Emerald Health Therapeutics Inc. (EHT) [VICTORIA, British Columbia] (TSXV: EMH) (OTCQX: EMHTF) announced the appointment of Chris Wagner as Chief Executive Officer and a director of EHT. Wagner left Eli Lilly to join Aspreva Pharmaceuticals Inc. as Vice President, Business Development and Global Marketing. Wagner most recently served as Chairman, President and CEO of Contextual Genomics Inc. He was previously Director, President and CEO of Sirius Genomics Inc. Wagner is, or has served, on boards at BC Children’s Hospital, The Rick Hansen Institute, Canadian Gene Cure Foundation, and LifeSciences BC.
CRISPR Therapeutics [ZUG, Switzerland and CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: CRSP) announced that Samarth Kulkarni, currently President of CRISPR Therapeutics, Inc., has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2017. Rodger Novak, co-founder and current Chief Executive Officer of CRISPR Therapeutics, is stepping down from his current role but will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s board of directors and as an officer of its Swiss parent company, CRISPR AG. Kulkarni joined CRISPR Therapeutics as Chief Business Officer and has taken on positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as President of CRISPR Therapeutics Inc.
Power Partners, Inc. [LOS ANGELES & ATHENS, Ga.] has appointed Koben Miceli as Chief Executive Officer. Miceli was previously with Dematic Corporation as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and had been promoted from the positions of Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and Vice President of Operational Excellence and Strategy. Prior to Dematic, Miceli has held senior operations positions with Nexeo Solutions as Director of Supply Chain Management, Catalent Pharma Solutions as General Manager, and Honeywell Corporate and Aerospace with the most recent title of Senior Director, Manufacturing Globalization Strategy.
NMS Capital Advisors, LLC [BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Mitchell S. Avnet as Chief Executive Officer. Avnet is the Founder and Managing Partner of Compliance Risk Concepts. Prior to launching CRC, Avnet was previously a member of the Corporate Leadership Group at Lincoln Financial Group where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. He has worked for top-tier investment banks, commercial banks and hedge funds such as Wachovia Capital Markets, PNC Bank and D E Shaw.
PetroCard, Inc. [KENT, Wash.] announced that Laura Yellig has been named president and chief executive officer. She succeeds Scott Walters who retired. She joins PetroCard from her position as vice president of Crowley Fuels. Yellig previously held leadership roles at Shell Oil Products in the Pacific Northwest as region manager of wholesale and retail sales and operations.
Reddy Ice Holdings Inc. [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Deborah Conklin as their new Chief Executive Officer. Conklin was also elected to the Board of Directors of Reddy Ice. Bill Corbin will continue in the role of Executive Chairman and serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Conklin has served as President of Reddy Ice since February 2017. Conklin was a Managing Director of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. until she joined Reddy Ice earlier this year, most recently as interim CEO of Pei Wei Fresh Kitchen. Previously, Deb spent a significant amount of time at Reddy Ice as an interim COO. Prior to joining Centerbridge, she was a Senior Operations Advisor at TPG Capital. She was also COO of Hilex Poly. Earlier in her career, Conklin held several senior leadership roles at Masonite and Stanley Works.
KidKraft, Inc. [DALLAS] announced Lawrence Writer has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and will serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Writer joined KidKraft in January 2016, and served most recently as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining KidKraft, Writer served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer for Louisville Slugger. He has also previously held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, AlixPartners, and Wells Fargo.
King Juice Company, Inc. [MILWAUKEE] announced that David Klavsons has been named Chief Executive Officer. Klavsons has held leadership positions with companies such as Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Hess Corporation, Kraft, Nabisco and Frito Lay. Most Recently, Klavsons was President of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, North America. Prior to GPN, Klavsons served in several leadership roles for Hess Corporation’s convenience store business including VP of Operations and Chief Marketing Officer.
Veltex Corporation [CHICAGO] (OTC: VLXC) announced that Andreas Mauritzson has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer and will remain on the Board of Directors. Mauritzson will replace James Jacob who has resigned from his position as President and CEO and from his Board seat due to personal reasons. Mauritzson was the Executive Director of Guthy Renker Aviation for eighteen years. He is currently the Director of European Sales for Jet Transactions Group. Mauritzson is also the founder and owner of Private Aviation Strategy Group, Inc. and the founder of MJ Invest. Additionally, he sits on the board of ESGA Corporation and was also a founding partner in The Cinemas Palme D’Or.
Newton Energy Corporation [CALGARY, Alberta] announced the appointment, of Gino DeMichele to its board of directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Newton. He succeeds Merv Chia, who resigned as a director and as Chief Executive Officer. DeMichele currently serves as the President and CEO of A2.
Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (SIE) [TOKYO and SAN MATEO, Calif.] announced that John Kodera, currently Deputy President of SIE, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of SIE. He succeeds, Current President and Global CEO, Andrew House who will remain with SIE as Chairman. Kodera has also been appointed Representative Director and President of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. Kodera joined Sony Corporation in 1992. In 1998, he was transferred to Sony Electronics Inc. in the U.S. before subsequently being appointed VP of product management for IT products. In 2010, he assumed the role of SVP, Corporate Strategy, at the newly established Sony Network Entertainment International LLC, and in 2013 was appointed President, SNEI.
Building Industry Partners [DENVER] announced that Andrew Reed has been appointed CEO of U.S. Fence Solutions. Reed’s background includes more than 30 years in the construction labor and building products segments, including three previous CEO roles in private equity-sponsored companies. Previously, he served on the Board of U.S. LBM Holdings. Reed has held additional Board roles, including Plumbing Master and Clio Holdings.
Epicor Software Corporation [AUSTIN, Texas] announced President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Cowan is set to retire at the end of October 2017, stepping down from the leadership role and his position on the Epicor board of directors. Stephen Murphy has been appointed to the role of CEO. Before joining Epicor, Murphy served as president of OpenText.
Northeast Business Group on Health (NEBGH) [NEW YORK] announced it has named Candice Sherman as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Sherman, currently the organization’s Chief Operating Officer, succeeds Laurel Pickering, who is leaving to become Chief Revenue Officer at WellDoc®. Candice joined NEBGH four years ago as COO. Prior to four years at NEBGH, Sherman was COO of St. John’s Well Child and Family Center. She has held senior general management roles at TABB Group, Dun & Bradstreet and Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), and was also COO at two Internet startups.
Intrepid Aviation [STAMFORD, Conn.] announced that it has appointed Doug Winter, current President & CCO, to be Chief Executive Officer. Winter joined Intrepid in 2015. Prior to Intrepid, Winter served at Octagon Aviation, AWAS and GECAS. He began his career with McDonnell Douglas in 1985.
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation [CARNEGIE, Pa.] (NYSE: AP) announced that John S. Stanik will retire as Chief Executive Officer sometime in the middle of 2018.
SIRVA, Inc. [OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill.] announced that Wes Lucas has decided to transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Lucas will continue to serve on SIRVA’s Board of Directors while Tom Oberdorf, SIRVA’s current CFO, will succeed Lucas as CEO. Tom Oberdorf has served as CFO of the company since 2011. From 2008 to 2010, Oberdorf was CFO of Infogroup. From 2006 through 2008, Oberdorf was CFO of Getty Images.
Atlas Research [Washington, DC] announced Robin Portman as new President and Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Ryung Suh and Mark Chichester. Portman comes to Atlas from Georgetown University, where she served as director of the Strategic Innovation Group and as an adjunct professor in the School of Nursing and Health Studies. Prior to Georgetown, she served as executive vice president and chief growth officer at Booz Allen Hamilton.
InGeneron, Inc. [HOUSTON & MUNICH] announced that Angelo Moesslang, former Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Medical Care North America, has joined InGeneron and will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining InGeneron, Angelo Moesslang was CFO of Fresenius Medical Care North America Holdings, Inc. Earlier roles in his career include CFO for Fresenius Medical Care Europe, Africa, Middle East & Latin America, Vice President for Business Development for Fresenius Medical Care Asia Pacific, and Head of Investor Relations for Fresenius Medical Care.
Rocky Mountain Ayre, Inc. [DOVER, DE] (OTC PINK: RMTN) announced that Gregory Sullivan has joined the Board of Directors of the Company and has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Timothy Ayre, who will remain as President and Chief Financial Officer. Sullivan was the managing partner for the last decade of Sullivan Rajan LLC.
Secure64 [GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.] announced that Thad Dupper has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will join the company’s Board of Directors. Joe Gersch, the former CEO, has retired from the company. Most recently, Dupper was Chairman and CEO of Evolving Systems. Prior to that, Dupper held leadership positions at Terabeam; Expand Beyond, and Teradata, where he was an early member of the management team.
Sidewinder Drilling LLC [HOUSTON] announced the retirement of Jon C. Cole as Chief Executive Officer and the promotion of J. Anthony Gallegos to Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Cole will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Prior to this promotion, for the past three years, Gallegos served as President & Chief Financial Officer. Gallegos was a founder of the Company and served as Senior Vice President & CFO. From April 2006 through September 2010, Gallegos held the position of Vice President Business Development of Scorpion Offshore. Prior to joining Scorpion Offshore, he held operational, marketing, corporate planning and management positions with Atwood Oceanics, Transocean and Ensco.
Pensa [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced the appointment of Tom Joyce as Pensa’s Chief Executive Officer. He was a former senior executive of Dell, Hewlett-Packard and EMC. Before joining Pensa as CEO, Tom Joyce previously served as Global General Manager of the Quest Software business unit of Dell Inc. He also held multiple leadership positions at HP, including SVP of Corporate Development and SVP and GM of Converged Systems. In addition, Joyce worked in several roles at EMC including Senior Director of Corporate Development.
Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts [HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.] announced the appointment of Tracy Lorenz as president and chief executive officer. For the past six years, Tracy has served as the president of Western International University. She served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Western International University prior to her promotion to president. She has also held a variety of key executive roles at Career Education Corporation. Prior to her tenure in higher education, Lorenz held positions at McDonald’s International and KPMG Peat Marwick in finance and accounting.
DigitalGlobe, Inc. [WESTMINSTER, Colo.] (NYSE: DGI) announced Jeffrey R. Tarr as President and Chief Executive Officer. Following the successful closing of its merger with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. resulting in the formation of Maxar Technologies, Tarr will serve as an advisor to Maxar Technologies through at least January 2018 to ensure a seamless transition.
Solace Power [DENVER, CO] announced that it has appointed Michael Gotlieb Chief Executive Officer. Michael Gotlieb joins Solace from NuCurrent. Gotlieb has served in several strategic leadership roles including Motorola and its IPO spin out, Freescale Semiconductor.
Lean Enterprise Institute [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Eric Buehrens as its new CEO. Buehrens served as COO and Interim CEO at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and at Reliant Medical Group as COO. Dimension Data [LONDON & NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Ross Wainwright as Chief Executive Officer of Dimension Data in the Americas. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Ross was SAP’s Chief Customer Officer for its S/4HANA Cloud business unit. Before this, he was Global Head of Financial Services and Global Head of Financial Services. Ross also served as Chief Operating Officer for SAP North America, and Executive Vice President of Services for North America. He also held senior leadership positions within SAP’s License team and in Services Sales. Before joining SAP in 2002, Ross served in a number of senior sales management positions at Parametric Technology Corporation.
BDO USA [CHICAGO & BRUSSELS] announced that Albert Lopez has been named CEO of the Americas region of BDO International, Ltd. Lopez succeeds Keith Farlinger, who was previously announced as the new CEO of the BDO network. Albert Lopez has been the Southeast Regional Managing Partner for Assurance Services at BDO USA since 2005 and previously served as the managing partner of the Assurance practice for the firm’s Miami office. Albert has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and as an international consulting partner to Latin America, serving as the head of BDO USA’s Latin America/Caribbean desk for the past five years.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) [PHOENIX] has named Pam Kehaly president and CEO. Kehaly has been serving as president of Anthem Inc.’s West Region. Kehaly fills the position after the July 2017 retirement of former president and CEO Richard L. Boals. During her 25-plus years at Anthem, Kehaly has held various senior-level positions. Kehaly will officially assume the helm as BCBSAZ president and CEO this November.
Impel NeuroPharma, Inc. [SEATTLE] announced the appointment of Jon Congleton as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently he was President and CEO of Nivalis Therapeutics.
Arcserve, LLC [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the appointment of Tom Signorello as its new CEO. Dave Hansen, who had been serving as interim CEO, will remain chairman of the board at Arcserve. Signorello has served as CEO of OnX Enterprise Solutions senior vice president and managing director, North America, for Diebold Inc., and vice president of global managed services, North America, at Unisys.
Vizient, Inc. [IRVING, Texas] announced that Curt Nonomaque, president and CEO, plans to retire but will remain in his current role with the company through March 31, 2018. Byron Jobe, Vizient’s current president, chief administrative and financial officer, has been named president and CEO of the company, effective April 1, 2018. Jobe began his career at the company in 1994. Jobe left the organization in 1999, returning in 2007. Jobe’s broad and diverse experience includes positions with PwC, Baylor Scott & White Health and Healthvision.
Jacada [ATLANTA and HERZLIYA, Israel] announced the appointment of Yochai Rozenblat, as the new CEO of the company, replacing Guy Yair who is leaving the company. Rozenblat will assume his role on November 1st, 2017. Prior to joining Jacada, Rozenblat served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Ctera Networks. Before that, Rozenblat held diverse senior executive positions at NICE, including President of the Enterprise unit. Previously, Rozenblat also served as CEO and President of NICE Americas. Before joining NICE, Rozenblat held a number of positions at Amdocs and Orbotech.
Gentherm Incorporated [NORTHVILLE, Mich.] (NASDAQ-GS: THRM) has selected Phillip Eyler as the organization’s next President and Chief Executive Officer. Eyler will also join the Gentherm Board of Directors. Since 2015, Eyler has served as President of the Connected Car division at Harman. Prior to his current role, Eyler was Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Harman’s Global Automotive Audio.
Renovate America [SAN DIEGO] founding CEO has named Roy Guthrie to succeed JP McNeill as CEO. McNeill will become Vice Chair of the company’s Board of Directors. Roy also serves on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Synchrony Financial, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Inc., and OneMain Holdings, Inc. He previously served as chairman of the board of LifeLock and as a board member of Discover Bank. At Discover Financial Services, Inc., Roy served as CFO and EVP from 2005 through 2011. Prior, he served as President and CEO of various businesses of Citigroup Inc., including CitiFinancial International from 2000 to 2004 and CitiCapital from 2000 to 2001. He also served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Associates First Capital Corporation.
Azzur Group [HATBORO, PA] announced that Anthony López will join the company as CEO and Managing Director. Tony comes to Azzur from Ansell Healthcare, where he served as President and General Manager for Medical Solutions Global Business Unit. He has held executive leadership positions over the past 30 years including SVP & GM for CareFusion Respiratory Systems, Vice President at DePuy, Johnson & Johnson, and Marketing Director and Business Unit Manager at ETHICON, J&J. He began his professional career as an Air Force Officer.
World Wildlife Fund Canada [TORONTO] announced the departure of David Miller.
JEGS Automotive, Inc. [DELAWARE, Ohio] announced Jeffrey R. Hennion as its new Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Hennion was EVP, Chief Marketing & e-Commerce Officer of GNC Holdings, Inc. Hennion has served for 10 years at Dick’s Sporting Goods in a variety of roles including EVP, Chief Marketing & e-Commerce Officer and other positions leading marketing, e-commerce, finance and strategic planning. He was President & CFO of Branding Brand and spend 11 years at Alcoa in a variety of leadership roles in finance and treasury, including Assistant Treasurer of the company leading Alcoa’s global banking and trading operations. Hennion has been a member of the Board of Directors of Briggs & Stratton Corp. since 2015.
Radixx International [ORLANDO, Fla.] announced that it has appointed John Elieson as President & CEO. Ron Peri, Radixx’s Founder and former CEO, will continue to serve as Chairman of Radixx’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Radixx, Elieson served as Senior Vice President of Global Accounts and Traveler Experience for Sabre Travel Network. He spent nearly three decades with Sabre and its former parent company, American Airlines.
CynergisTek, Inc. [AUSTIN, Texas] (NYSE: CTEK) announced that it has appointed Mac McMillan as CEO. McMillan has served as the Company’s President and Chief Strategy Officer and on the Company’s Board of Directors since January 2017 and will continue to serve in this capacity. Joe Flynn resigned as CEO and will step down from the Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2017. McMillan is one of the Co-Founders of CynergisTek and served as its CEO until acquisition by Auxilio, Inc, where he has since served as the new company’s President and Chief Strategy Officer. McMillan served as the Senior Security Official for two separate Defense Agencies, and sat on numerous interagency intelligence and security countermeasures committees while serving in the U.S. government.
Intellicheck, Inc. [JERICHO, N.Y.] (NYSE AMERICAN: IDN) appointed current Chief Financial Officer Bill White to the position of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. White is replacing William Roof. White, who has served as Intellicheck’s CFO for more than five years.
Amaryllis [WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.] announced Mark A. Bishopp as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mark joins Amaryllis from Bank of America Merchant Services where he was an SVP holding the title of Aggregation-ISO Program Director. He has served in multiple senior executive roles prior to Bank of America Merchant Services, including: SVP Business Development & Direct Partner Sales at Vantiv as well as CIO & SVP of Strategic Relationships at 2Checkout.com. Mark began his career in consulting at PwC and ran his own consulting firm servicing global financial institutions.
RavenQuest BioMed Inc. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (CSE: RQB) announced the appointment of Dwight Robinson. Current Chief Operating Officer, Troy Bader, will assume the role of IDQ President and CEO on Jan. 1, 2018. Bader currently serves as COO for IDQ in the U.S. and Canada. Bader joined the company in 2001. Prior to accepting the role of COO in 2011, he served in various executive leadership positions with the company.
AMGA [ALEXANDRIA, Va.] announced that it has appointed Jerry Penso to the position of president and chief executive officer, effective October 16, 2017. Penso currently serves as president, AMGA Foundation, and chief medical and quality officer, AMGA. Prior to joining AMGA, Penso served as medical director, continuum of care for Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group. Penso replaces Donald W. Fisher, who passed away in March 2017. Ryan O’Connor, AMGA’s vice president, membership and marketing, has served as interim president and CEO, since June 2017. In addition to his work at AMGA and SRSMG, Penso has served on the Integrated Healthcare Association Board of Directors, the California Cooperative Healthcare Reporting Initiative Executive Committee, and Board of Directors of the Behavioral Diabetes Institute. Synaptive Medical [TORONTO] announced the appointment of current chairman of the board Peter Wehrly as chief executive officer. He succeeds Cameron Piron, who will continue to serve as president and assume the new role of chief strategy officer.

Metz was most recently the president and CEO of Arctic Cat from 2014 to 2017. From 2005 to 2014, he served as a managing director of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Prior to Sun Capital, Metz worked for Black & Decker from 1992 to 2005. During his tenure with the company, he was president of the Hardware and Home Improvement Group from 1999 to 2005, and held various leadership positions including president of Kwikset Corporation, president of Price Pfister, president of Baldwin Hardware, and general manager of European Professional Power Tools and Accessories. Metz serves on the board of Acushnet Holdings Corporation.
