Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) [MONTRÉAL] announced that Neil Cunningham has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Investments. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Cunningham was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Real Estate and Natural Resources at PSP Investments. The outgoing President and CEO, André Bourbonnais, advised the Board of his decision to depart PSP Investments. André will be joining BlackRock later this year to lead a new initiative within BlackRock Alternative Investors. Mr. Cunningham joined PSP Investments in June 2004 as Vice President, Real Estate Investments, and was named Senior Vice President, Global Head of Real Estate in 2015. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Cunningham held various real estate investment positions at Merrill Lynch, Brazos Advisors Canada, National Bank of Canada and Coopers & Lybrand.
Wynn Resorts [LAS VEGAS] announced that it accepted the resignation of Steve Wynn as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The board has appointed Matt Maddox, currently President of the Company, as its CEO, and Boone Wayson as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
HBC [TORONTO & NEW YORK] (TSX: HBC) announced that it has appointed Helena Foulkes as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 19, 2018. Foulkes joins HBC from CVS Health, where she served as executive vice president of CVS Health and president of CVS Pharmacy. Richard Baker, who has been acting interim CEO, will continue as Governor and Executive Chairman of HBC. Prior to joining CVS in 1992, Foulkes worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Tiffany & Co.
Napster [SEATTLE] announced that Bill Patrizio has been appointed president and chief executive officer. Patrizio was appointed interim CEO of Napster in May 2017. Patrizio served at RealNetworks as president of consumer media. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Patrizio was founder and managing director of Opaka Partners. Prior to that, he was CEO of Red Bee Media. Patrizio has also held leadership positions at Technicolor as President of Broadcast Network Services, The Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios.
InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: NVIV) announced that Richard Toselli has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of InVivo, having been appointed the company’s Acting CEO in December 2017. Dr. Toselli also has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors and will continue to serve in his capacity as InVivo’s Chief Medical Officer, which role he assumed upon joining the company in July 2017. Dr. Toselli has led an accomplished career in surgical medical affairs, with senior leadership experience at Sanofi, DePuy, and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining InVivo, Dr. Toselli served as Chief Medical Officer for Cochlear Limited.
SandRidge Energy, Inc. [OKLAHOMA CITY] (NYSE: SD) announced that James Bennett, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, departed from the Company. Bill Griffin, who currently serves as an independent director, has agreed to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
Five Star Holding Corp. [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Michael S. Ukropina as the Chief Executive Officer of the group of companies. Prior to joining Five Star, Ukropina was the Senior Vice President overseeing Graphic Packaging’s Consumer Packaging Division, served as the President of ASG-Worldwide and held a variety of management positions within International Paper’s packaging operations.
Docutech [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] has named Amy Brandt as its new chief executive officer. Brandt was formerly president and chief operating officer (COO), will continue to serve as the company’s president and will assume the CEO role from founder Ty Jenkins, now the company’s chairman. Brandt is a mortgage industry veteran who brings more than 20 years of expertise to the new role. Prior to joining Docutech last spring, she most recently served as president of originations and corporate technology at New Penn Financial. Prior to New Penn Financial, Brandt served as chief operating officer of Prospect Mortgage. In addition to her executive career, Brandt is currently a board member of Sun to Water Technologies. She is a former board member of Source Corp Inc. and a former board member and capital founder of Bluebeam Software Inc.
DiversiTech Corp. [ATLANTA] announced that it has appointed Andy Bergdoll as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2018. Mr. Bergdoll most recently served as Group Vice President of US Operations of WESCO International. Prior to WESCO, he served as President and CEO of Liberty Wire & Cable (which was acquired by WESCO in 2007). He has also held various leadership positions at Veolia Environment, US Filter, Booz Allen Hamilton, and General Electric.
UserReplay [MORRISTOWN, N.J.] announced the appointment of Ruth Peters as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ruth has rapidly risen through the ranks at UserReplay after joining as VP Marketing in March 2017 and then taking responsibility for Revenue and Operations from September 2017. Furthermore, the company announce that John Thompson, CEO of UserReplay since January 2013 will take on the role of Chairman of the Board. Peters also served as founder and Sales and Marketing leader at VYRE.
Intellicheck [JERICHO, N.Y.] (NYSE AMERICAN: IDN) announced that it has appointed Bryan Lewis as President and Chief Executive Officer effective February 21, 2018. Prior to joining Intellicheck, Lewis was Chief Operating Officer of Third Bridge, Inc. Previously, Lewis held senior leadership positions at BondDesk (sold to TradeWeb), TheMarkets.com (sold to Capital IQ), Reuters, Barra (sold to MSCI) and Bloomberg. He began his career as a bond trader.
Alterra Mountain Company [DENVER] announced the appointment of Rusty Gregory as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gregory is an investor in the company and has been a member of the Board of Directors since the company’s inception in August 2017. His career in the ski industry spans 40 years starting as a lift operator at Mammoth Mountain in California where he rose through the ranks to become an owner and the company’s Chairman and CEO for over 20 years. Bryan Traficanti, interim CEO, will return to KSL Capital Partners, LLC as Head of Asset Management and remain a board member of Alterra Mountain Company.
Alliance MMA, Inc. [NEW YORK] (Nasdaq: AMMA) announced that Robert L. Mazzeo has been appointed as the Company’s acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mazzeo has been a partner in the law firm of Mazzeo Song P.C. since 2005. Mr. Mazzeo has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Enclave Capital LLC, which he founded in 2006. Paul K. Danner III, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer, provided formal notice of his intent to pursue other career opportunities at the expiration of his employment agreement with the Company on May 1, 2018. Until that time, the Company’s expects that he will serve as a senior advisor to management and other members of the Board of Directors with the goal of effecting a smooth and orderly transition prior to his departure.
GameStop Corp. [GRAPEVINE, Texas] (NYSE: GME) announced that Michael K. Mauler has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mauler will also join GameStop’s Board of Directors. Mr. Mauler has been with the Company for more than 16 years. He previously served as Executive Vice President and President of International. Mr. Mauler has led the International division’s business and diversification initiatives since being appointed to the role in January of 2010. Prior to heading the International business, Mr. Mauler served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and International Support, and before the merger between GameStop and EB Games, served as Vice President of Logistics for Electronics Boutique. Prior to joining GameStop, Mr. Mauler held various senior management positions for Baxter Healthcare, Dade Behring and Fisher Scientific.
Adcole Corporation [MARLBOROUGH, Mass.] announced that it has appointed Jeff Walker as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff joined Adcole in 2017 as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Adcole he served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Olympus Scientific Solutions Division’s analytical instruments business unit.
Kaufman Hall [SKOKIE, Ill.] announced the appointment of R. Wesley (Wes) Champion as Chief Executive Officer of the company as of April 2, 2018. Champion will succeed Therese (Terri) Wareham, who has served as CEO since January 2012 and will continue as Managing Director, returning to full-time client work. Kaufman Hall was founded in 1985 by Ken Kaufman, Mark Hall, and Terri Wareham. Champion joined Kaufman Hall in July 2017 as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He previously held numerous executive positions in professional services and consulting. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, he was Senior Vice President with Premier, Inc.
Omnitracs, LLC [DALLAS] announced the hiring of Ray Greer as Chief Executive Officer. Greer takes over for John Graham who served as Omnitracs CEO since 2013. Greer has over 25 years of industry experience and has held senior leadership roles with Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Logistics and FedEx. Most recently he served as President of BNSF Logistics.
Albany International Corp. [ROCHESTER, N.H.] (NYSE: AIN) announced it has appointed Olivier Jarrault as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board to succeed Joseph G. Morone, effective March 2. Mr. Jarrault is a 14-year veteran of Alcoa, where his career culminated in his appointment in 2011 as Executive Vice President and Group President of Alcoa Engineered Products and Solutions (EPS). Prior to being named Group President of EPS, he served in a number of senior management positions at Alcoa – including as Chief Operating Officer of EPS in 2010 and President of Alcoa Fastening Systems from 2003 to 2009 – as well as at Fairchild Fasteners and LISI Aerospace.
Performance Health [WARRENVILLE, Ill.] announced that it has appointed Jeff George as its Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Mike Orscheln. Most recently, Mr. George served on the Novartis Group Executive Committee from 2008 to 2016, first as the divisional CEO of Sandoz, and then as the divisional CEO of Alcon. Prior to this, he was Head of Emerging Markets at Novartis Pharmaceuticals for the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and CIS, after serving as Vice President and Head of Western & Eastern Europe for Novartis Vaccines. Before joining Novartis, Mr. George was Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Gap Inc., and prior to that he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco. He serves on the Board of Directors of Roam Analytics.
Questco [CONROE, Texas] announced that Jason Randall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will be appointed to Questco’s board of directors. Mr. Randall was previously Managing Director at Insperity. Mr. Randall succeeds Timothy Pratte, who is leaving to pursue other professional opportunities after several years in senior leadership roles at Questco. Prior to Insperity, Mr. Randall served as Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Holdings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Randall held positions at Maritz Holdings, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte & Touche and Goldman Sachs.
Cancer Genetics, Inc. [RUTHERFORD, N.J.] (NASDAQ: CGIX) announced that Panna Sharma will be stepping down as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. The Company’s Board has appointed John A. (Jay) Roberts, currently the Chief Operating Officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Jay has been a member of the management team at Cancer Genetics since July 2016 as Chief Operating Officer.
ACA International [MINNEAPOLIS] the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals announced the appointment of Mark Neeb as CEO. Neeb brings to the association nearly 40 years of corporate strategy experience including 28 years specifically working in the credit and collection industry. He is intimately familiar with ACA International having been a member for many years and serving on the ACA Executive Committee and as ACA President from 2011 to 2012. Neeb currently serves as the President and CEO of neebEDU. Previously, Neeb served as the President and CEO of The Affiliated Group (TAG).
Khorus Software LLC [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that it has selected Carolyn Jenkins as chief executive officer. Jenkins most recently served as VP of Customer Success at Iconixx Software Corporation. Jenkins takes over the CEO role from Khorus founder Joel Trammell, who last November was appointed as CEO of Black Box Network Services.
Black Knight, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, Fla.] (NYSE: BKI) announced that Anthony Jabbour will assume the role as the company’s CEO on April 1. Current CEO Tom Sanzone will become the company’s Vice Chairman of the Board and will assist with the transition. Jabbour was most recently the chief operating officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. Banking and Payments business. Since joining FIS in 2004, Jabbour held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and delivery services as a key member of the executive leadership team. Prior to joining FIS, Jabbour began his career in IBM’s Global Services group.
USA Risk Group (USARG) [BARRE, Vt.] appointed Stephen Roseman as President and CEO. Roseman has worked closely with senior management at USARG since its acquisition by Spencer Capital Holdings in 2015. Roseman brings more than two decades of experience, including: President of Spencer Capital Holdings; SVP, Calamos Advisors; Managing Member, Thesis Capital Group; and Portfolio Manager, Kern Capital Management.
Vancity Community Investment Bank (VCIB) [VANCOUVER, British Columbia and TORONTO] announced the appointment of Jay-Ann Gilfoy as its new CEO, effective March 1, 2018. Jay-Ann is joining VCIB after nearly four years in senior leadership roles at Vancity credit union, including most recently as senior vice-president of digital solutions and business technology. Jay-Ann has held leadership positions at Coast Capital Savings and the B.C. Lottery Corporation. Jay-Ann replaces VCIB acting CEO Lisa Coltart, who will be returning full-time to her role as senior vice-president of enterprise services at Vancity.
OpenSky Corp. [COLOGNE, Germany and LITTLETON, Mass.] announced that it has appointed Anish Srivastava as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Srivastava will also serve as a member of the Board of Directors for OpenSky Corporation. Prior to joining OpenSky, Anish held several leadership and executive positions at IBM, most recently as Managing Partner and Practice Leader of the North America IBM Security Services Business Unit. Earlier, he held a similar role in the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining IBM, he was with Tata Consultancy Services.
DDB Worldwide [NEW YORK], a division of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), announced the appointment of Wendy Clark as President and CEO. Clark succeeds Chuck Brymer who will assume the title of Chairman. Previously, Clark was CEO of DDB North America. Clark joined the agency in 2016, from Coca-Cola North America, where she was President, Sparkling Brands and Strategic Marketing. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Global Sparkling Brand Center, where she was responsible for the global leadership of all Coca-Cola’s Sparkling brands. Before joining Coca-Cola in 2008, she was Senior Vice President, Advertising for AT&T.
Trailer Park Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced that Zihla Salinas has been appointed CEO of Trailer Park Group and Matt Brubaker has been promoted to CEO & Creative Director of the Trailer Park Film Entertainment Division. Salinas joins from DonerLA, where she was Executive Vice President & Managing Director. Previously she held executive positions at the parent company level for MDC Partners. Brubaker joined Trailer Park 10 years ago. Prior to Trailer Park, Brubaker was a creative executive at New Line Cinema and at Warner Bros.
Doppio Group [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it has appointed William Charles Kragie to serve as CEO. Kragie replaces Erik Kiser, founder, who will be leading a new venture, Orderful. Both Erik and William will sit on Doppio’s board. Kragie has served Doppio Group since 2015 as the Director of Business Development.
Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. [COLUMBIA, Md.] (Pink Sheets: OSIR) announced that Linda Palczuk, President and Chief Executive Officer has announced her decision to resign her position to accept the position of Chief Operating Officer at Verrica Pharmaceuticals. Jason Keefer, the VP of Marketing for the Company, has been appointed as the Interim President & CEO.
