The EnLink Midstream companies (EnLink), EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC), the General Partner, and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENLK), the Master Limited Partnership [DALLAS] has appointed Michael J. Garberding as President and CEO of EnLink, succeeding Barry E. Davis as CEO. Additionally, as part of this transition, he has joined the boards of directors for both ENLK and ENLC. Previously, he served as EnLink’s CFO since 2011 and President and CFO since 2016. Garberding has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the energy industry and has held several executive-level positions within EnLink and its predecessors since 2008, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance.
Main Street Capital Corporation [HOUSTON] (NYSE: MAIN) announced that Vincent D. Foster, co-founder of Main Street, and who has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) since its 2007 initial public offering, will transition the role and responsibility of CEO to Dwayne L. Hyzak.

Opternative, Inc. [CHICAGO] announced that Brent Rasmussen has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Rasmussen recently served as CEO at Halo Group and previously was COO and President, North America, at CareerBuilder.

Galvanize [DENVER] announced that Alfonso (“Al”) P. Rosabal has been named as Chief Executive Officer. He will also join the Galvanize Board of Directors. Al was most recently Chief Operations Officer of National CineMedia in Denver, CO. Al succeeds Galvanize’s founder, Jim Deters, who stepped down in July 2017. Prior to Galvanize, Al joined NCMI in 2010 as Chief Technology Officer and later became Chief Operations Officer. Prior to NCMI he served in senior roles in the public sector as well as Fortune 500 companies, including as Chief Technology Officer for the City of Denver, and roles with Nextel, IBM and a JV with Ford Motor Company in England. He began his career developing software in the Air Force

Qosina Corp. [RONKONKOMA, N.Y] announced the appointment of Scott Herskovitz to president and chief executive officer. Prior to his promotion to president and CEO, Scott worked in business development, served as vice president of marketing, and later, vice president of sales and marketing at Qosina.
CiVi Biopharma [PHILADELPHIA] announced the appointment of Shalom “Shal” Jacobovitz as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2, 2018. Jacobovitz, who most recently served for nearly five years as Chief Executive Officer of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), has also been appointed to serve as a director on CiVi’s Board of Directors. Prior to his role at the ACC, Jacobovitz was President of Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Jacobovitz served as Chief Executive Officer of the ACC from April 2013 through January 2018. Prior to this, Jacobovitz served in increasingly senior positions at F. Hoffman LaRoche, from 1996-2003.

Qstream [BURLINGTON, Mass.] announced the appointment of Richard Lanchantin as Chief Executive Officer. Lanchantin succeeds co-founder and CEO Duncan Lennox, who will transition to a new role as Chairman of the Board. With roots in science education, Rich Lanchantin is a senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience leading global sales, services, and customer success organizations for life sciences and software firms, including Abbott Diagnostics, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rational Software and IBM.

RVshare [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that former HomeAway Chief Revenue Officer Jon Gray has joined the company as CEO. Gray was the third HomeAway employee and held many leadership roles during his 12-year tenure with the Austin-based vacation rental giant. He led its Americas business, performance marketing, business intelligence and sales. RVshare co-founder Joel Clark, who served as CEO, will transition to the role of President, where he will continue to lead several key functions.
Global Payout, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (OTCPink: GOHE) announced that its majority owned subsidiary, MoneyTrac Technology, Inc. has promoted Vanessa Luna to Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO, James Hancock will assume the role of the Company’s Chairman of the Board. The Company’s promotion of Luna comes following her nine-month role as MTRAC’s COO.
Lumavate [CARMEL, Ind] announced Mark Hill joined as chief executive officer. Prior to joining Lumavate, Hill was a co-founder and the president of Baker Hill, which was acquired by Experian in 2005. Hill is also a managing partner at Collina Ventures, where he has invested in more than 40 early stage companies in Indiana including Lumavate. He serves on the board of numerous companies, including KAR Auction Services, Bluelock, Octiv, Ascend Indiana and TechPoint..
Syntimmune, Inc. [WALTHAM, Mass.] has appointed Jean-Paul Kress as President and Chief Executive Officer. Kress, who will also serve as a director of the company, brings senior leadership experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms, with a focus on operations and commercialization of innovative products addressing unmet medical needs across diverse disease indications. David de Graaf, has stepped down from his position as CEO and resigned from the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Syntimmune, Kress served as Executive Vice President and President, International, and Head of Global Therapeutic Operations at Biogen Inc. Previously, Kress was Senior Vice President, Head of North America at Sanofi Genzyme. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi Pasteur MSD,. Kress also held leadership roles at Gilead, serving as Vice President, US Sales and Marketing, and Vice President, General Manager for France. He began his industry career with Eli Lilly in France and held commercial and business development roles in the US and Europe at Abbott (now AbbVie).

Tryton Medical, Inc. [DURHAM, N.C.] appointed Carl J. St. Bernard as president and chief executive officer. St. Bernard joins the company from Johnson & Johnson Vision (formerly Abbott Medical Optics) where he held the role of vice president, leading the company’s Americas Surgery business unit. Prior to Johnson & Johnson Vision, St. Bernard served as vice president, North American Marketing and Sales for LifeCell and vice president at Cordis where he led the commercial operations for the cardiovascular and endovascular businesses in the U.S. St. Bernard has over 30 years of diversified sales, marketing, and general management experience in the life sciences arena. Tryton co-founder H. Richard Davis has served as interim CEO for the past six months. With the appointment of St. Bernard, Davis will resume his role as COO.
Destination Maternity [MOORESTOWN, N.J.] (NASDAQ: DEST) announced the appointment of Melissa Payner-Gregor, an independent director of the Company, as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Payner-Gregor is succeeding Allen Weinstein, who had been serving in the role since September 2017. Weinstein has decided to retire from the Board for personal reasons. Interim CEO Melissa Payner-Gregor has served as a director of the Destination Maternity Board since August 2009. Payner-Gregor is currently working as a consultant for several retail/e-commerce companies. She served as an advisor to Bluefly Inc. in 2015, having previously served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2012. In 2003 she was Bluefly’s President. Prior to joining Bluefly, Payner-Gregor held senior management positions with prominent retailers and consumer products companies, including Chief Executive Officer and President of Spiegel Catalog and President of Chico’s FAS.

SLI Global Solutions, LLC [SILVER SPRING, Md] has appointed Steven Esposito as President and Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Mark Phillips, who announced his retirement earlier last year. Esposito brings more than 30 years of experience in leading IT and program operations to SLI Global Solutions. Most recently, he served as President of the Government Solutions Division of SLI. Prior to SLI, he was Senior Vice President at MAXIMUS. He also worked for the State of Arizona’s Department of Economic Security for 10 years, where he led the Systems and Automation Administration for the Division of Child Support Enforcement.
BenefitMall [DALLAS] announced that Scott Kirksey, formerly President of the company, has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Outgoing CEO Bernard DiFiore will continue as Chairman of BenefitMall’s Board of Directors and will serve as a key advisor. Kirksey has been with BenefitMall since 1999. Prior to his role as President, Kirksey was BenefitMall’s Chief Financial Officer for more than 15 years. Before joining BenefitMall, Kirksey was a key member of the executive team that executed a successful turnaround and subsequent sale of Greyhound.
A&E Medical (Alto Development Corporation) [FARMINGDALE, N.J.] announced that Eric Sklar has been named Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed Chief Executive Officer, Michael Janish, who will resume his role as Chairman of the Board. Sklar previously served as president of A&E Medical since 2015. Prior to A&E Medical, Mr. Sklar held senior leadership roles where he improved the performance of business units at companies including Terumo Cardiovascular and Pall Corporation.
The Little Gym International [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] announced that Alex Bingham will be named President and Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed current President and CEO, Ruk Adams. Since joining The Little Gym in 2001, Bingham has held several roles within the company, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Some of his former responsibilities and positions include running a corporate location as a Gym Director, working with franchise owners in both their pre-opening and ongoing operations as a Business Consultant, and managing franchisee support as a VP of Franchise Services.
Rent-A-Center, Inc. [PLANO, Texas] (NASDAQ: NGS:RCII) announced that Mitchell E. Fadel , the Company’s former President and Chief Operating Officer and a current member of its Board of Directors, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Fadel’s appointment follows Mark E. Speese’s decision to resign as CEO. Fadel will continue his role as a member of the Board. Mitchell E. Fadel most recently served as President – U.S. Pawn for EZCORP, Inc., from September 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, Fadel served as President of Rent-A-Center (beginning in July 2000) and Chief Operating Officer (beginning in December 2002) each until August 2015, and also as a director from December 2000 to November 2013. From 1992 until 2000, Fadel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rent-A-Center’s subsidiary Rent-A-Center Franchising International, Inc. f/k/a ColorTyme, Inc. Fadel’s professional experience with Rent-A-Center also includes previously serving as a Regional Director and a District Manager.
Empire Petroleum Corporation [TULSA, Okla.] (OTCQB: EMPR) announced it has named Thomas (Tommy) Pritchard as Chief Executive Officer. Pritchard co-founded Pritchard Griffin Advisors (“PGA”) in 2015. Prior to PGA, he formed Pritchard Energy Advisors, LLC in 2014 and partnered with Parkman Whaling. From 2012 to 2014, Pritchard served as Managing Director of the Energy Investment Banking division of Imperial Capital. Prior to this role, Pritchard served as CEO and Managing Director of Pritchard Capital Partners, which he founded in 2001. In 1997, Pritchard co-founded Offshore Tool and Energy, Inc. He began his professional career in 1984 with Drexel Burnham Lambert, and later held key roles at Bear Stearns, Jefferies and Johnson Rice.
Online Development Inc. (OLDI) [KNOXVILLE, Tenn.] has announced Kurt A. Rosenberg as Chief Executive Officer. Ron Monday will transition from the role, which he has held since 1989. Kurt has served in senior positions at Rockwell Automation, including international assignments in North East Asia and Singapore. In 2016 he was named President of OLDI.
MassRoots, Inc. [DENVER] (OTCQB: MSRT) announced MassRoots’ founder, Isaac Dietrich, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WALTHAM, Mass.] (OTCQB: SVOND) announced that Robert (“Bob”) Ward has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eloxx and Chief Executive Officer. Bob succeeds outgoing Chairman of the Board, Robert Heft, and current founder and Chief Executive Officer Silvia Noiman. Ward most recently was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Radius Health, Inc. Prior to joining Radius, Ward was Vice President for Strategy and External Alliances for the New Opportunities iMed of Astra Zeneca from 2011 to 2013. He has held a series of progressive management and executive roles with established companies such as NPS Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough (Merck), Pharmacia (Pfizer), Bristol-Myers Squibb and Genentech. Ward has been a Director of Akari Therapeutics, Plc since October 14, 2016. He served as a Director of Radius from December 2013 until July 16, 2017. Ward serves as a Director of the Massachusetts High Technology Council.
Orange Tree Employment Screening [MINNEAPOLIS] has announced the appointment of Renee Ernste as their new CEO. Renee, who currently serves as Orange Tree’s President/COO will succeed Craig Vinje after thorough succession planning. Renee has been part of the Orange Tree team for almost 10 years, beginning her career at Orange Tree as the leader of the Client Success team. Renee previously worked at Ceridian and Gevity before coming to Orange Tree in 2008.
AMERI Holdings, Inc. [PRINCETON, N.J.] (NASDAQ: AMRH) announced the promotion of Brent Kelton, Executive Vice President of Business Development, to Chief Executive Officer. Kelton succeeds Giri Devanur, President, CEO and Board Member. Kelton, who joined the Company at the beginning of 2017. Kelton previously led Fujitsu’s North American SAP business unit and KPIT Technologies Limited’s SAP Strategic Business Unit. He has also held leadership positions at several technology service providers focused on implementation services and support of SAP solutions.
ECRI Institute [PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.] announced the appointment of Marcus Schabacker as the new Chief Executive Officer and President. Schabacker is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Intensive Care specialist with more than 25 years of health care experience and more than 18 years of senior leadership responsibilities serving the medical device and pharmaceutical industries across the healthcare value chain. Schabacker served as Senior Medical Officer and Head of the Intensive Care and Anesthesia department at the Mafikeng General Hospital, North-West Province, South Africa. After his return from Africa, Schabacker joined the medical industry and held roles of increasing responsibility in medical affairs, preclinical and clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality, research and development, and patient safety. In his last corporate role prior to joining ECRI Institute, Schabacker served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Baxter. Schabacker will succeed Jeffrey Lerner who retires at the end of 2017 after serving as CEO and President of ECRI Institute since 2001. The Board has appointed Lerner President Emeritus.
Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [TUSTIN, Calif.] (NASDAQ: PPHM) (NASDAQ: PPHMP) announced the appointment of Roger J. Lias as the company’s new president and chief executive officer. Lias, who has more than 20 years of contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) management experience, currently sits on the Peregrine board of directors and serves as president of Avid Bioservices, Peregrine’s wholly-owned CDMO subsidiary. Lias succeeds Steven W. King, who resigned as president and chief executive officer of Peregrine to pursue other professional interests. Lias has previously held senior management positions at several leading CDMOs including Cytovance Biologics, KBI BioPharma, Diosynth RTP (formerly Covance Biotechnology Services) and Lonza Biologics.

Meyers [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Micheal Lane has been named CEO Lane will serve as CEO over all divisions of Meyers. David Dillon, current CEO and co-owner, and Chris Dillon Sr., co-owner of Meyers, will transition to the company’s board of directors. Lane joined Meyers in 2016 as president of Meyers’ Retail Marketing Solutions Division. Prior to joining Meyers, Lane served as CEO of Lofton Label, a label. Lane has worked for Cargill, Inc. for 27 years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing for the Salt Division and senior chair of the Cargill Foods corporate marketing initiative. Lane also served on the board of directors for TLMI for three years and remains active in industry leadership.

ComForCare Health Care Holdings LLC [DETROIT] has named Steven Greenbaum as the home care franchisor’s new CEO. Greenbaum will serve as co-CEO with ComForCare and At Your Side Home Care founder Mark Armstrong during a brief transition period, after which Armstrong will become chairman of the board. Greenbaum was founder and former CEO of PostNet and brings nearly 25 years of accomplishments in growing and supporting a successful franchise system. Greenbaum has served as chairman of the International Franchise Association (IFA) in 2008
CampusWorks [BRADENTON, Fla.] announced that Mahendran Jawaharlal has joined the company as president and will assume the role of CEO on July 1, 2018. At that time, CampusWorks’ current CEO, Liz Murphy, will transition to chairwoman of the board. Jawaharlal joins CampusWorks from Macmillan Enterprise Services Group, where he served as president. Previously, Jawaharlal spent a decade at Campus Management Corporation, most recently as COO. Jawaharlal’s experience includes serving as president and co-founder of PlanIT Group. He served as president of Jenzabar’s Internet Software Division. He also served as president, CEO, and chairman of the board at CARS Information Systems.
WealthEngine [BETHESDA, Md.] appoints Dennis Ainge as interim CEO. Ainge has led sales, product, data strategy and operations for Information Service leaders Neustar, TARGUSinfo, and Equifax NDS.
NASCENT Technology [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] announced the appointment of Chris Kete to President and C.E.O. Kete started his professional career as a submarine warfare officer with the U.S. Navy. Upon completion of his military service, Kete held a series of progressive roles with Fortune 500 constituents Cummins Inc. and Meritor Inc. (formerly ArvinMeritor). In 2010, he transitioned to the small and mid-sized business community where he has held CEO, President, and board member roles with several manufacturing and service firms: The Horsburgh & Scott Company, Wastequip, US GreenFiber, and Griffin Gear.
Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) [WASHINGTON] has appointed Harry L. Williams as President & CEO TMCF Board Chairman succeeding Johnny C. Taylor, Jr. Williams served as the President of Delaware State University (DSU) for eight years. Before DSU, Williams served at the University of North Carolina General Administration as interim Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and was later elevated to interim Senior Associate Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. Williams also progressed from Associate Director to Associate Vice Chancellor posts in the areas of academic affairs, enrollment and diversity at Appalachian State University. In between that tenure, he was the interim Director of Admissions for North Carolina A&T State University.

Sony Music Entertainment [NEW YORK] announced Ron Perry has been named Chairman & CEO of Columbia Records. Perry, joins Columbia from SONGS Music Publishing, where he was President.
LandStar, Inc. [RALEIGH, N.C.] has been renamed to: DATA443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. Jason Remillard has been named Chairman of the Board, CEO and President. Remillard most recently has developed the industry-leading ClassiDocs structured and unstructured data classification & governance platform. Formerly, a VP of Security Architecture at Deutsche Bank. He was also product manager with Dell Software (formerly Quest Software). He has been in Internet and Enterprise security for over 25 years – including stints at IBM, Novell, Merrill Lynch, RBC, TD Bank, TUCOWS and Ellacoya Networks. He is also a founding member of the Blockchain Executive Group.
Selecta Biosciences, Inc. [WATERTOWN, Mass.](NASDAQ: SELB) announced that President and CEO Werner Cautreels intends to retire effective December 31, 2018. In conjunction with this succession process, Omid Farokhzad, a member of Selecta’s Board and a cofounder of the company, has been appointed Chairman of the Board effective December 31, 2017.
Teleflex Incorporated [WAYNE, Pa.] (NYSE: TFX) announced Liam Kelly, who previously served as Teleflex’s President and Chief Operating Officer, assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Kelly succeeds Benson Smith, who retired as Chief Executive Officer. Smith, who was re-elected to the Teleflex Board of Directors in May 2017 for another three-year term, will continue to serve as non-executive Chairman of the Board. In addition, Smith will provide transition support to the Company on a consulting basis through December 31, 2019.
Clarus Glassboards [FORT WORTH, Texas] announced Cosmo (“Cos”) Santullo has joined the team. He has served on Clarus’ Board of Directors for more than two years. Santullo began his career in various Sales and Management positions at IBM for 20 years. Santullo has served in various leadership positions across companies – from CEO with Mirror Image Internet, to SVP of Sales and Services with BMC Software, and then Managing Partner with The INSIGHT Group.
Neiman Marcus Group [DALLAS] announced the retirement of Karen Katz from the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 12, 2018. Geoffroy van Raemdonck has been appointed to succeed Katz as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Katz will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors and will work closely with van Raemdonck to facilitate a seamless transition process. Prior to Neiman Marcus, van Raemdonck served as Group President for EMEA and Global Travel Retail at Ralph Lauren, where he led the transformation of all Ralph Lauren brands across full and off-price stores, wholesale and digital. Previously, van Raemdonck served as CEO at St. John Knits International, Inc., where he launched a turnaround of the American luxury house leading to significant performance improvements. Prior to that, he held a variety of global leadership roles at Louis Vuitton from 2008 to 2013 and was most recently President South Europe where he elevated brand perception and consumer experience in 22 countries and led a team of 1,200 employees across retail, marketing, PR, merchandising, supply chain, finance and HR. Earlier in his career, van Raemdonck held executive leadership positions at L Brands, Inc. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group.
Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. [FLINT, Mich.] (NYSE: DPLO) announced that Jeff Park a member of the Diplomat Board of Directors, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. Park’s appointment follows the retirement of Phil Hagerman, co-founder of Diplomat in 1975 and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Diplomat since 1991. Hagerman will remain as a member of the Diplomat Board and become Chairman Emeritus. Jeff Park has been a director since June 2017. Prior to his appointment as Interim CEO, he was a member of the Audit Committee. Park was the Chief Operating Officer of OptumRx, a merger of Catamaran Corporation and OptumRx, UnitedHealth Group’s free-standing pharmacy care services business from July 2015 until July 2016. Immediately prior to the merger, Park served as Catamaran’s Executive Vice President, Operations since March 2014 and previously served as its Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2006. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer, Park was a member of Catamaran’s board of directors and was a Senior Vice President of Covington Capital Corporation, a private equity venture capital firm he joined in 1998.
KBP Biosciences [JINAN, China & PHILADELPHIA] welcomed Brian McVeigh as CEO. Brian McVeigh has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the global Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Corporate and R&D organizations at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) throughout his 25-year career.

Surgery Partners, Inc. [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] (NASDAQ: SGRY) announced the appointment of Wayne S. DeVeydt as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. DeVeydt succeeds Clifford Adlerz, who was named as Interim Chief Executive Officer in September. Adlerz will maintain his position as a Director on the Board. For nearly a decade DeVeydt has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Anthem, Inc.
