Boeing [CHICAGO] named Kevin G. McAllister President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, succeeding company Vice Chairman Ray Conner in that role. The company also appointed Stanley A. Deal president and CEO of Boeing Global Services. McAllister joins Boeing from GE Aviation. Deal is a veteran Boeing executive. McAllister joins Boeing after 27 years with GE Aviation, where he served since 2014 as president and CEO of GE Aviation Services. Before that, as vice president and general manager of global sales and marketing since 2008. Deal brings three decades of broad aerospace experience to his new leadership role. Since 2014 he has served as senior vice president of Boeing’s Commercial Aviation Services business. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of Supply Chain Management and Operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, responsible for Supplier Management, Fabrication, Propulsion Systems and Quality groups. Deal joined the company as an engineer on the C-17 military aircraft program and also held senior roles in sales and marketing.
Munchery [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of James Beriker as its new President & CEO. Co-Founder and past President & CEO, Tri Tran, will become Munchery’s Chief Strategy Officer and will remain on the company’s Board of Directors. Most recently, Beriker was CEO of Simply Hired. Prior to Simply Hired, Beriker was a senior executive at Yahoo!, CEO at Dapper (acquired by Yahoo!), CEO at Efficient Frontier (acquired by Adobe), General Manager at Conversant, and Founder and CEO of Search123 (acquired by Conversant). He has served on the Boards of iSocket (acquired by the Rubicon Project) and Kanjoya (acquired by Ultimate Software) and is currently on the Board of video advertising optimization platform EyeView.
Dominion [RICHMOND, Va.] (NYSE: D) announced that Diane Leopold, currently president–Dominion Energy, will become president and CEO–Dominion Energy. Robert M. Blue, who currently serves in a dual role as both senior vice president–Law, Regulation and Policy and as president of the Dominion Virginia Power business unit, will become president and CEO–Dominion Virginia Power. Both positions are effective January 1, 2017. Leopold joined Dominion Virginia Power in 1995. Her recent positions include senior vice president-Business Development & Generation Construction and senior vice president–Dominion Transmission. She assumed her current post in January 2014. Blue joined Dominion in 2005. He has held several executive positions in law, public policy and corporate communications as well as serving a prior stint as president of Dominion Virginia Power. His previous positions include senior vice president–Public Policy & Environment and senior vice president-Regulation, Law, Energy Solutions & Policy. He assumed his current post in January 2016.
Katy Industries, Inc. [ST. LOUIS] (OTC: KATY) announced that Robert L. Guerra will join Katy as President and Chief Executive Officer and will also join its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Katy, Guerra served as president of IMI Precision Engineering. Before that, Mr. Guerra served as a president at 3Wire. As part of the appointment,
Wellesley Information Services (WIS) [DEDHAM, Mass.] announced that Jonathan Ewert has been selected as its new President and CEO. Mr. Ewert succeeds former CEO Benny DiCecca, who has stepped down to pursue other career opportunities. In addition to his role as CEO of WIS, Mr. Ewert also currently serves as President of Placeable.
Rhino Resource Partners LP [LEXINGTON, KY] (OTC: RHNO) announced the appointment of Richard A. Boone as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Rhino GP, effective as of January 1, 2017. Mr. Boone has served as President of Rhino GP since September 2016 and prior to that as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2014. Mr. Boone will succeed Joseph E. Funk, who has served as CEO of Rhino GP since November 2014. Mr. Funk will serve as a senior advisor to the Partnership from January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017 and will discontinue his employment at such time.
Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. [HAWTHORNE, N.Y.] (NYSE: TARO) announced the appointment of Uday Baldota as Chief Executive Officer and as a nominee to Taro’s Board of Directors. He is expected to begin his role as CEO on or about April 1, 2017. Mr. Baldota currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
USANA Health Sciences, Inc. [SALT LAKE CITY] (NYSE: USNA) announced a CEO transition plan. Dave Wentz has made the personal decision to step down as Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed current Co-CEO, Kevin Guest, as CEO of the Company.
C&W Communications [MIAMI, FL] announced that John Reid has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. The Company was recently acquired by Liberty Global plc “Liberty Global”, the world’s largest international TV and broadband company. Prior to his role as Interim CEO of C&W, Reid served as C&W’s President, Consumer Division and was part of the executive leadership team at C&W. At Columbus, he was President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Columbus John held various roles with Canadian MSO Persona, holding the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.
Women’s Sports Foundation [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Deborah Antoine as the organization’s next chief executive officer. Dr. Antoine will succeed Deborah Slaner Larkin, who is stepping down as the Foundation’s current CEO, as of Jan. 3, 2017. From 2010 to 2016, Dr. Antoine has served as the president and chief executive officer of New York Junior Tennis & Learning (NYJTL). In addition to the NYJTL, she has successfully led the growth and sustainability of four other nonprofit organizations: the HOPE Program, the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation, Per Scholas and PBS Channel Thirteen in New York City.
Ehave, Inc. [TORONTO] (OTC: EHVVF) announced the appointment of Prateek (Teek) Dwivedi as Ehave’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dwivedi will also serve on Ehave’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Ehave, Mr. Dwivedi led Cancer Informatics at Princess Margaret Hospital at the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Dwivedi was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Before his tenure at Mount Sinai, Mr. Dwivedi was the Vice President of Operations at AudienceView Ticketing. Mr. Dwivedi has held key strategy and product development positions at Cascada Mobile (exit via acquisition), Casero (exit via acquisition) and Solect Technology group (exit via acquisition).
GTX [NEW YORK] the institutional foreign exchange trading arm of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc., announced the appointment of Edward Brown as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GTX SEF, LLC, a Swap Execution Facility (SEF). Previously, he headed strategic initiatives at EBS BrokerTec, having also served in a variety of senior roles in ICAP’s electronic trading division. Prior to ICAP, Mr. Brown headed new business development at BrokerTec, which was acquired by ICAP in 2003.
AptarGroup, Inc. [CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill.] (NYSE: ATR) announced that Stephan B. Tanda has been appointed to succeed Stephen J. Hagge as President and CEO. Mr. Tanda will join Aptar on February 1, 2017 and become a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Hagge will remain employed with the Company until his retirement on March 31, 2017 and he intends to remain on its Board of Directors. Mr. Tanda currently serves as an Executive Managing Board Director at DSM. Prior to joining DSM, he served for three years as President and CEO of Freudenberg Nonwovens Group after spending over twelve years with DuPont where he lived in multiple locations in Europe and the U.S. as he assumed increasing responsibilities that included operations, P&L management, strategic planning, business development and leadership of a joint venture.
The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) [WASHINGTON] announced that Melissa Hockstad will become President and CEO of ACI, effective January 1, 2017. Current President & CEO Ernie Rosenberg, who announced in May 2016 his decision to step down, will serve as advisor to ACI through January 2018. Ms. Hockstad joins ACI from the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) trade association, where since 2013 she has served as Vice President, Petrochemicals. Prior to that, she worked for seven years at SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association, including roles as Vice President of the Material Suppliers Council and Vice President, Science, Technology and Regulatory Affairs.
Blackfoot [MISSOULA, Mont.] announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Bill Squires, passed away from a brief illness Friday, November 18. Bill’s career started with Blackfoot in April 2001, as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel. He was named CEO in January of 2012. Jason Williams, Blackfoot’s Chief Operating Officer, has been named the interim CEO. Williams, who has been with Blackfoot since September 2012, brings 20 years of telecommunications, business and legal experience to this role.
Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech [NORTHAMPTON, Mass.] announced that Ralph S. Johnston has become the eighth President/CEO of the organization. Mr. Johnston succeeded former President William J. Corwin, who led the organization for nine years. Mr. Johnston has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, including senior leadership positions in diagnostic, biotechnology, medical device, and pharmaceutical firms from start-ups to large companies. He was involved in the start-up of Infusaid, the company that produced the first totally implantable drug delivery system. Infusaid was sold to Pfizer where he spent over ten years, ultimately as Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Marketing. He was the co-founder of several start-up ventures, including Contour Medical, a specialty medical device, diagnostic and drug delivery consultancy and Intranasal Therapeutics. As a consultant, Mr. Johnston provided business support for several non-profits including the Joslin Diabetes Center and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians.
iPayment Holdings, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that O.B. Rawls IV has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of iPayment. He will also serve on iPayment’s Board of Directors. Mr. Rawls joined iPayment in April of this year after more than 30 years of executive leadership in and around payments and financial services. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Partner Solutions, with First Data Corporation. His extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles with Hypercom, Caredata, Unified Merchant Services, and Bank of America.
