, Mich.] announced that President and CEO Kim Yost plans to retire after nine years with the company. In order to ensure a seamless leadership transition, Mr. Yost will maintain his current role until a successor has been appointed.
Miles & Stockbridge [BALTIMORE] announced that the law firm’s principals have elected Joseph W. Hovermill as president and chief executive officer of the firm, succeeding John B. Frisch. Hovermill, a board member since 2011 and senior member of the firm’s Products Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group, has served as president and chief operating officer since 2015.
Energi Fenestration Solutions, Ltd. [WOODBRIDGE, Ontario] appointed Christopher Koscho as Chief Executive Officer. Koscho was previously with HC Companies as President and CEO. Prior to HC Companies, Koscho held senior operations positions with Myers Industries, Veyance Technologies and Goodyear Tire and Rubber.

International Decision Systems (IDS) [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the appointment of David Hamilton as Chief Executive Officer. Hamilton is the former President of SunGard Financial System’s Global Banking business.
Diebold Nixdorf [NORTH CANTON, Ohio] (NYSE: DBD) announced that Gerrard Schmid joined the company as its president and chief executive officer. As CEO, Schmid led D+H Corp., prior to being merged with Misys. Prior to his time at D+H, Schmid managed a retail banking business at Lloyds TSB in the United Kingdom. Schmid was also executive vice president and chief operating officer for retail banking at CIBC.

Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) [MIAMI] announced that appointment of Lester Sola as Director and Chief Executive Officer. Sola has served Miami-Dade County for more than 26 years, most recently as Director of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department.
Endologix, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: ELGX) announced that John McDermott will be stepping down as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer once a successor is found.

Saba Software [DUBLIN, CA] announced Pervez Qureshi‘s retirement from the role of CEO. Phil Saunders, Saba’s President, will immediately assume the role of President and CEO as part of the company’s succession plan. Saunders joined Saba in 2015, after a 20-year tenure at Gemalto (previously SafeNet) , where he served in key sales and marketing leadership roles before rising to Chief Revenue Officer and board member.
Uptima [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Bill Butler to the role of chief executive officer. Butler had past roles at CallidusCloud (being acquired by SAP), Cameleon Software (acquired by PROS) and FPX (acquired by HGGC).
Ipswitch® [BURLINGTON, Mass.] announced Michael Grossi as the company’s new CEO. Grossi was previously Ipswitch’s Chief Growth Officer. He joined the company in 2016. Ipswitch’s Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Bisson, had been serving as interim CEO since October. Prior to Ipswitch, Grossi was Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Xura, as well as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at American Tower Corporation. He was also a founder and senior executive at Helio, acquired by Sprint; and a Partner at Altman Vilandrie & Co.
Public Storage [GLENDALE, Calif.] (NYSE: PSA) announced that effective January 1, 2019, Joe Russell will be appointed Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his role as President. Mr. Russell will also join the Board as trustee on the same date. Ron Havner, the Company’s CEO since 2002 and officer since 1986, will remain as Chairman of the Board.
Pengrowth Energy Corporation [CALGARY, Alberta] (TSX: PGF, NYSE: PGH) announced the appointment of Pete Sametz as President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective March 15th, 2018. Peter replaces Derek Evans who will be retiring as an officer and director of the company on March 14th, 2018. Mr. Sametz is a seasoned oil and gas executive with over 35 years of experience in a variety of technical and leadership roles.
Recovery Centers of America (RCA) [DANVERS, Mass.] announced that Laura A. Ames has joined the Danvers facility as chief executive officer. Prior to joining RCA, Ames served as CEO of HealthSouth New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn. She previously held executive-level positions at Arbour Hospital, Health Partners New England, Wingate Healthcare, Inc., Spectrum Health Care Systems, iCare Management, LLC and Olympus Health Care Group.
Attune Medical [CHICAGO] (formerly Advanced Cooling Therapy) promoted COO Keith Warner to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Warner has also been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Attune. Before joining Attune Medical in 2017, Warner was a consultant to life science investment firms. Mr. Warner served in leadership roles at organizations including Wafergen BioSystems, Novartis/Chiron and Biodesix. Mr. Warner also held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, sales and marketing and management at Abbott Diagnostics.
Smith Teamaker [PORTLAND, Ore.] announced the appointment of Darren R. Marshall as its new CEO. Marshall held global and domestic marketing, commercial and general management roles at The Coca-Cola Company, and was Executive Vice President of Steinway & Sons.

CHC Wellbeing [CHICAGO] announced that it has tapped Ramki Ramanarayanan as Chief Executive Officer. Ramanarayanan’s previous experience includes leadership roles at Metropolitan Capital Bank & Trust, Occam’s Advisory and ReserveBar.com, and client advisory roles at Robert W. Baird & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities.
Liberty Tax Inc. [VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.] (NASDAQ: TAX) announced the appointment of Nicole Ossenfort as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms. Ossenfort replaces Edward Brunot, whose employment was terminated by the Company’s Board of Directors on February 19, 2018. Ms. Ossenfort has been a Liberty Tax Service franchisee since 2002 operating offices in South Dakota and Wyoming and as an Area Developer from 2004 to September 2017. She was Vice President of the Company’s 360 Accounting Solutions business from April to October 2017.
