inTEST Corporation [MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.] (NYSE MKT: INTT) announced that  Robert E. Matthiessen will be retiring from his positions as President & CEO at the end of 2017. Matthiessen will continue to serve as inTEST’s Chairman of the Board. The company has appointed James Pelrin as the Company’s next President & CEO, effective January 1, 2018. Pelrin currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, and is a Director of the Company. He joined inTEST in 2001 as General Manager of Temptronic Corporation, eventually being named President of that subsidiary. In 2006, he became Corporate Vice President of inTEST’s thermal products segment.

KPS Global® (KPSG) [FORT WORTH, Texas] announced it has named Mike Eakins as Chief Executive Officer. Earlier in his career, he ran the Goodyear plant of Kysor Panel System. Since then, Mike has gone on to being a partner and customer serving as the Vice President of International with Hill Phoenix and the Vice President and General Manager of AMS, a division of Hill Phoenix.

Luna Innovations Incorporated [ROANOKE, Va.] (NASDAQ: LUNA) announced that it has appointed Scott Graeff as the company’s president and chief executive officer. Graeff, who has been serving as chief strategy officer, treasurer and secretary, replaces My Chung, who has retired from the company. Graeff will also join the board of directors. Graeff joined Luna in August 2003 and throughout his tenure, he has held various positions, including chief operating officer, chief financial officer and chief commercialization officer. Most recently, he served as the acting general manager of the Picometrix Division.

Performics [CHICAGO] has promoted Scott Shamberg, formerly U.S. President, to U.S. Chief Executive Officer. Shamberg has served as Performics U.S. President since January 2015.

CytoSen Therapeutics [ORLANDO, Fla.] announced the appointment of Jak Knowles, as CEO. Prior to joining CytoSen, Knowles served as managing director of CureDuchenne Ventures and vice president of Medical and Scientific Affairs for CureDuchenne. Prior to that, Knowles was as an investment professional in the Boston office of MPM Capital, where he worked within the BioVentures Asset Management team. He has served on the board of directors for Myotherix, RASRx, and TRiNDS, and he helped found and launch Exonics Therapeutics, serving as president and interim CEO.

Travelex [NEW YORK] has appointed James Hewitt as CEO of Travelex North America. Prior to joining Travelex, Hewitt was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in Latin America and the Caribbean at Verifone. Previously, he was with Citi for ten years and most recently as Managing Director in Citi Enterprise Payments. He was the lead relationship banker for Google Payments globally and led the launch of Google Wallet in the U.S.

Sage Payment Solutions [ATLANTA] appointed Joe Kaplan as the company’s CEO. Previously, he held positions as the founder of Superior Financial Group, president of Innovative Merchant Solutions, and president and CEO of Superior Bankcard Service. Kaplan also co-founded and served as president of Consumer Fraud Protection.

Peter Jackson

Bluescape [SAN CARLOS, Calif.] announced that Peter Jackson has been appointed as the new CEO of the company. Jackson takes over the role from Scott Poulton. Prior to joining Bluescape, Jackson was CEO and co-founder of Ziploop. Early on in his career, Jackson founded Granite Systems Inc., where he also served as president and CEO. Jackson went on to found Intraware. In addition to serving as CEO of other emerging software companies, Jackson has been an advisor and board member for Eventbrite, DocuSign, and Kanjoya.

EVOQ Medical [ATLANTA] announced Dan Collard as Chief Executive Officer. Collard joined EVOQ in February as president, having served previously as a senior leader at Studer Group and managing director at its parent company, Huron. Prior to joining Studer Group in 2004, Collard was a healthcare operator at LifePoint Health.

Bruno Lucidi

AgenTus Therapeutics, Inc. [LEXINGTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: AGEN) announced the appointment of Bruno Lucidi as CEO. Lucidi’s leadership record includes Head of Pediatric Vaccines at GSK Biologicals. Lucidi was Worldwide Vice-President Virology & Oncology at Johnson & Johnson. Lucidi was the Founding CEO of Idenix and the Chairman of Pharmasset. Lucidi also served as CEO of several companies in Europe including Karolinska Development AB, KDEV Oncology and Aprea AB. Lucidi is currently an External Expert for the European Commission and Life Sciences Expert at AWEX.

Richard Geruson

Lexmark [LEXINGTON, Ky.] announced Richard Geruson as Lexmark president and chief executive officer. Geruson will also serve on the Lexmark board of directors. He succeeds David Reeder. Geruson spent the last six years as chief executive officer and president of Phoenix Technologies. Prior to that, he was chief executive officer of Voice Signal. He also held senior vice president and vice president positions at Nokia, IBM and Toshiba, and was an executive at McKinsey & Company.

John L. Buckley

Wilbur-Ellis [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it has named John L. Buckley president and chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2018. He will succeed John P. Thacher. Thacher will transition into his new role as executive chairman of the board. Buckley comes to Wilbur-Ellis after serving as chief executive of the U.S. subsidiary of France’s Air Liquide. Prior to joining Air Liquide, Buckley held leadership positions at Rohm & Haas Co. and Dow Chemical, including serving as president of the AgroFresh and Angus Chemical businesses. John also serves on the board of Michelman Inc.

Redwood Financial, Inc. [REDWOOD FALLS, Minn.] announced that the retirement of Dean K. Toft as President and CEO of Redwood Financial, Inc. and CEO of its subsidiaries, HomeTown Bank and Community Insurance Brokerage, Inc., effective January 1, 2018. He will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Redwood Financial, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Redwood Financial, Inc. and HomeTown Bank named Timothy Grabow as President and CEO of both entities effective January 1, 2018. Grabow joined HomeTown Bank as Chief Operating Officer in 2006 and was promoted to President of HomeTown Bank in 2014. He also serves as a director of Redwood Financial, Inc. and HomeTown Bank.

Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO] (Nasdaq: FPRX) announced that it has selected Aron Knickerbocker to succeed Lewis T. Williams as President and CEO of Five Prime effective January 1, 2018. Williams will transition from the position of President, CEO and Chairman of the Board to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board at the beginning of 2018. Knickerbocker is currently Five Prime’s Chief Operating Officer, and will maintain that position until the end of 2017.  He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2013 and will continue to serve his term once CEO. Knickerbocker joined Five Prime in 2009 to lead the company’s business development efforts, eventually serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer and later COO. Prior to Five Prime, Knickerbocker served at Genentech for eight years in positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director, Business Development. Previously, Knickerbocker served as Director of Commercial Development at ALZA Corporation, and in oncology sales, marketing and corporate development roles at Amgen, and as a research scientist at BMS.

Tenet Healthcare Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: THC) announced that Trevor Fetter has stepped down from his role as chief executive officer and resigned as a director of the company. The company has appointed Ronald A. Rittenmeyer, executive chairman, to serve as interim chief executive officer.

Macarthur Minerals Limited [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: MMS) announced that Joe Phillips, has been re-appointed as Joint CEO of the Company, along with current CEO, David Taplin. Phillips was appointed as Executive Director of the Company on October 11, 2017. Joe Phillips was previously the Company’s CEO in 2015.

Gridtential Inc. [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] announced that it has appointed John Barton, former President of Global Asset Management for SunEdison, as Chief Executive Officer of Gridtential. He succeeds Christiaan Beekhuis, who stepped down as CEO.

Telestream [NEVADA CITY, Calif.] announced that its CEO and one of the company’s original founders, Dan Castles, is retiring. Ex-Cisco executive Scott Puopolo will take over the position. Prior to joining the company, Puopolo was Executive Vice President at iconectiv. Additionally, he brings almost a decade of leadership experience working at Cisco Systems. Prior to Cisco, Puopolo spent 14 years at Accenture.

Brand Networks [BOSTON, MA] announced that it has appointed Dave Fall to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Brand Networks, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Tapad. Before that, Fall spent more than 10 years in strategic roles at DoubleClick and Google.

Paranotek [LOS ANGELES] (OTC: WRFX) announced that Mick Davis has been appointed as the new CEO. After 9-11, Davis returned to part-time military service and concluded his Intelligence Community career after a 3-year tour as a Senior Advisor at USCYBERCOM and with the Defense Intelligence. Davis’ recent experience includes Chief of Asymmetric Engagements at Celsus Advisory Group and Senior Security Researcher at Cyber Fidelis, Inc. Davis has also served as a Director to the Board of the American Cable Television Association.

Flatirons Solutions, Inc. (FSI) [IRVINE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Jean-Daniel Sillion as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. For more than 8 years, Silion has been the architect of the Flatirons Jouve solution strategy. He most recently served as Chief Solution Officer for Flatirons Jouve.

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) [WASHINGTON] announced that TMCF Board member and current President of Delaware State University, Harry L. Williams, was named TMCF’s new President & CEO, starting February 2018. He succeeds Johnny C. Taylor, current President & CEO.

LinkSPINE™ [COLUMBIA, Md.] has promoted Dennis Farrell to President and Chief Executive Officer. Farrell has been with LinkSPINE since 2011, serving as President since 2015.

Xceligent [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] announced that Jody Vanarsdale, Xceligent’s Chief Operating Officer, will take on the role of Acting CEO. Doug Curry, Xceligent’s founder, will step down.

comScore, Inc. [RESTON, Va.] (OTC: SCOR) announced that Gian Fulgoni, its Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, intends to retire as CEO on January 31, 2018.  Following his retirement, Fulgoni will take on an advisory Chairman Emeritus role and will also provide advisory services through January 31, 2019.

Mike Geiger

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) [ARLINGTON, Va.] announced that it has named Mike Geiger as its new president and chief executive officer. Geiger succeeds Jason Lee, who has served as interim president and CEO for the past 17 months. Geiger previously served for seven years as executive director and chief operating officer of the Chief Executives Organization, Inc. (CEO). Prior to his time at CEO, Geiger spent seven years as the chief financial officer at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and then six years as the vice president and chief financial officer of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Geiger has also held chief financial officer and director of finance positions in the hospital/medical provider industry. Geiger is a current board member and chair of the Finance and Investment Committee of the Romanian American Foundation.

PacketSled, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] named John Keister as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Fred Wilmot, who has served as CTO since June 2016 and as interim CEO since November 2016, will remain as CTO. Keister has previous experience as a co-founder, president and chief operating officer at Go2Net and Marchex. Keister will also join the PacketSled board of directors.

Clarion Safety Systems [MILFORD, PA.] welcomed its new chief executive officer, Ron Crawford. Geoffrey Peckham, who founded Clarion in 1990 and has since served as its CEO, will assume the chairmanship of its board of directors. Crawford brings roughly 25 years of leadership experience to Clarion, most recently serving as vice president of marketing for Dräger.

American Premium Water Corporation [PLAYA VISTA, Calif.] (OTC: HIPH) has announced that Ryan Fishoff has been named CEO of the company. Fishoff has been the Managing Partner of Gents since 2016. Prior to that, he worked for CoBe Capital. He started his career as an analyst with Liz Claiborne.

Amit Hammer

Neura [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] announced it has appointed Amit Hammer as chief executive officer. Gilad Meiri, co-founder and previous CEO, will continue to serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to this change, Hammer served as Neura’s chief operating officer. He served at Texas Instruments Inc.

Doug O’Brien

The National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA CLUSA) [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Doug O’Brien as NCBA CLUSA’s next president and chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2018. He will be replacing Judy Ziewacz, who will retire on December 31, 2017. O’Brien joined NCBA CLUSA as the Executive Vice President for Programs. Prior to joining NCBA CLUSA in 2016, O’Brien served as Senior Advisor for Rural Affairs on the White House Domestic Policy Council. O’Brien also served as Acting Under Secretary of Rural Development at the United States Department of Agriculture. O’Brien has also served as Senior Advisor to governors, Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Counsel on the U.S. Senate Agricultural Committee and as Chair of the Rural Working Group of the Organization for Economic and Cooperative Development.

Kyle Hicok

Revint Solutions [CHICAGO] announced Kyle Hicok as the Chief Executive Officer. Kyle’s experience includes leadership roles at Stockamp & Associates/Huron Consulting Group, Surgical Care Affiliates, MedeAnalytics, and most recently at Optum360 as a Senior Leader in the revenue management outsourcing business.

Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: TTS) announced that Chris Homeister has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Robert Rucker, who founded the Company and served as its CEO for many years, and is a current member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has been named interim CEO.

Charles Blankenship

Arconic Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: ARNC) announced it has appointed Charles Blankenship as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Arconic Board of Directors, effective January 15, 2018. Blankenship previously led GE Aviation’s Commercial Engines Operation. Blankenship began his career with GE in 1992. Blankenship’s GE career culminated in his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Appliances in December 2011. Blankenship serves on the board of the National Association of Manufacturing. David Hess, who has served as Arconic’s Interim CEO, will continue to serve on the Board after the transition.

Perricone MD [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Chief Executive Officer Ron Fugate. Most recently, Ron served as CEO of Renew Life. Prior to Renew Life, Ron was hired by Catterton in 2013 to serve as the President of YoCrunch. From 2006 to 2012, Ron served as the CEO of Alacer.

Incedo [SANTA CLARA, California] announced that Nitin Seth will join the company as Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder and former CEO, Tejinderpal Miglani, will transition to be President. Previously, Seth was the Chief Operating Officer of Flipkart. Prior to that he was Managing Director and Country Head for India at Fidelity International. He was Director of McKinsey’s Global Knowledge Centre as well.

Patterson Companies, Inc. [ST. PAUL, Minn.] (NASDAQ: PDCO) named Mark Walchirk President and Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed James Wiltz, who will remain on the Patterson Board. Walchirk will also become a member of the Board. Walchirk served as President of U.S. Pharmaceutical at McKesson Corporation since October 2012. Walchirk joined McKesson in April 2001 and held various leadership positions, including President of McKesson Specialty Care Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical. Before joining McKesson, he spent 13 years with Baxter Healthcare, Allegiance Healthcare and Encompass Group, holding various leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations and business development.

Whiting Petroleum Corporation [DENVER] (NYSE: WLL) announced that Bradley J. Holly has been named President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He succeeds James J. Volker, who retired. Holly previously served as Executive Vice President, U.S. Onshore Exploration and Production for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President in May 2017, he served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Onshore Exploration and Production at Anadarko from September 2016. He was previously Senior Vice President, Operations for Anadarko’s Rocky Mountain Region from May 2013 to September 2016, and Vice President, Operations for the Southern and Appalachia Region from July 2012 to May 2013. Holly also previously served as General Manager of Anadarko’s Greater Natural Buttes area in eastern Utah and the Maverick Basin, which included the Eagleford Shale development in southern Texas, and Reserves and Planning Manager for the Southern and Appalachia Region. He joined Anadarko in 1997 as a reservoir engineer and development supervisor. Holly began his career in 1994 with Amoco. He served as the past Chairman of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association in 2016.

MNS Group LLC [ROSWELL, Ga.] announced that Thomas Eaton has joined the Company as its Chief Executive Officer. He has held sales executive positions at Lucent Technologies, Commnet Supply, Telmar Network Technology and Cisco Systems.

Essendant Inc. [DEERFIELD, Ill.] (NASDAQ: ESND) announced that it has elected Richard D. Phillips, President and Chief Executive Officer. Phillips, who had been serving as interim president and CEO since June 2017, will join the Board of Directors and the Board’s Executive Committee. Phillips joined Essendant in January 2013 as President of Online and New Channels. He subsequently served as President, ORS Nasco, beginning in November 2015, and he was named Group President of Industrial in August 2016. Phillips was named Interim President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2017. Prior to joining Essendant, Phillips spent 14 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was elected Partner in 2005. He previously spent six years at Baxter Healthcare in various finance and sales roles.

Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. [TULSA, Okla.] (NYSE: MPO) announced that it has appointed David J. Sambrooks as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board. Sambrooks succeeds the Company’s current President and Chief Executive Officer, Jake Brace, who will continue to serve on the Company’s Board. Most recently, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Sabine Oil & Gas, LLC from 2007 to 2016. Sambrooks previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Southern Division for Devon Energy Corporation as well as Vice President and General Manager of Devon’s International Division from 2001 to 2007. Prior to Devon, Sambrooks’ career included key leadership and technical roles with Santa Fe Energy Resources, Oryx Energy and Sun Oil Company.

Glenn Silbert

Vetta, LLC [WEBBERVILLE, MICH.] has named Glenn Silbert as Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his 25-year career, Silbert has held roles in all areas of consumer products—from merchandising, sourcing, marketing, operations and strategic planning—with Gap, Macy’s, Foot Locker and Carter’s. Glenn has spent the last six years in various leadership roles at Under Armour, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Product and Global Brand Licensing.

Brain Health Therapeutics, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Nick Poulios as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Poulios was VP of Market Access, Strategic Pricing & Reimbursement for Elan Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, Poulios was Head of Medical Outcomes Reimbursement & Economics at Roche Molecular Diagnostics. He has had similar positions at Roche Pharma, Baxter Bioscience and Gen-Prob Molecular Diagnostics.

Artemis Therapeutics, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: ATMS) announced the appointment of Brian M. Culley as its Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Culley served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Mast Therapeutics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Orphagen Pharmaceuticals. Culley’s earlier experience includes operational roles in business development for Immusol, technology transfer for the University of California San Diego, and as a research scientist for Neurocrine Biosciences.

United Rheumatology [HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.] has announced the appointment of Jon Glaudemans to Chief Executive Officer. Before joining United Rheumatology, Glaudemans was Managing Director of Manatt Health. Prior to that position, Glaudemans served as Chief Advocacy and Communications Officer at Ascension Health, Inc. Glaudemans has also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Avalere Health LLC, Managing Director of Public Strategies, Inc., and Transition Coordinator to the then-incoming Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In addition, Glaudemans played an advisory and Board role with CareCore National.

Analytical Lab Group (ALG) [EAGAN, Minn.] has appointed Alan Roth as Chief Executive Officer. Roth previously served as COO and CFO of ALG portfolio companies.

Curtis J. Myers

Fulton Financial Corporation [LANCASTER, Pa.] (NASDAQ: FULT) announced the retirement of Craig A. Roda as Senior Executive Vice President of Community Banking for Fulton Financial and Chairman and CEO of Fulton Bank, effective May 1, 2018. Curtis J. Myers will become Chairman, President and CEO of Fulton Bank. Myers currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President for Fulton Financial and is President and COO of Fulton Bank. Myers has been with Fulton since 1990.

Dealnet Capital Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: DLS) announced that Michael Hilmer has resigned as CEO and director of the Company. Brent Houlden has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer. Houlden has served as a director of the Company since 2015. For more than 20 years, Houlden was a senior partner with Deloitte.
