Acushnet Holdings Corp. [FAIRHAVEN, Mass.] (NYSE: GOLF) announced that Wally Uihlein, President and Chief Executive Officer, has notified the company of his plan to retire, effective January 1, 2018. Uihlein will remain on the Acushnet Board of Directors. David Maher, current Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed to succeed Uihlein as President and CEO. Prior to that, Maher was Senior Vice President, Titleist Worldwide Sales and Global Operations from February 2016 to June 2016 and Vice President, Titleist U.S. Sales from 2001 to January 2016.
Lannett Company, Inc. [PHILADELPHIA] (NYSE: LCI) announced that Arthur Bedrosian will step down once a new CEO is appointed.
Lender Price [PASADENA, Calif.] announced that it has named Jerry Halbrook as its CEO. Jerry Halbrook’s nearly 35 years of financial services industry experience includes most recently serving as president of the Origination Technology and Enterprise Business Intelligence divisions of Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. Prior to Black Knight, he has held numerous executive level positions at Prudential Home Mortgage, Bank of America, CitiMortgage, Nexstar Financial and Deloitte & Touche.
Vium [SAN MATEO, Calif.] has appointed Wendel Barr as Chief Executive Officer. Barr joins Vium from the clinical contract research organization SynteractHCR, where he served as CEO and board member for more than six years. Prior to SynteractHCR, Barr was at global CRO Covance for 10 years, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for the last three years of his tenure. Barr succeeds Vium Co-founder Timothy L. Robertson who will remain at Vium in a consulting role.
Gopher Protocol Inc. [SAN DIEGO, CA] (OTCQB: GOPH) announced that Gregory Bauer will be the new CEO of Gopher Protocol and shareholder.
Cree, Inc. [DURHAM, N.C.] (NASDAQ: CREE) announced the appointment of Gregg Lowe as president and chief executive officer and to the board of directors of Cree. Lowe succeeds Chuck Swoboda. From 2012 through 2015, Lowe served as president and CEO of Freescale Semiconductor. Prior to that, he served at Texas Instruments for 28 years, most recently serving as senior vice president and leader. Lowe also holds numerous board positions including Silicon Labs in Austin, Texas; Baylor Healthcare System in Dallas, Texas.
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust [TORONTO] (TSX: GRT.UN / NYSE: GRP.U) announced that Michael Forsayeth, Chief Executive Officer, has decided to retire from Granite. He will remain in his role as Chief Executive Officer until a successor is appointed.
ID Experts [PORTLAND, Ore.] announced that Thomas F. Kelly has joined the company as president and CEO. He was most recently CEO of AccelOps. Prior to AccelOps, Kelly served as president and CEO at various technology companies, including Moxie Software Epicor and Blaze Software. Earlier in his career, he was a senior executive at Cirrus Logic and Cadence Design Systems. He is currently a board member at Fabrinet.
sbe [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Daniel del Olmo as CEO of Disruptive Restaurant Group and Umami Burger. Daniel joins sbe from DineEquity International, where he was President. Prior to DineEquity, Daniel held various executive roles at Wyndham Worldwide including BrandSenior Vice President of TRYP by Wyndham and Chief Performance Officer. Prior to Wyndham, he held various roles at Amadeus Global Travel Distribution and Melia Hotels International.
Injured Workers’ Pharmacy, LLC [ANDOVER, Mass.] announced the appointment of Michael Gavin as President and Chief Executive Officer. Michael has been the President of PRIUM for the past seven years. Prior to PRIUM, he was a Senior Manager with Kurt Salmon Associates. Before joining KSA, he served as the Vice President of Operations for MDdatacor, Inc.
HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division [HOUSTON] has named Naman Mahajan chief executive officer. Previously, he was chief operating officer and interim CEO of the facility. Before joining Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, he served as the CEO for Select Specialty Hospital Houston Heights. His career also includes positions at the Harris County Hospital District, Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, and Memorial Hermann Memorial City.
Triad Retail Media [ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.] announced Sherry Smith as its new Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Roger Berdusco, who is leaving the company. Smith most recently served as Triad’s Global Chief Customer Officer. She has delivered expertise to and built global client partnerships with some retailers including Walmart.com, Sam’s Club, CVS, Dollar General, Kohl’s and more.
ApTask [EDISON, N.J.] announced that Eddie Bright Jr. has been promoted as Chief Executive Officer. Eddie has provided thought leadership and services across several verticals during his 20-year career including Fiserv, Commercial/Retail, Life Sciences, Government and Manufacturing.
BlackBag Technologies [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Ken Basore as Chief Executive Officer. Previous Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, Ben Charnota, will remain with the company in the role of Chief Customer Officer. Prior to joining BlackBag Technologies, Basore was Senior Vice President of Product Engineering for Guidance Software.
Aetion [NEW YORK] appointed Carolyn Magill as CEO. Magill previously served in senior leadership roles such as CEO of Remedy Partners, senior executive at Evolent Health, UnitedHealth Group’s vice president of Medicare Special Needs Plans and COO for UHG Medicaid health plan.
Phoenix Audio Technologies [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that it has chosen Jacob Marash as the new Chief Executive Officer. Jacob Marash will succeed Joseph Marash. Marash moves into the position after more than nine years at Phoenix Audio, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer.
Kohl’s [MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.] (NYSE: KSS) announced Kevin Mansell, Kohl’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President will retire in May 2018. Michelle Gass will assume the CEO role at that time. Gass joined Kohl’s in 2013 as Chief Customer Officer. In 2015, her role expanded to Chief Merchandising and Customer Officer. Prior to joining Kohl’s, Gass spent nearly 17 years at Starbucks where she held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, she served as president, Starbucks EMEA. Prior to Starbucks, Gass began her career with Procter & Gamble.
Intellinetics, Inc. [COLUMBUS, OH] (OTCQB: INLX) announced that it has appointed James F. DeSocio as President & Chief Executive Officer. DeSocio was also appointed to the Board of Directors of Intellinetics. Matthew L. Chretien, the former President and Chief Executive Officer assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer and retains his roles as Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Intellinetics’ Board. Most recently, DeSocio was Chief Revenue Officer at Relayware. Before Relayware, DeSocio served in executive leadership positions at XRS Corp., Antenna Software, and Lawson Software.
Crowe Horwath International [NEW YORK] announced that David Mellor, former Chief Executive of Crowe Clark Whitehill, has been elected as Crowe Horwath’s new chief executive officer. He will succeed Kevin McGrath, who will retire on 31 March 2018. Until recently, Mellor was Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP’s chief executive, the UK member firm of Crowe Horwath International. He has served on the Crowe Horwath International board of directors for four years.
Motion Picture Laboratories [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Richard Berger as President & Chief Executive Officer. Berger brings over 20 years of experience in digital innovation, with more than a decade leading new media and technology efforts at Sony Pictures Entertainment, most recently as SVP of Worldwide Digital Strategy & Advanced Platforms.
Equifax Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE: EFX) announced that Richard Smith will retire as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Paulino do Rego Barros has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Smith. Paulino Barros most recently led the company’s Asia-Pacific business and Veda. Previously, Barros led the company’s U.S. Information Solutions business. Prior to that, he led the company’s International Business unit. Prior to Equifax, Barros founded and served as president of PB&C – Global Investments, LLC and previously served in several executive positions at BellSouth Corporation and AT&T, including president of Global Operations for AT&T. His previous experience includes executive and managerial roles at Motorola, Inc., The NutraSweet Company and Monsanto Company.
Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. [WESTERLY, R.I.] (NASDAQ: WASH) announced Joseph J. MarcAurele will retire as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective March 2, 2018. MarcAurele will continue to serve as a member of Washington Trust’s Board of Directors. Edward O. Handy who currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed MarcAurele as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank.
PSM Holdings, Inc. [MURRIETA, Calif.] (OTCQB: PSMH) announced that Tricia M. Bailey has accepted the position of President and CEO. In her more than 25 years in the mortgage lending industry she has held executive positions with PRMG, GE Credit, BrooksAmerica Mortgage and most recently was Senior Vice President of Residential Mortgage Lending Operations with Banc of California’s Banc Home Loans division. Tricia will also serve as a Director on both the PSM Holdings and PSM Board of Directors.
RISI [BOSTON] has announced the appointment of Daniel Klein as Chief Executive Officer of the company and sister company FOEX Indexes Ltd. Prior to joining RISI and FOEX, Klein spent fifteen years at Forrester Research, Inc. and has held roles in business development, product management, strategy, and consulting.
The New Jersey Hospital Association [PRINCETON, N.J.] announced Cathleen Bennett as the next president and CEO of the Princeton-based trade organization, effective November 9, 2017. She will succeed Betsy Ryan. She was named commissioner of the N.J. Department of Health. Prior to that, she served as the Department’s chief information officer.
CPI Card Group [LITTLETON, Colo.] (NASDAQ: PMTS, TSX: PMTS) announced the appointment of Scott Scheirman as President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Steve Montross. Montross will continue in an advisory capacity through June 30, 2018. Scheirman has served as a member of CPI Card Group’s Board of Directors since October 2016 and will continue to serve on the board. Scheirman brings over 20 years of executive global business leadership experience with leading organizations including First Data Corporation in a variety of executive leadership roles and Western Union as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Union for seven years. Prior to First Data Corporation, Scheirman spent seven years at Ernst & Young.
Alliance Physical Therapy Partners (Alliance PT) [NEW YORK] has appointed Mark Andrzejewski as its Chief Executive Officer. Andrzejewski joins Alliance PT from Minimally Invasive Surgical Institute, where he was President and Chief Operations Officer. Earlier in his career, he worked for Laser Spine Institute as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Board Secretary for eight years. He also served as Corporate Controller at Consolidated Bedding, Inc. and as a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
ProfitKey International [SALEM, N.H.] announced the appointment of Randy Keith, as CEO and president. He began his career in 1981 with Management Science America. Schneider brings more than 30 years of leadership experience as president or CEO at major retailers and fashion manufacturing companies. She has served as president and CEO at American Apparel and Delta Galil Premium Brands, as president at Warnaco Swimwear Group and in strategic advisory roles at the private equity firm, The Gores Group.
ACETO Corporation [PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: ACET) announced that it has appointed William C. Kennally, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Salvatore Guccione, ACETO’s Chief Executive Officer has stepped down from all positions with Aceto. Kennally started his career in 1979 with The Upjohn Company. During his career, Bill held positions of increasing responsibility within Pfizer and Pharmacia including President, Greenstone, LLC. In 2010, Bill became Regional President North America; Global Established Products for Pfizer, and was Regional President North America Advisor, Global Established Pharma with Pfizer.
j2 Global, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (NASDAQ: JCOM) announced that it has selected Vivek Shah to succeed Nehemia Zucker as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018. For the past five years, Shah has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ziff Davis, LLC, j2’s digital media business. From 1995 to 2009, Shah held various management positions at Time, Inc., including Group President, Digital.
PaperWorks Industries, Inc. [BALA CYNWYD, Pa.] announced that C. Anderson Bolton has joined the company as president and chief executive officer. Most recently, Bolton was president of Crown, Cork & Seal’s Aerosols, Closures & Specialty Packaging North American divisions. Prior to Crown, Bolton was a vice president/general manager for Amcor. For 15 years prior to that, Bolton held multiple senior leadership positions with the Bemis Company, Alcan and Pechiney.

Chevron Corporation [SAN RAMON, Calif.] (NYSE: CVX) announced that it has elected Michael K. Wirth as chairman of the board and chief executive officer, effective February 1, 2018. Wirth, who is currently vice chairman of the board and executive vice president of Midstream and Development, succeeds John S. Watson, who will retire from the company and its board on February 1, 2018. Wirth joined Chevron in 1982 as a design engineer. He is also executive vice president of Midstream and Development, a position he has held since 2016. Previously, he was executive vice president of Downstream & Chemicals for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he served as president of Global Supply and Trading and president of Marketing for Chevron’s Asia/Middle East/Africa business.
Kellogg Company [BATTLE CREEK, Mich.] (NYSE: K) announced that it has elected Steven A. Cahillane as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective March 15, 2018. He succeeds current CEO John A. Bryant who has decided to retire. Cahillane most recently served as President and CEO of The Nature’s Bounty Co. Prior to this, Cahillane spent seven years with The Coca-Cola Co., most recently serving as President of Coca-Cola Americas. Other roles there included President and CEO of the Coca-Cola Refreshments business, President of Coca-Cola Enterprises in North America and President of Coca-Cola Enterprises in Europe. Cahillane previously spent eight years with AB lnBev in various senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer. His tenure with the company also included serving as CEO for the company’s lnterbrew U.K. and Labatt USA subsidiaries.
MaRS Discovery District [TORONTO] has announced that Yung Wu will be the new CEO. Wu is chairman of NFQ Ventures and has a track record of founding, scaling and actively backing several groundbreaking startups, including: Castek Software, Fuse Powered, and Antibe Therapeutics.
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. [CLINTON, CONNECTICUT] accepted the resignation of Eric W. Thornburg as Chairman, President and CEO of the Company, and appointed David C. Benoit to serve as the Interim President and CEO of the Company, its Connecticut operating subsidiaries, and CEO of the Maine subsidiary. Benoit has been the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Lupaka Gold Corp. [VANCOUVER] (TSXV: LPK) appointed William Ansley as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director of the Company. He succeeds Gordon Ellis, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ansley was the Director of Business Development for FNX Mining Company Inc. and the Vice President of Corporate Planning & Strategy for Lake Shore Gold Corp. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Mineral Streams Inc. Most recently, Ansley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Satori Resources Inc.
TapImmune, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, Fla.] (NASDAQ: TPIV) has appointed Peter L. Hoang as its President and Chief Executive Officer as well as member of Board of Directors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals. Previously, as the Managing Director of Innovations at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Before joining MD Anderson, Hoang was a senior investment banker, most recently as Managing Director and head of healthcare mergers & acquisitions advisory for CIT Group. He has also served in the M&A departments at Oppenheimer, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank.
Tango Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced that Barbara Weber has been named the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Weber will transition from her current role as interim Chief Executive Officer of Tango, and will continue as a Venture Partner at Third Rock Ventures. At Third Rock Ventures she helped to establish Tango and Relay Therapeutics, and served as interim Chief Medical Officer at Neon Therapeutics. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline.
LiveReel Media Corporation [TORONTO] (OTCQB: LVRLF) announced that it has appointed Thomas Turner as Interim Chief Executive Officer, replacing Graham Simmonds. Simmonds will continue to serve as a director of LiveReel. Turner has founded Southshore Capital Partners, LP in 2009 and served as its General Partner. Prior to Southshore, Turner held progressive positions at Tala Investments, Trafelet Delta Funds and ABS Capital Partners.
Village Super Market, Inc. [SPRINGFIELD, N.J.] (NASDAQ: VLGEA) announced that James Sumas plans to step down as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors effective December 15, 2017. The Company also announced that the appointment of Robert Sumas as Chief Executive Officer effective December 16, 2017. Robert Sumas has served as President since 2009. eGenesis [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Jodie Morrison to the position of chief executive officer and president. Most recently, she led Tokai Pharmaceuticals as president and chief executive officer. Morrison previously served as Tokai’s chief operating officer and head of clinical affairs. Before that, Morrison was the director of clinical operations and medical affairs at Dyax Corporation. Prior to joining Dyax, she held a clinical management position at Curis, Inc. Jodie began her career in biotech holding positions in both preclinical and clinical development at Diacrin, Inc. Morrison currently serves on the board of directors of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., Aileron Therapuetics and Novus Therapeutics.
The American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) [CHICAGO] has named Richard E. Hawkins, as it new President and Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds current President and Chief Executive Officer Lois Margaret Nora, whose term will end in December of this year. Most recently, Hawkins was the Vice President, Medical Education Outcomes at the American Medical Association. He also provides senior staff leadership to the AMA’s Council on Medical Education and Academic Physician Section. Prior to joining the AMA in 2012, Hawkins was the Senior Vice President, Professional and Scientific Affairs at ABMS. Previously, Hawkins had been the Deputy Vice President and Vice President, Assessment Programs for the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Frank’s International N.V. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: FI) announced that it has named Michael C. Kearney as President and Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as Chairman. Kearney replaces Douglas G. Stephens. Kearney previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DeepFlex Inc. from September 2009 until June 2013, and had served as the Chief Financial Officer of DeepFlex Inc. from January 2008 until September 2009. Kearney served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tesco Corporation from October 2004 to January 2007. From 1998 until 2004, Kearney served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President—Administration of Hydril Company. He served on the Board of Core Laboratories from 2004 until 2017, as its Lead Director, and currently serving on the Board and Audit Committee of Fairmount Santrol since 2015.
SJW Group [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NYSE: SJW) announced that W. Richard Roth will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer on November 5, 2017. It has appointed Eric W. Thornburg as the new President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board beginning November 6, 2017. Thornburg has served for the last 10 years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Connecticut Water Service, Inc. Thornburg also served as President of Missouri-American Water from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, he served as Central Region Vice President-External Affairs for American Water Works Corporation.
Abaco Systems [HUNTSVILLE, Ala.] announced the appointment of Rich Sorelle as Chief Executive Officer.
