Fortress Biotech, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: FBIO) announced that Lucy Lu has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of its Fortress subsidiary Avenue Therapeutics, Inc. Lu has served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Avenue since inception.
Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. [LETHBRIDGE, Alberta] (CSE: RZX) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Nathan Hansen as President & CEO of the Corporation. Robin Ray has been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Interim President & CEO. Ray has been serving as CFO since the inception of the Corporation.
The Providence Service Corporation and its subsidiary, LogistiCare Solutions, LLC [STAMFORD, Conn.] (NASDAQ: PRSC) announced the appointment of Jeff Felton as LogistiCare’s Chief Executive Officer. Felton most recently served as President of McKesson Connected Care and Analytics. Prior to working at McKesson, Felton worked at Cardinal Health, Baxter Healthcare and Procter and Gamble.
Advaxis, Inc. [PRINCETON, N.J.] announced the resignation of Daniel J. O’Connor, chief executive officer, president and board member of the company. Anthony (Tony) Lombardo will immediately assume the role of interim. Lombardo, who joined the company as chief business officer earlier this year, is an accomplished industry veteran with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, including previous positions as president and CEO of E-Z-EM Inc. and president of ALI Imaging Systems, Inc.
Toast Vodka [MIAMI] announced the appointment of Bob Drinon as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Drinon joins Toast after spending 30 years heading nationally top-ranked beverage distribution groups, having served senior leadership roles at world-class brands including Breakthru Beverage Group and Premier Beverage Company.
Pilgrim Consulting [FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE] announced that Mark McGarrity has taken the helm as CEO.
Sitecore [SAUSALITO, Calif.] announced that Mark Frost has joined as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Most recently, Frost served as CEO of MarkMonitor. Prior to that, Frost served as General Manager for the SaaS Business Unit of CA Technologies. He also served as EVP and General Manager for the SaaS Business Unit of MarketTools. Frost will succeed Co-Founder Michael Seifert.
Heidrick & Struggles [CHICAGO] (NASDAQ: HSII) announced that acting Chief Executive Officer Krishnan Rajagopalan has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and will become a member of the Board of Directors.
Sanmina Corporation [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SANM) announced that Bob Eulau will become Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, effective October 2, 2017. Eulau has held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sanmina since September 2009. Eulau started his career at Hewlett Packard in 1985 and spent over 15 years in various leadership roles while there. He was the CFO of HP’s largest business unit. In 2001, Eulau became CFO of Rambus lnc. Prior to joining Sanmina, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Alien Technology Corporation.
High Ridge Brands Co. [STAMFORD, Conn.] announced today that Patricia Lopez has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Lopez will also be named to the Board of Directors. Lopez has extensive experience in the consumer products industry, including a distinguished twenty-five year career at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, Lopez served as SVP, General Manager of the Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty Products business in North America. Previously, Lopez served as Chief Marketing Officer of Avon Products. Prior to Avon, Lopez had a long and successful track record at P&G where she was Vice President, General Manager for Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MMC) announced the appointment of John Doyle as Chief Executive Officer of Marsh. Doyle was appointed President of Marsh in April 2016. Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan in 2016, Doyle was Chief Executive Officer for AIG’s commercial insurance businesses worldwide. Previously, Doyle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chartis U.S.

Baughman’s most recent post was as CEO Americas for M+W Group. Previously, he held leadership and technical positions with AECOM, Wood Group, Washington Group International, and Fluor.
Tango Mining Limited [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSXV: TGV) announced that Samer Khalaf has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Samer has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the Middle East, Africa and Europe and has held senior positions at various institutions including Nomura Securities, Gazprombank and PrimeCorp Finance SA. His most recent position was as Director for Africa & Middle East at GPB Global Resources.

Memorial Hermann Health System [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of longtime and highly accomplished System Chief Operating Officer (COO) Charles “Chuck” D. Stokes to President and CEO of Memorial Hermann. In addition to his role as Executive Vice President and COO, Stokes had been serving as interim President and CEO. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann, Stokes served as President of North Mississippi Medical Center. He previously served as COO for three other health systems and as Vice President of Operations for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital/Texas Heart Institute in Houston.
The Maryland Hospital Association [SACRAMENTO] announced that Carmela Coyle, President/CEO, has been selected as the President/CEO of the California Hospital Association (CHA) and its parent organization, the California Association of Hospitals & Health Systems. Prior to joining MHA, Coyle spent 20 years in various roles with the American Hospital Association (AHA), including 11 years as the Senior Vice President of Policy. Earlier in her career, Coyle worked for the Congressional Budget Office in Washington, D.C. Coyle will replace long-time CHA President/CEO C. Duane Dauner, who is retiring.
TSR, Inc. [HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: TSRI) announced that its Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Joseph F. Hughes, has retired as an executive officer and director of the Company. Christopher Hughes — Joseph Hughes’ son and formerly Senior Vice President of TSR was elected Chairman and CEO.

VertaMedia [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of industry veteran Chris Karl as their CEO. Karl recently served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Market Development for Sonobi. Prior to Sonobi, he was a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for MediaMath.
WidePoint Corporation [MCLEAN, Va.] (NYSE Mkt: WYY) announced that it has appointed Jin Kang as its Chief Executive Officer and President of WidePoint Corporation. Kang will also join WidePoint’s Board of Directors. Kang served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer prior to his promotion. Kang succeeds Jeff Nyweide.
Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC [DALLAS] announced the retirement of its current Chief Executive Officer, Hank Heithaus, effective September 15th. Empire also announced the appointment of Rocky Dewbre as the new Chief Executive Officer. Dewbre joins Empire after serving on the Board of Directors of CST Brands, which followed his position as CEO of Susser Petroleum Partners LP.

Hackbright Academy [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Alice Hill has been named its new chief executive officer. Hill was formerly a senior executive at acclaimed Silicon Valley companies including CNET, Slashdot, SourceForge, Dice, and eBay.
